I really dont know why people are still playing 2 BM maindeck. Attrition based games and aggro based games is what will dominate the meta now. Lots of decks are playing BM themselves now. You need to use the slots to help yourself more in grindy matchups. That means playing more LoTV, LtLH, Hazoret, and more Dreadbore/Fatal Push.
BM is not gonna help you in control matchups.
Blood Moon is the ONLY way I've ever won vs UWr-Control.
Beside that it was many times free win vs. 5-C-Humans, GrixisDS, TraverseShadow, Abzan and other 2/3-coloured decks.

Well, you can lie to yourself going onward that BM is actually a good card against UWr Control or just reevalute the matchup. Lingering Souls, discard, Reveler and LoTV is the key to the matchup. Trading 2-for-1 if possible. Not catching a deck that runs up to 8 basics offguard. I have a positive record vs Control and I always sideded out BM, because its just bad here. Remember to evaluate every matchup in a vacuum. Dont be biased about certain cards in specific cases. Just because Thoughtseize won me a game against Burn doesnt mean its a good card against them in general.
5c Humans, Grixis DS, Traverse Shadow, Abzan are all good matchups for us already. So this does not count as an argument for me personally. BM is a very dicey card, and I bet that against Humans I would rather draw any removal spell over BM anytime. In that sense, all those matchups are very winnable if you pilot the deck correctly. And also, more Pushes, more LoTV and Hazoret incredibly help against that matchups as well. And I bet most of the time more than BM.

Honestly? Those "Free wins" you claim, I atribute about 65% of them to mana screw in general rather than being stuck off color, and the other 35% to player error. Blood moon comes down 2 turns too late to affect humans, and the other decks you list MIGHT get burned by it once before playing around it, if they don't play around it as soon as they see what deck you're on. Certainly not match-breakers given how we're underdogs to all of those decks save GDS (which we're about level on)
Blood moon was once a backbreaking card. However most if not all Tier 1-2 decks decks have come to recognize its threat potential and for the most part ignore it. BM is no longer deserving of a spot in the deck, and anyone who continues to play it would be better served with anything else.

@Algernone25 I agree 100 %. Thats what I am talking about. BM is a good card when you get wins against bad matchups with it, but thats about it. Its not a card that fits into an attrition based deck like Mardu Pyromancer. Free wins is nice and all, but this also implies that your opponents dont expect the card. Everyone knows now to expect BM from Mardu, therefore it gets worse automatically. And against Tron BM doesnt help all that much, since we cant provide the clock to support it. I am on Fulminators for a long time already, and that is a card I can actually use against Tron, as well as Control and midrange mirrors.
I left one in the deck because it wasn't much of a cost but while I was playing at the SCG this past weekend, I boarded it out after game one even though it had won me that first game. I was able to get that "Free Win" off of it but ultimately, it wasn't a card that I wanted in the main deck. I had better options out of the board.
It is hands down, the worst card in the deck. I had already considered cutting all of them but because it can randomly snipe me 1/20 games, I left it in the main as a 1 of. Moving forward, it won't be in my main any longer.
I'm down to 19 lands and I am considering cutting the 3rd Kolaghan's Command as well. I like the card and it's incredibly powerful but a lot of times, I end up not having time to cast it or it gets pitched to lootings or revelers.
Can I just say for the record that Bedlam Reveler is really starting to get on my nerves? Too often it seems like I feel forced to tap out turn 4-5 with it, pitch several good cards, draw 2 lands and a blank before it eats a kill spell immediately.
It feels like reveler is only good if we have an empty hand (which I feel like I never do) or we win the game the second we drop him (unlikely). Am I just misunderstanding the card, or something else?

I could see going down to 19 lands by adding the third manamorphose. I love the 3 Command, they are getting better going forward.

You don't have to cast the card asap. Why play him if you have other good cards in hand?

Most of the time it's staring down lethal or near-lethal and I need to hit my 1-outer. I'd love to know what decks people keep facing where they get to untap with a young pyromancer as well - I can't even try to cast him until turn 4 most games, assuming I've drawn one.

That doesnt sound that it is bedlams fault. If you need to cast him because your are otherwise dead there is some other thing that went wrong before.

I know those situations... maybe you need to play more throw-away spells (like burn spells or manamorphose). If you have no target to play your push/terminate just dump it in the grave and hope that you will not need it again I guess.
Has anybody else considered Rally the Peasants as a spicy one of for the deck?
It has on-colour flashback souls style, and represents a pretty big alpha with a board of 1/1 tokens.
(Obviously this isn't ultra competitive, but I do love me some spicy jank)

Since I treat this deck more of a value based deck with good topdecks, no, not really. Its not gonna help if you are behind and the card is individually useless.
I went 3-1 last night at FNM, beating Spirit Jund, Naya Zoo, and Mono Blue Living End; my only loss was to BR Hollow One, because that deck is kind of ridiculous.
My bad keep in game 2 didn't help, though. From what I can tell, if you can land an early Young Pyromancer, you can block their ground creatures for more or less ever and start grinding them out - the issue is the Flamewake Phoenixes. My sideboard wasn't perfectly set up for the matchup, since I've misplaced a bunch of my staples, but I don't think that matchup is actually too bad with the right draws.

Jund with BBE that's also splashing Lingering Souls. Stretches the mana base a lot, though - DRS was an integral piece that let it run smoothly.
