If I redeem more than 1 set at a time, can I combine shipping costs?
Partially. Here's how it works (assuming international redemption, shipping USD30, it is less in the continental USA).
Redeeming 1 set of Return to Ravnica: Redemption fee USD5 + shipping of USD30 = total USD 35
Redeeming 1 set of M14 (post fee increase): Redemption fee USD25 + shipping USD30 = total USD 55
Redeeming both at once: RTR fee USD5 + M14 fee USD25 + shipping USD30 = total USD60.
IIRC the $30 shipping cost is reduced to $7 in the continental USA, but I could be wrong there.
Your country's customs will levy import fees based upon an import price of USD50 per set. In Australia this is nothing unless the total order exceeds AUD1000 (about 18 sets) at which point you incur GST of 10%, but other countries have VERY different rules.
Any idea how much it will cost to get a set in Greece (besides fee & shipping)?
My research shows VAT of 23% and import tax of 2.7% on the total declared value (US$50 per set, plus US$30 shipping), with an exception if the total value is less than 150 euro. I'm not a lawyer, just a guy with an internet connection and a search engine, but the net cost of import duty and taxes I'm seeing for you in Greece is somewhere around 14 euro per set if importing 3 or more sets at once and no tax for 1 or 2.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
How do they know where to send the set after its redeemed?
What mail service do they use?
Can the sets be mailed to a PO box address in the us?
Wotc mails redeemed sets to the billing address you have on file in your store account. Sets are shipped Fedex ground, therefore cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
The FAQ should be updated now that Wizards value the set at 75$ rather than 50$. Minor 50% increase, nothing to see here folks.
Done. Also added Q's about shipping methods.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
Updated the link to the calender on the new mothership site.

You might want to add in the Magic 2015 question re the cards that do not appear in packs (Terra Stomper etc), it will come up a lot over the next few weeks.
I've gone through this multiple times and it usually isn't worth it unless you are trying to just sell the sets of commons/uncommons and keep the standard/modern playsets, as the % fees associated with paypal/ebay and the shipping cuts into any possible profit you would make of redeeming the set, to add in the fact that now its $25/set instead of $5/set for redemption that cuts even more into the profit.
I don't know if it was an oversight or a change of policy, but I recently (1+ month ago) redeemed a Theros + Born of the Gods set and they didn't have a declared value and I paid no import/duty tax on them when they crossed the border. I hope they keep doing that in the future. (Although I've stopped playing online, so it does not matter much currently, but I may well restart playing online eventually when the client gets better.)

If anyone else is redeeming out of the US. I would love to know if this is a bug or intended.

The redemptions are for sale in the online store. I haven't heard of a circumstance where they sold redemptions but did not have sets.
Now there have been instances where they had sets on backorder, but those sets were all prior to the redemption guarantee deadline, and I think the last one was a couple years ago.

Updated information about tracking. My last redemption (2/25) came with a nice FedEx tracking number. 6 Days from a warehouse in TX to my door.

Wizard's ships sets via Fed-Ex Ground, so you cannot have them sent to a PO Box.
Over the weekend, I redeemed for a full set. I have a PO Box linked to my shipping info on my account; after seeing this thread I called Wizards and asked if the PO Box would be an issue and was reassured that if the team in charge of shipping would see a PO Box that they would ship the set with USPS so that it is deliverable to a Box address.

You are correct. Wizards has updated it's shipping methods and I have reflected their new wording in the FAQ.
