So the idea is to make Saheeli an artifact with liquimetal coating, use her minus on herself, sacing the original and repeat, killing with mill via altar, yes? Potential turn three kill with plenty of tutor support for the artifacts. But easily boarded against since it has the same vulnerability as affinity.
Oh another great idea. How about sideboard that transforming this deck in simple UR counterburn deck. Just sideout 12 combopices - altar coating and Saheeli.
When I saw the subject line, I was about to scoff, but Liquimetal Coating is one of my favorite cards ever, and the basis for one of my favorite terrible standard decks ever. It didn't always work, but when it did I got to Ancient Grudge away lands, and it was amazing.
While going all in on the combo is an option, you can also just build around Coating and Saheeli value and make the combo more incidental. Trinket Mage is a must, as that will allow you to run a singleton altar, and it's great to flicker with Saheeli, especially with a toolbox (E.E., Relic, Chalice, etc.)
Leyline of the Void is a simple piece of sideboard tech for this deck, and has legs against Dredge (BACKBREAKING!) and a few other matchups. Not to mention the Reshuffle Eldrazi are virtually extinct except a singleton Emrakul in Jeskai Harbinger and maybe a playset in Grishoalbrand/Breach, which you'll probably be turning into counterburn against.
May I recommend a playset of Gitaxian Probe? Lets you know if it's safe to combo out, and thins the deck.

Sure if you want to throw in Thoughtseize. Otherwise I don't think it's worth the added burden on the mana and thus the wallet.
On 2 colors, lower mana commitment, and lower dollar commitment you can get the same net effect from Altar of the Brood + Enduring Renewal + Endless One.
Also, milling someone out isn't an "insta win". It's a win the next time they would draw a card.
