First try to get the 4th bloodstained mire. Also instead of the flooded strand if you have them use delta black is more important.
As mentionned above you have too many shocks 4 is more then enough. Personally I run 1 filter (graven cairns) and 1 check
(Clifftop retreat). Also I would cut 1 GQ.
This is my 24 if it can help you
4x bloodstained mire
4x marsh flats
3x shambling vents
2x blood crypts
1x godless shrine
1x sacred foundry
1x needle spire
2x ghost quarter
1x clifftop retreat
1x graven cairns
2x swamp
1x mountain
1x plains
Thanks for the list, how is needle spire treating you? I've never had a chance to play it.
Its ok at best, But for now I will keep the 3/1 splits as he provide red and also he is more aggressive then shamblings.
Blackcleave Cliffs is the only fastland we need if you can afford it worth running 4. Also, 3 shocks is fine no need for more. Finally, I wouldn't play more than 1 Ghost Quarter but that's just me.
Recently switched from Midrange to Nahiri and got to say I was pretty impressed. Won all my matches (10 or 11) during the weekend mostly again T1-T2 decks. What do you think on running a second creature MB or SB in case Emrakul get exiled from library? thought about Goblin dark Dwellers or even Cataclysmic Gearhulk, he could help agaisnt go wide decks too. It would Also allow us taking out Emrakul and a couple of Nahiris and still have something to ult.
I run both Nahiri, the Harbinger and Young Pyromancer / Monastery Mentor to provide multiple threats for opponent to deal with and a more aggro-control build (can switch from defense to attack), which seeks to maximise incidental value from spells.

Been watching the post on here for a few days. Has anyone tried Blessed Alliance? I thought it was meh, but it has been super helpful. I decided to run it in Lightning Helix slot. As Lightning Helix becomes less and less needed in my opinion. It was quite refreshing.
-Having an opponent sac an attacking creature is nothing new in magic. Lately I have noticed how strong Blessed Alliance is in conjunction with lighting bolt and path. The fact that it limits your opponents choices of who to sac via Attacking clause while using our own spells to remove unwanted choices.
-Untap up to two target creatures will rarely be useful but can enable combat tricks.
-My current Mardu Nahiri list is using my life points as a resource through Dark Confidant, Thoughtseize, Shocklands, and Painful Truths in the sideboard. Gaining 4 life is really helpful. Gaining 4 life + Damage prevented from removing attacking creature is great.
Also has strong points against Infect, Bogles, Jund(thrun), Burn, Affinity(champion), Bant Eldrazi(Smasher), RG Breach, and any Nahiri/Emrakul list.
I main boarded it for several play sessions and decided to put 1-2 copies in sideboard. Part of me really wants it mainboard in open metas. Would anyone agree or disagree?
I really like the idea of that card on paper, not sure how it would play out but I might try it. How did you like it in the Lightning helix slot? Also out of curiosity what did you take out of the SB to fit these in?

I ran blessed Alliance in my Jeskai Nahiri mb and I've been thinking about playing it in my Mardu list too. It's a sweet card that can randomly ruin a bogles player's day too. It feels really good to escalate it against burn, but it can just be played to gain 4 life as well (which is the same as countering a boros charm, pretty good).
I also got to play Kambal against storm tonight. Gross. It's really good against burn as well, since the lifegain resolves before their burn, so you can't die to bolt at 3 life when he's in play, and he survives combat against guide + most Swiftspear attacks. Pretty sure I'm gonna keep testing the two copies I have in the sb, and see how they fare at fnm.
Look at the card. Now back to Jace. Now back to that card, now back to Jace! Sadly, it isn't Jace, but if it stopped being a junk rare and became relevant, it could act like it's Jace. Crack some Worldwake. What do you have? You have a Jace, the card you wish this card could be like. Look again. THE CARD IS NOW A $75 BILL. Anything possible when you play Magic with Jace and not junk rares. This is probably spam.
Your mana base is horrendous and needs some serious work. 23 lands is way too few in a deck that relies on a 4-drop while you run too many shocks taking unnecessary damage (don't get me started on 3 GQ ...). If you don't have the "correct" fetches and fastlands you can still come up with something serviceable but this is just bad. I'd recommend reading Frank Karsten's article if you haven't. if you need some help just post a list of all the lands you have access to and i'm sure we can help you come up with the best possible mana base based on that. I don't want to offend you but that pile of lands makes my eyes hurt and will make you lose tons of games (your list looks totally reasonable otherwise).
I'm always appreciative of criticism, so no offense taken. If it's okay let me lay out my logic and maybe you can help me understand why it doesn't work.
Of course some of these are budget choices, if I had marsh flats I'd run the hell out of them. The ghost quarters have been great to have so I'm not sure what the problem is beyond that they produce colorless mana. They help me on several match ups and I tend to be happy to see them. I try to fetch into 1 white source, 1 red and two black as a minimum and I find that allows me to cast anything - except helix + path/bolt which I admit is a problem. I love my shambling vents and many lists I've seen run four so I don't think there is a problem there.
The only nominal lands that I haven't included are the bw filter and urborg. Beyond that I've been looking for a good time to grab the new fastlands but I want sure on the number.
My land choices are on a budget right now for sure but I still will appreciate any and all tips in what direction to go.
EDIT oh also I'm not sure what to drop for more lands, though I'm leaning towards helix.
GC has a sweet and unique effect, i just don't think that any 3-colour midrange deck can afford to run 3 colourless lands, so i'd cut that to 0-2 depending on the rest of your mana base. What you need is more fetches (4 Mires/2 Strand/2 ? should work okay), Blackcleave Cliffs are really important and if you don't have them I'd run a few copies of Inspiring Vantage. Shambling Vent is great, generally the concensus seems to be that 3-4 manlands is the sweet spot for midrange builds and 4-5 for control. If you're at 8 fetches, 4 shocks, 3 basics you can also run 1-2 checks (Isolated Chapel, ...) in the colours you need to round out your lands.
I do have tons of Isolated Chapels, so I could put those in. So eight fetches is the way to go? I figure I'll go 4 Mire, 2 Strand, 2 Delta then. I'll slowly trade into cliffs. Thanks for the help!
@akwing00 I liked it. Lightning Helix is a great. I have been leaning towards cutting in favor of more flexible answer. Swapped two Helix for Blessed Alliance and it pretty nice. However, Helix always has a target. Alliance isn't always good. I took out 2 stony silence. No longer boarding for tron and we are favored against affinity.

Personnaly I dont like to run fastland in a deck that mostly rely on a 4 mana PW to win. With the 4 manland having 4 fast is a third (assuming you have 24) of your lands that wont get you Nahiri on turn 4. I understand why people like blackcleave but the downside here is too big IMO.
For the second target if you are on Bob's I would try to keep it at 4 mana ( hero of bladehold, kalithas) if you play wall I like GDD or grave titan alot.

Probably at least 60% of the time, you will not have Nahiri on turn 4 either due to mana constraints or not having drawn her. On the other hand, running 4 fastlands give you a 40% probability of drawing at least one. This is important in a deck that runs 6 turn 1 discard spells and 4 lightning bolts. This saves you tons of life.
And your reasoning for the tapped lands constituting 1/3 is off. Not sure how you're pulling off that number but even if that was true, you may be assuming the first three lands are always played untapped and only the 4th is given the probability of being a tapped land. If you open with even 2 fastlands + 1 untapped land, you will still achieve 4 mana on turn 4 (assuming you draw the other land) unless you play the untapped land first.
What do you guys think about Olivia Voldaren? I was looking at my binders today and ran across her and thought she might be an interesting card vs a second kalitas

Great card but she is pretty vulnerable to any removal spell. Mardu doesn't have many great threats so the few threats it does play have to be very resilient.

@Jongsl5 pretty much covered everything. There are 10 spells we want to play T1 and Blackcleave allow us to do it painlessly. You got to use them to understand how good they are really.
Olivia is a great sb option in the right meta. She's very good against swarm decks and even against midrange she's beast in topdeck mode.
This is the list I am planning on bringing to eternal weekend for side events. It has been testing well online. I am debating with a friend of mine weather dropping 1 land and moving Elspeth main would be worth it. I have been sticking with 25 because hitting all the land drops is important and, well, everyone else has been doing it. Any thoughts/critiques are welcome. I made a conscious decision to include stony silence over lightning helix because it is just such an overwhelming powerful sideboard card against affinity, lantern, ad nausem and hurt Tron a bit. But it is an excellent catch all for any artifact threats. I will also say, Kambal has been great, I am always happy to see him. He is almost always a free tendrils and possible card advantage when they try and remove him.
I am not sold Elspeth main, she has won a few games, but mostly she is a game ender versus decks like jund. The deck has kind of a bi-modal curve, a lot of one drops and yes a bunch of 4 drops. Nahiri is obviously a game ender, and in my opinion tied for the best planeswalker in modern. If I didn't play Chandra, I would be playing 6x 4 drops (nahiri and 2 Kalitas). I wanted a sweeper in the main, to balance out all the spot removal and keep from total blow outs vs tokens, elves, Kiki or Eldrazi. I originally had Anger of the Gods, but changed to Wrath of God because it can clear goyfs, TKS and Smasher.
Chandra is a pet card atm, I can't tell if I love her or not. She has flat won me a few grindy games, but at the same time, she doesn't break a stalled board and her "card advantage" isn't amazing. If anything I would drop her for another 2 drop.

Chandra is possibly the most overrated card of the year. Like you said, she cannot recover a bad board state or even stall for you. Nahiri can at least take care of threats and her + ability makes her difficult to kill.
Btw why the leyline of sanctity? For burn? Valakut?

I find three Blackcleave Cliffs and one Inspiring Vantage works well. I agree on only one Ghost Quarter as the coloured mana demands are high. Nahiri, the Harbinger is the best way to go. I think a singleton sideboard Goblin Dark-Dwellers is best option as a backup to Emrakul, the Aeons Torn as it is ok to cast from hand if needed.

If you are looking for that kind of effect Hero of Bladehold is what you want. Attacks for seven alone and can't be bolted or abrupt decay'd
