Planeschase is a wonderful format, oozing with flavor and possibilities. So put your mind to it and what kind of plane would you like to see made?
Name:
Plane:
Effect:
Chaos :chaos::
The ones that I would like to see are:
Name:The Sixth Spire
Plane: New Phyrexia
Effect:Whenever you cast a spell, proliferate.(You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.)
Chaos :chaos:: Distribute two -1/-1 counters among one or two target creatures.
Name: Svogthos, Home of the Golgari
Plane: Ravnica
Effect: Creatures in your Graveyard have dredge 5. (If you would draw a card, instead you may put exactly five cards from the top of your library into your graveyard. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand. Otherwise, draw a card.)
Chaos :chaos:: You may cast one creature card in your graveyard
Name: Vitu-Ghazi, the World Tree
Plane: Ravnica
Effect: Creatures cards in your hand have Convoke (Each creature you tap while casting this spell reduces its cost by or by one mana of that creature's color.)
Chaos :chaos:: Put three 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Name: Gilt-Leaf Palace
Plane: Lorwyn
Effect: At the beginning of your upkeep, put two 1/1 Green Elf tokens onto the battlefield.
Chaos :chaos:: Choose one: destroy target non-elf creature or put a 1/1 green Elf creature token into play for each elf you control.
Name: Murmuring Bosk
Plane: Lorwyn
Effect: Creatures are indestructible
Chaso: :chaos:: Creatures target player controls lose indestructability until end of turn.

Creature spells you control have devour 2.
:chaos:: Destroy the creature with the least power. If two or more creatures are tied for least power, you choose one of them. Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature, where X is the sacrificed creature's power.
Sejiri
Plane - Zendikar
Artifacts, creatures, and lands enter the battlefield tapped.
:chaos:: You gain life equal to the number of tapped permanents you control.
Kuldotha
Plane --- New Phyrexia
Whenever you planeswalk to Kuldotha or at the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice an artifact. If you do, add RRR to your mana pool at the beginning of your first main phase.
:chaos:: For the remainder of the game, creatures you control have shroud during your turn.

Each reality is but the dream of another, and each sleeper a god unknowing.
We define the boundaries of reality; they don't define us.
Jund
Plane - Alara
Black, Red, and Green creature spells have Devour 2.
:chaos:: Whenever you roll :chaos:, destroy target permanent.
I feel that Jund would have a pretty simple Chaos ability, and it takes a small hint from Violent Ultimatum. The static ability is similar to the Grixis ability.
Esper
Plane - Alara
Artifact spells cost :sym1: less to play.
:chaos:: Whenever you roll :chaos:, until a player planeswalks, each noncreature artifact you control is an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost.
Etherium sculptor for the static, March of the Machines for Chaos. Esper's a tricky bugger to figure out, as it didn't really have an associated mechanic...
New Phyrexia
Plane - Mirrodin
Players may play colored mana as if it were Phyrexian Mana.
:chaos:: Whenever you roll :chaos:, return target creature from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. If that creature is not an artifact creature, it becomes an artifact creature.
Seems like a powerful static effect, but then again, so is Naya, or practically any of the other planes. The chaos ability feels on flavor to me, might be badly worded though. Returning creatures as artifacts enslaved under their control seems phyrexian to me. And should the type be Phyrexia or Mirrodin?

I always thought it'd be cool to have a couple here on our own planet earth!
Great Barrier Reef
Plane - Earth
When you planeswalk to Great Barrier Reef, each player puts a flood counter on each land he or she controls. (Lands with flood counters on them count as an island in addition to their other types.)
Creatures gain islandwalk until the end of the turn.
Great Pyramids
Plane - Earth
When you planeswalk, exile all creatures.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep that player returns a creature from his or her graveyard to the battlefield.
Return all creatures from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owner's control.
Sahara Desert
Plane - Earth
Whenever a creature attacks Sahara Desert deals one damage to that creature for each other attacking creature.
Put a Desert counter on each tapped land. (Lands with Desert counters on them gain the type 'Desert' and lose all other types. These lands now tap for colorless mana and have the ability 'Tap: Deal one damage to target attacking creature. Activate this ability only during the end of combat step'.
Amazon Rainforest
Plane - Earth
When you planeswalk to Amazon Rainforest each player puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature he or she controls.
Whenever a land is tapped for mana that land's controller adds one mana of any color to his or her mana pool. That land doesn't untap as normal during that player's next untap step.
Each player may sacrifice any number of lands to put that many permanents from his or her hand onto the battlefield.
The Spencer Estate
Plane - Raccoon City
Each creature you control is a Zombie in addition to its other creature types. C: Whenever you roll C, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token into play for each Zombie you control.
I think that the plane itself is now considered to be New Phyrexia, and not Mirrodin. Which is sad, because I was rooting for the Mirrans the entire time. Devs crushed my dreams.

The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
