TL/DR: need BUG pauper suggestions to help teach MtG to 5th and 6th graders.
So, several fellow teachers and I are teaching MtG to our 5th and 6th graders. The main problem is that our normal decks (would) crush them if we used them and the pre made training decks are so tame. The other problem is that the students have fallen for the classic newbie trap of "only rare/legendary/expensive/high CMC cards are good cards." Therefore we, the teachers and I, have decided to make pauper decks. I have a RUG commander deck that I can trim down, but my favorite color combo is BUG. So any BUG pauper suggestions you could offer would be helpful
Predator’s Gambit and aqueous form are both great auras, though on that note you might try running unblockable creatures. Black and blue have many that are common and I run them in my monocolored pauper decks, but I will point out silhana ledgewalker in green. It is 2 cmc but it has hexproof and is hard to block.
Lastly, the original budget pauper combo was flying men+unstable mutation. That was a deck one of my school teachers used on us and I never forgot it.
Way late but if you are still stuck, poison might also fit. I'd try base UG with B basically for removal. Could try base GB with U for protaction but I think that would rule out Blighted agent witch is brutal if left unchecked!

BUG gives you all you need for a strong bogle voltron deck, as well as access to mana leak, vapor snag, as well as terror and all the green pump spells and things like lay of the land.
