This is my version of the Turbo Fog Deck; which was inspired by the deck builds in this link.
It has most of the "fog" play-style + a few adjustments to (somehow) give it mid-late game damaging power.
I also added Kruphix, God of Horizons to the deck as he gives you unlimited hand size and a persisting mana pool. This allows you to invest on your big creatures without worrying on running out of mana. and since you would have a good number of lands in play with this deck, I put in Rude Awakening to make use of them in sticky or opportuned situations.
Kiora, the Crashing Wave is also -sort of- vital to this deck as she can provide lockdown to an opponent's creature, allow you to draw cards, and summon 9/9 krakens once you got her emblem out.
Turbo Fog is a fun deck to play, annoying to play against, and a straight forward deck of denial; though it is not a rigid deck, it's actually flexible once you make the your own adjustments to it.
Edits:
Deck is now Green-Blue. Elderscale Wurm is now a set.
Actually, it blunts the speed of the early game pretty well playing fog and company. Admittedly, burn decks are a different story, but that is what the sideboard is for. There are a few better cards that could be played, however, or added. Kiora is a one of, at best, in my opinion, because I believe that for the purpose that you're using it for, that Tamiyo, the moon sage is stronger.
If you're going to run white, that's good! You get cheaper and/or better fogs such as dawn charm and holy day or ethereal haze. Purity, fun though it is, probably needs to go.
If you want blue card selection, the best you're allowed to use is serum visions or sleight of hand at one cmc. Ponder is, unfortunately, quite banned!
Oh I didn't know Ponder is banned. sad. will find a replacement.
Tamiyo is great, and she was the top choice in most of the turbo fog decks I've seen, but I'm getting Kiora, the Crashing Wave for all her effects; and especially her Emblem.
