well, the idea behind the deck has to be a classic blue approach to any game of magic it has ever played. counter everything, bounce what you didnt have the mana to counter, and beat face with 2/2's.
any input is welcome. let me now if i missed something. i havent really got a chance to play this much. not very many people at my shop seem to like pauper.
If you are going with Spellstutter Sprite, I'd consider Cloud of Faeries.
Also I'm a fan of Rewind and Snap.
Cloud of faeries offers some beats and more faerie's to increase the effectiveness of Spellstutter.
All 3 do their jobs and leave you with mana for later counters.
A man-o-war is a little too slow to save you from a glistener elf, although it does force them to use vines of vastwood on your turn -and- give you a blocker.
You might want to consider something like Daze to really stop people from playing their one drops before you get mana leak up.

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."
You might want to consider something like Daze to really stop people from playing their one drops before you get mana leak up.
Of course, that doesn't save you from the next 1 drop coming since it sets you back a land - unless you have another Daze coming, and they don't have a 1-drop. Force Spike might be better suited to stop the threat AND position you for a Mana Leak to stop additional threats.

Piracy Charm also works well againest everything but Goblins. vs Goblins it's like 40% effective against their 1 drop. (8{Sledders}, 12{Cohorts, Jackles})

well snap. i havent checked up on this thred in forever. i decided to search for some new pauper ideas and saw it on the 1st page. well thanks to all who have responded, the deck has changed some. i added Ninja of the Deep Hours and pulled Miscalculation. but other then that i havent really done much with it.
i still need to find a solid group for pauper (and i dont much care for MTGO).
