The list looks better now, but I have some thoughts on how it could be improved:
-For starters, you have way too many finishers in here. I think you can go down to just 2 Grave Titan, 2 Wurmcoil Engine, and 1 Griselbrand. 5 is plenty, and you could even up the Lavaclaw Reaches count, since it's a legitimate threat in a Tron deck. I would cut the Eldrazi and Eye of Ugin to make room for these.
-As far as "big spells" go, I think it would be advantageous to take advantage of black's powerful tutor abilities for both assembling Tron and having a toolbox of solutions and ways to win the game. Liliana Vess fills both of these roles nicely. Another great tutor in a Tron deck is Increasing Ambition, which is pretty awesome both for assembling Tron and after it's assembled. There are great bullets available as well, such as Worst Fears, In Garruk's Wake, and Black Sun's Zenith.
-I think with the addition of cards like Tendrils of Corruption, you also take further advantage of the easy access to Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, improving your game 1 against aggressive decks. Other cards in this vein that may be good are Mind Sludge and Corrupt. I also think having plenty of fixing and acceleration will let you stay toe to toe with most decks, letting you cut back on more situational cards like Pyroclasm, that are worse later in the game. Solemn Simulacrum serves both roles nicely, and curves out well with Rakdos Signet and Talisman of Indulgence.
Lol. Tendrils of Corruption with a singleton Urborg and, otherwise, five Swamps on 24 lands. Duress in a format filled with creatures. Increasing ambition and that Garruk spell are terrible.
Drop red (overlaps with what black offers, i.e. removal and that's it), play 4 Urborgs and 4 Beseech the Queen to have Expedition Map #5-8 earlier and Demonic Tutor later. Playing 2-colour Tron without green has historically demonstrated to be an unsuccessful proposition because you're really not consistent. Black and red don't even draw cards differently from blue so you're going lower furtherly.
Black Tron may have a future someday. This doesn't.

The red is needed, for this deck has a hard time stabalizing. A turn 4 damnation may not be enough to stabalize.

I dunno if that's true though. Drown in Sorrow is pretty decent. Then you can sideboard some Infests if you really need to. Black even has an Anger of the Gods equivalent in the form of Black Sun's Zenith, and big life swings in stuff like Exsanguinate/Swallowing Plague/Crypt Incursion. It shouldn't be significantly worse than the other Tro2[quote from="q_125 »" url="http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/modern-deck-creation/562759-b-r-tron-the-dark-side-of-the-tron?comment=32"]I dunno if that's true though. We'll see I'm not entirely sure I want to wait another turn for the same thing clasm can do.

While I agree with most of this, WU Tron is still a successful deck, despite being a 2 color Tron deck without Green.

I'm testing a Mono black verson of this. But I don't want to ditch red for it has so many nice sideboard cards.

UW Tron is a good deck but everyone knows it has consistency issues with its manabase. The moment you jam two colours in roughly equal percentage in a deck with already 12 colorless lands you have to accept that you will open lots of risky hands leaning on color screw or that fold if you don't draw a Talisman or UW land//they discard your signet/Talisman. The fact that the dual lands are also Colonnades and Seachrome Coast gives further speed bumps and personally I dislike playing a deck that can't consistently develop its manabase at a right pace because you have to get into loops or lose time. It not being really a contender deck may relate to this thing- I'm sure it does relate, acually.
This argument would apply also for the 2-colors version of this deck given it doesn't even draw cards with stuff like, say, Thirst for Knowledge. Even Beseech The Queen that I suggested is still slow even if you have Urborg down on turn three. I don't think very few ones in the brewing section realizes how fast is Modern now. Affinity and Pod can kill you out of nowhere in a single turn, and this implies that you have to design decks able to perform their task very quickly and consistently.
3 is a lot to be asked for a limited tutor. Your hope to give the high-curve development a chance to breathe is by packing the deck with spot and mass removals, but in doing so you're weakening your matchup against UWr/Scapeshift/Tron/Storm and you don't even have some filtering tool at disposal (hence why I think black doesn't make it, but that's another story).
The only card I see red worth splashing for is probably Rakdos' Return, which is a risky card anyways as you want to have the most mana as soon as you can to maximize it- something this deck doesn't manage to accomplish given it doesn't play green to close Tron early enough. If it closes it later on, there will be good chances that your opponent is already empty-handed and Return turns into an expensive Blightning. It could be a Fireball... but seriously, Fireballing is plain weak in Modern, too situational and if you have 13 mana down there are better ways to win.
Play the deck like this as a starting point:
6x Swamp
4x Urza's Tower
4x Urza's Power Plant
4x Urza's Mine
3x Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
1x Tectonic Edge
1x Bojuka Bog
---23
This is well-curved and has a decent capability of getting its gameplan going. Griselbrand and Emrakul probably don't belong in here despites their powerlevel because they are too costy and Griselbrand gives its best when your deck consists of a flurry of cheap spells to cast quickly after a draw 7. This is not the case.
Anyways, you still need a good justification to play this over the already-existing variants.
It's in the opening post. I do have 3 clasms MB.

Based on my thoughts, I put together a list here:
3 Temple of Malice
2 Lavaclaw Reaches
4 Urza's Tower
4 Urza's Power Plant
4 Urza's Mine
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
1 Tectonic Edge
2 Wurmcoil Engine
2 Grave Titan
1 Griselbrand
1 Slaughter Pact
4 Expedition Map
3 Duress
4 Rakdos Signet
2 Talisman of Indulgence
2 Dismember
3 Tendrils of Corruption
1 Damnation
2 Increasing Ambition
2 Liliana Vess
1 Worst Fears
1 In Garruk's Wake
2 Rakdos's Return
1 Black Sun's Zenith
It's untested, and could be terrible, but I think you're onto something here. I could easily see Black Tron being a solid archetype.
Ok, how about this:
1x Mountain
4x Urza's Tower
4x Urza's Power Plant
4x Urza's Mine
4x Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
2x Wurmcoil Engine
2x Grave Titan
2x Griselbrand
2x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
4x Expedition Map
4x Thoughtseize
4x Talisman of Indulgence
4x Rakdos Signet
4x Increasing Ambition
4x Through the Breach
4x Beseech the Queen
2x Rakdos's Return
Base mono black splashing red, the plan is all-in on Through the Breach. (Or hardcast fatties.) Basically a combo deck.
The red is needed, for this deck has a hard time stabalizing. A turn 4 damnation may not be enough to stabalize.
