You guys ever feel like this deck needs a card advantage like a one of Thirst For Knowledge?
Sometimes I just want to draw multiple cards instead of one, especially against disruption.
@epdt
I been testing out your bring to light list in the practice rooms on mtgo for a little bit and decided to try it out in a league. I was so close to 5-0! I beat eggs, burn, all in red, and jund without losing a match. Unfortunately infect 2-0'd me hard. They had me dead before I could find or BTL a melira, sylvok outcast. He also played a GB list which made my slaughter pact and path to exile useless against his Phyrexian Crusaders. It's a nice list and I will continue to test it for now. I won off of BTL on several games. To anyone trying this list, pound into your head that BTL is a sorcery! In the practice rooms I lost a couple times because I forget this. I was just so used to comboing during my opponent's upkeep. The mana has been fine. I did not run into any instances where I couldn't combo due to colors.

The Lantern Control match was insane, and I could've won game three faster had I not accidentally revealed Grave Titan in game two. I thought he was the third card from the bottom of my deck, but turns out he was the fourth. I was going to concede before he was revealed. So, my opponent brought their Ensnaring Bridges back in for game three. Bummer.
As an experiment I've been trying to think if there was a way to make this a dual combo deck like Living Twin.
The closest deck I think that could do it is this Instant Reanimator deck: http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=8713&d=249785&f=MO
-Plays about the same amount of Lands
-Plays 4x Pentad Prism and 4x Simian Spirit Guide
I personally think it's a terrible idea, this deck is already really smoothe and doesn't have the need for a secondary combo.
Not to mention that just doesn't work, playing a griselbrand and swinging for 7 doesn't win the game. And furry of the horde version only works if you actually play 4 of them so you can combo off and attack three time for the kill. Additionally you'd need to add a lot more red cards to the deck to pitch to fury. This just wouldn't work and I really think it's just breaking what ain't broken.
Thinking outside the box is great and I would certainly encourage everyone to do so, but this idea is just a no go.

I could see something like the above in the sideboard or maybe even a gifts sideboard plan--but yeah--no need for a back up main for sure.
I don't think I'd point to Living Twin as an example of a successful mix of two decks that improved on either.
I agree with this. I see twin in large event top 8's and 4-0 or 5-0 on mtgo all the time. I also see living end a lot. Can't say the same about living twin or living scapeshift, or any other "cram two decks into 1" strategy. More often than not you'll create a deck the plays worse than its two parts. Someone at my LGS crammed twin into ad nauseam. It looked fun to play, but even the guy who played it agreed it was worse than the stock twin or ad naus list.

More success with the Bring to light list. Another 4-1 in leagues. I beat bloom, affinity, and tron all 2-0, beat burn 2-1, and lost to affinity 2-1. The affinity losses both game on my opponents turn 4 with infect and them dead to my turn 4 combo. Played the deck on paper tonight at a 24 person tournament and made top 8 which split because the tournament started late and it was past midnight. I also went 4-1. I beat UR twin twice 2-0 and 2-1, white blue tokens/polymorph 2-0 and junk 2-0. My loss was to grixis control. I sided like I was playing control but should have sided with leylines instead. 2 inquisition of kozilek and a rise // fall followed by fulminator mage and a Liliana of the veil to top it off. There was no way I was winning without leyline. I'm really liking the list. I have not yet resolved a sigarda, host of herons but I recognize the power. So far the only thing I might change is the sideboard crumble to dust. I don't think we need it for tron as we're already pretty favored. Not sure what to have take it's place though. Though the sample size is small, I'm currently 12-3 with the list in sanctioned play.

With all the multi-colored silver bullets in the SB, is it worth playing Glittering Wish?
When the new <> mana becomes available, will it count as a "color" if you cast BTL with Boseju? If so, would the subsequently-casted card still be vulnerable to counter?
I 4-0'd another Monday night Modern event at my LGS. So far at these weekly events I have gone 4-0, 2-2 ( I hit 2 GBx decks and mulled into oblivion), 3-1, 4-0 and I am really liking the deck so far.

No because <> is the symbol for colorless. Colorless will not count as a color.

I may switch out the 3 Spoils for 3 Peer Through the Depths next week and see how it goes.
I've been contemplating the same change except with Anticipate. How has Spoils been?
Underwhelming. However, I am not playing against a TON of control so I don't have to grace, then AN, and spoils for a pact if they decide to counter. I realize it can be AN 5-7 or 3 additional Grace effects, but with the card selection (and with addition of peer) I do not see needing spoils at the moment.
Keep in mind that this opinion is coming from someone who ahs played the deck for a little over a month.
I am thinking of going to a smaller event close to my house tonight. I will probably try to run Ad Naus again tonight.

I'm still big on spoils--I think you guys must be using it wrong. Its gotten me out of so many situations and is a beautifully redundant tutor effect.
That being said--I'm thinking in my meta that a second mystical teachings in the board may be a good thing for me (something that used to be seen more in the old peer lists).
How do you guys Sideboard against the utopia sprawl mono green nyxwave deck? I know it's not super popular, but I faced it in a league today and I feel like my instincts were off.
After goldfishing them game one with double bloom, AN, Unlife, Pact, and 2 lands in my opener, I sideboarded -3 pact of negation -1 dreadship reef +2 darkness +1 slaughter pact +1 patrician's scorn. I lost the second game as they Karn -3 and Primal Commanded my Unlife and Blooms.
Game three I sided the pacts back in and cut the scorn, slaughter pact, and one darkness. I goldfished them again with a double bloom hand, but I really feel like my instincts were completely off here, how would you guys so against them? I'm running Togores's list and sb.
Could someone explain to me how exactly to use Conflagrate on MTGO? It never lets me choose 0 damage as an option upon initial cast, and it forces me to pay an extra two mana to deal that zero damage. Is it a bug?
Beating amulet through their own hive mind combo is by far the best feeling of all magic. Love this deck.
I respect your opinion, but this only comes close second behind casting pact of negation on their Asuza freshly fetched from a summoner's pact, while they only have 3 mana on the board, and angel's grace at your upkeep.
By the way, I 5-0'd a MTGO league yesterday with my Bring to Light decklist (actually almost 10-0 that league in games, which would have been awesome, but lost 1 due to a bad keep). Now firmly at 75% winrate with the deck. Don't know if I'm runing hot or if the decklist is legit, I might have to keep on playing it to see how it goes (yey).
I did the exact same thing with the azusa/ summoner's pact . it was great. as soon as i graced in my upkeep he scooped. it was amazing.

There is no absolute consensus. (Maybe a bit skewed towards Peer?)
