@9tailz: Yeah, I'm a bit hesitant to going down to 21 lands. It could definitely be incorrect, I'm not 100% sure. Also, Creeping Tar Pit is pretty solid, I'm just not sure how good it is for our tempo. I'll keep testing, though.
@hammer0S: The big reason why I don't choose 1 or the other, but rather a combination, is because Crumble to Dust is a long ways from resolving if you have it in your opener. Even if you had 2 or 3 to increase the odds of seeing it, it does not ensure that you'll maintain a handle on the board state to get a positive result from the resolution. Fulminator Mage being 3 mana helps us interact with the opponent while we craft our own gameplan and slow the game down enough to hopefully hit our 4th land drop on time and resolve Crumble to Dust.

Deck seems pretty spicy. Interesting that they go for a 3-2 split for Ancestral Vision/Delver of Secrets vs. all-in. I'm not quite sure how I feel about that, considering that Delver is often a T1-3 creature that pressures my opponent rather than a late-game finisher (which is what it feels like with only 2 copies). Looks like they also trim 1 Thought Scour, which I've seen some lists do, but I think it takes away from the potential explosiveness of the deck with powering out delve creatures. I'll definitely test out the list and see how it does. I'm liking the Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet in the sideboard. It's a move that I've been thinking about for quite some time now. Boom // Bust + Goblin Dark-Dwellers is also an interesting choice instead of the classic Fulminator Mage plan, and I wonder how effect it actually was in the important matchups.

Oh nice! Congrats on the finish.
I would appreciate a report but it's not a big deal. I'll see if I can get a reddit set up.

Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet is a fantastic sideboard card and I urge anyone with a more grindy metagame to test him out. There's a lot of Abzan Company and other creature based decks where I'm at and he is an absolute beating.

Hi all I'm going to start posting in here alot. I play all forms of grixis. I have some very saucy lists I would like to share and I'm going to be doing some video commentary on then as well. Being new to the forums can anyone clue me in to how to post the list? Also for the poster jon_cli above I do not have a reddit but I would love a report and some feedback about the tournament in general if you wouldn't mind

Tried the cryptic delver lisr (3-1 AV MB split). Went 3-1 beating tron handily, squeaking a game against melira coco and racing dredge. Dropped a game to fish. Interesting list for sure!

Awesome. Wait.. 3/1 split AV and what? Also, damn you fish! I think they are my arch nemesis.
3 delvers and 1 av. I had 3 more av in the board. Too lazy to post a detailed report right now coz im working.
Delver wasnt as bad a topdeck as i was expecting. Playing a delver and pass with cryptic up was a fine play all night. It being able to chip away proved pivotal in the abzan matchup.
Against tron id say i was really lucky. I started turn 3 with my opponent at 15, 2 flipped delvers and 2 mana leaks in hand. Game 2 was the fulminator mage show.
Dredge was close but they cant interact very well with cryptic command. I win with all 4 amalgams on the board, some bloodghasts and narcos, versus tasigur and 1 aberration.
Merfolk was on 8 seas as i never saw red both matches.
Solid list, i can see me playing it for a bit more. My mind wants me to add a clique, but i cant find a good spell to take out.
I imagine it was similar to the one that placed in the GP with 3 maindeck AV and 2 Delvers. I don't think there was an AV in the side and tbh the 4th AV seems like a wasted SB slot, unless I'm misinterpreting.
