I just want people who redraft to admit this:
"I can't draft objectively unless I am able to guarantee that I receive at least 3 rares. I am also better than most average/new players so I want to make sure that I get the best rares and they end up with worse ones. I care more about the monetary value of cards than actually playing the game for decent prizes."
Not sure if it works overseas but here in USA i can call the wizards customer service number and get good fast help(hardly any wait times) just a thought, its listed in the help section.
Sephiroth Owa, I sent a private message to WotC_Worth on the forums (can't get the exact text since they are "down for maintenance" at the mo) but he assures me that they do have people trying to deal with it, they are in contact with PayPal.
As a possible short-term alternative you could try to find someone who can access the store, get them to buy product for you and pay them via PayPal. Hassle, but if you're desperate to play in release events...
