We could really use a proper primer. Anyone up for it?

If we can help you out, let us know. It really is a time-eater and labor of love to do it correctly. If I had some extended time off I'd give it a shot. My only caveat would be we stick to true colorless EldraziTron in the primer and mention that it is possible to splash color, but that deviates somewhat from the core direction of the deck. Again, if we can help, give us a shout out.
My list sure has taken a huge evolution since my original just about a year ago. A lot of changes in a short period of time. There is a true core to the deck to be sure though.

I also think it's best to focus on the true colorless version and emphasize chalices in the main.
Agreed 100%.
Also let Ageless127 know your willingness to help via PM. He will be getting the ball rolling on the Primer.

Quick question from a Bant Eldrazi player - has anyone on here played Bant Eldrazi extensively and switched to Colourless based on an honest assessment conclusion that Colourless performs better in an open meta? I'm tempted to test colourless but my theorizing has led me to conclude that Bant is simply the better version for reasons I will elaborate on if ppl want to discuss..
" like openers where the earliest play was turn 3 Eldrazi Displacer, so I had to mulligan a lot of hands."
How is EldraziTron an improvement in this aspect? BantEldrazi has lots of Turn 1 plays - Ancient Stirrings, playing a dork etc. Turn two if you dont have acceleration - you likely are casting removal - maybe play an EE or whatever. I dont see how EldraziTron has more early plays. Similarly I can't see how you would mulligan less with EldraziTron - actually I see you mulliganing even more..
You say Chalice wins so many games on its own - maybe that is true - however what happens when you dont have an early chalice - you have no way of tutoring for it so it must happen a lot - what happens when you play against decks where chalice does nothing? That is a lot of decks. I would argue that Chalice is a sideboard card - and Bant Eldrazi can and does play it in the sb.
'Furthermore, we are also way less susceptible to Blood Moon'
This is true - but im not seeing Blood Moon decks take over the meta and Bant Eldrazi is not as susceptible to Blood Moon as is commonly thought. There are several ways to play around Blood Moon - you can play talismans or GQ/Wastes - additionally you can play Skyspawners and have bring in natural state etc.
There has to be more benefits to EldraziTron then what you mention for it to be an improvement on Bant Eldrazi.
Love the Logo. Stick Ulamog in back of it with both hands on the edges of the logo and it would be perfect.

I bought a playset a while back for just that reason. Haven't included them in the 15 yet though. A definite meta call it would seem.

Janky idea incoming... I saw Metallic Mimic and wanted to make it useful and then I remembered Blight Herder exists. So here is a first rough draft with a build. The janky part is using Pyxis of Pandemonium to exile then Herder will process those cards giving them little to none and you can activate it if you need to and drop in all your exiled stuff. I wonder if it is better to run 4 Pyxis and 2 relic instead? There might not be enough exile effects in the deck.

The idea sounds interesting. Worth a try I suppose. You may want to find some cards that help you go wide if that is the aim. A Skittering Invasion could net you 5 tokens and sacrifice Sanctum of Ugin to tutor up Metallic Mimic Or something similar I guess. I'm not sure it fits into the overall strategy of going over the top with cards like Ulamog, Kozilek or Emrakul or a Karn/Ugin. I suppose if someone doesn't want to run Chalice then this could be another avenue. I'll stick with the more traditional list myself but good luck.

I went 3-1 playing a fairly standard deck list. After a round 1 loss (0-2) I went (2-0, 2-0, 2-0) the rest of the night.
My 4th Chalice finally arrived, it made a huge difference in all the games. I previously only had 3 which really made them less effective. A newly added Sea Gate Wreckage also won me 2 games, especially the long drawn out second game against UW Control.
Match 1: Jund
Both matches I drew poorly and got Junded. Chalice was the only card that did anything for me, stopped bolts and discard spells.
Match 2: Bant Melira Combo
Game 1 I beat down with 2 Thought-Knots with Chalice active on 1, using dismember to kill 2 creatures.
Game 2 I beat down with 2 Reality Smashers with Chalice active on 1, using dismember to kill 2 creatures.
Match 3: Jund
Game 1 I had 2 Reality Smashers and a Thought-Knot Seer beating down. After getting Inquisitioned on turn 1 Chalice on 1 shut him down. Thought-Knot got Terminate.
Game 2 ended up in a board stall. I finally drew a Dismember killing a Sylvan Advocate then a Conduit of Ruin to fetch an Ulamog. Endbringer and Sea Gate Wreckage did the job in that match giving me card advantage until I dropped an Ulamog and then smashed in with Batterskull, Endbringer, Conduit of Ruin, 2 Smashers and a Matter Reshaper. Batterskull kept me in that game until I drew out of the mess.
Match 4: UW Control
Game 1: I got Chalice on 1 and 2 stopping his card draw and he couldn't find lands. I had natural tron and dropped a Conduit into an Ulamog into a second Ulamog and he scooped.
Game 2: Was very long and grindy. My Endbringers were getting targeted by Paths and I didn't have any Chalices but he let a Expedition Map resolve so I grabbed a Sea Gate Wreckage and started drawing an extra card a turn until I grabbed an Ugin, and Ulamog and 3 Smashers to finish him off through a flurry of counterspells and removal. I wished I had a Cavern of Souls there.
