Can anyone help me? Cruel Ultimatum in MTGO is currently bugged. Every time I play it when my opponent has no creatures out on the field (or when I have no creatures in the gy, I'm not really sure which is causing it), the game wigs out and basically restarts the entire match. Any ideas on how to fix it? I contacted Wizards via the Report Bug feature in the client several weeks ago, but nothing's been solved.

I need to create a new Wizards account (as here https://accounts.wizards.com/RightNow?p_next_page=ask) or remember my old one. I'm trying to get through to the reimbursement form. Every single time I click forgot login id or forgot password I am shipped to a page that says Error or Not Available something like that and I'm stuck at a dead end. The page has no alternative for contacting support in USA except for creating an account which is impossible because of these errors. What do?
I keep getting this error when I try and re-install MTGO after uninstalling it. Any help/tips?

When I try to log in the client reports that a newer version is required and that I must relaunch the client to download the latest version.
Restarting the client does not download a newer version and I get the same message. I even uninstalled the software and downloaded the client again. Same problem. This happens on both of my computers running windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.
Whenever I try to enter my username and password for MTGO, it gives me the error message that my connection to it has failed. Is it currently down for maintenance?
Trying to buy tix from the store, but I'm unable to type in my name for my credit card. Started before the maintenance began, but still isn't fixed. Any idea what's going on?
Im currently duel booting my MacBook pro with windows 7 to run MTGO. Today I downloaded the client and when through the install process only to be met with the issue saying Application Validation failed.
I looked up the issue and I found a resonse but it did not fix my issue as it seems the Validation fail was for different reasons. Blow is the error message, any help would be greatly appriciated as I bought Windows just for this.

Just bought MTGO and I'm unable to play. When it finishes installing it just shows a window "MainNavigation has stopped working. [close program] [check online for a solution]".
I've tried reinstalling.
I've tried deleting the 2.0 folder in user/appdata/local/Apps.
I've tried updating .net framework to 4.5.1.
I've tried searching for any folder referencing 'magic online', 'mtgo' or 'wizards of the coast' and deleting.
I've tried restarting a million times.
I've tried every possible combination of the above.
No luck. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm using Win 7 SP1. 16GB RAM, 3.5Ghz CPU, GTX670 GPU.
I have been experiencing the same issue for several weeks on MTGO. It seems to crash due to the fact that some of the card art is missing, I reinstalled and it still does it. Now I can't even click on the collection button without the client crashing. With the amount of money i've invested into this game i'm pretty unhappy with this.

I've argued with people over the number of cards in a deck many times, and I feel that having a high number of "good cards" is better than having a small number of "really good" cards. I laugh at the people who argue that with a smaller deck you're more likely to draw what you need, because if you get in that situation you're gonna NOT end up drawing it many many more times than you would.
I just downloaded the client today, haven't played MTGO since idk, masters edition 1 was new. Anyway, I'll be trading with a bot, select like 20 cards despite tremendous lag, and type "done"
The bot will take a ticket and say now just
Submit.
The problem is that my screen is missing the submit button on the bottom. No matter how I try moving the window, or resizing the window, I can't ever reach the submit button.
Then the bot times me out and the trade is canceled. How can I fix this? Running windows 10 BTW. Thanks.
Hi TappingStones, im also running MTGO on a MAC (using Parallels Desktop), for you to use the F1...F12 keys you must press Function Key:
FN + F1 or FN + F2 and so on...
I also use Parallels on a Mac, but I have my Mac configured such that I don't have to use the Fn key. To configure this go to System Preferences => Keyboard and check the "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys". When this option is selected, you must press the Fn key to use the special features printed on each key.
I decided to give a try to mtgo, but it seems i can't pay. After i submitted my details they give me this error "We are sorry, but we could not complete your order. Please verify your billing address and payment information are correct and try again. If you continue to have problems, contact our Game Support Team". I sent an email to their team but got no answer, any tips?
Tried installing magic online using parallels on a mac. Everything seems ok until I log on. After a few seconds I get an error message (which goes on and on ...) and the program closes. I know there have been some issues concerning directx and .net framework, but don't think this should be an issue.
Specs: macbookpro early 2015 machine, windows 10, latest parallels.
I am not able to install MTGO on my PC. I'm running Windows 8.1 and I have plenty of hard drive space and sufficient RAM. All that happens is an error message appears saying "An error occurred attempting to install Magic The Gathering Online." If I click the details button all I get is the following:

Then the bot times me out and the trade is canceled. How can I fix this? Running windows 10 BTW. Thanks.
Does anyone have a clue what could be a solution?
