I must have missed that one. Where did you find the list?
As for Young Pyromancer, I don't know how I feel about it in the deck. In theory it can be good but I dislike that it makes you want to run cards like probe to get immediate value out of it. However main concern is that in the current meta there has been an increase in token hate due to the rise of Junk and, BW tokens and it makes the deck even weaker to Illness in the Ranks, a card I am seeing more and more of.

Illness in the Ranks eh? That's something I haven't seen yet in my meta. Unless BW Tokens is huge in your meta (I haven't played against it in months) that seems like a narrow card taking up a precious slot. While it definitely makes Young Pyromancer bad, if they are sideboarding against that then that's just more room for you to combo off or go attrition with Pestermite and Tasigur, the Golden Fang beats. I like that it gives you the ability to stay in the game against more aggressive strategies when you don't have the combo in hand and grinding the game out isn't a realistic option. Time will tell. One thing I am thinking after a little goldfishing is that 4 Inquisition of Kozilek feels like too many, I'd kind of like another Remand or two myself.
Illness in the ranks actually stops your combo, since the copies are tokens both your creatures can't win with it out (pestermite being a 1/0 and deciever being a 0/3) Most decks that will board that against you, you should probably have boarded in tasigurs and friends as the main plan anyway, so it shouldn't be too effective. nonetheless people board that against me all the time in my meta.
True I didn't even think about that. Still it's really only decent against Twin and BW Tokens, it's not very good against anything else so it's not something I expect to see. Based on a quick study of mtgtop8, the only deck that has played it with any consistency is Affinity, a matchup I feel very good about to begin with.
I like roast in UR Twin, but not in RUG Twin. You want to cast tarmogoyf on turn two or leave remand up.
Lavamancer is pretty good as a 2-of in the main. He lets you take both the aggro and control role.
Blood moon in the sb seems fine if you know how to play with it in this deck. I personally would not make RUG twin a blood moon deck, but I can see how it can work.
I actually ended up going 4-0-1 with a much different list punting the first game of the semis hard TWICE and leaving because I couldn't play in the finals anyways due to time issues. Changed the bloodmoons out at the last minute and it was a great decision as the other cards i put in pyroclasm and izzet staticaster were great. Although I had the staticaster in the deck at one point I never saw it but pyroclasm won two matches. I'll write a tourney report if you want when I get time.

I'd be interested in a tournament report as well as your decklist if you have time.
Alot of the numbers in the list seem strange for a Grixis deck: the miser Kiki, running 1-2 split of Tasi MB and SB, a full set of Remands, hell even the Peek and Spell Snares are unusual. The lack of Thought Scours makes sense in context I suppose, he is only running 1 Tasi, 3 Snaps and 0 Grims so filling the grave seems less important. As for the Fulminator Mages I have to wonder if Stone Rain isn't better in the match-ups where it matters. It would be really interesting to see his logic behind the build, particularly the Kiki.

A different take on the deck, slightly based on this link. I've tested in a local tournament and was pretty satisfied with the Abzan matchup. 2 Thragtusk, 2 Huntmaster also meant I had a better matchup against burn than Grixis twin. Really loving the interaction between Sower/Huntmaster and Chord of Calling. They're +2 for your tutors.
Will keep you guys updated. I know this list is a bit of a stretch for the thread, but it is Temur and Tempo/Midrangeish, so bear with me haha.
Sideboard is a bit loose, trying some stuff. Courser and Sieges are for control/midrange matchups so you have extra gas. Profaner of the Dead looks just about insane with Chord of Calling instant speed bouncing their guys. (Either by saccing himself or a stolen Goyf/Rhino), and I happen to own a foil one, so its in the deck for testing purposes. Icefall Regent should really just be Sower #3, but I might need the Dungeon Geist + Frost Titan effect. Maybe I'll just drop him for Jace Architect.
About Fulminator + Kolaghan Command:
Since we are a tempo deck, the Wasteland effect is very useful. It also deals with Inkmoth Nexus and wrecks Affinity (destroy artifact + deal 2 or bring back Fulminator might be game). It also keeps Valakut decks in check and makes the Amulet Combo matchup even easier. Killing the odd manland also is good utility. Add to the facvt that you can just recur Snapcaster Mage with Command and you have very good card slots used in your deck.
My sideboard is up in the air right now, though it's likely going to have 2x Blood Moon (for the Amulet, Sultai, Jund and Tron in my meta), 2x Thoughtseize, 1x Inquisition of Kozilek (3 hand disruption for the other combo decks), 2x Ancient Grudge, 2 Murderous Cut, 2 Mizzium Skin, 1x Relic of Progenitus, 2x Shatterstorm, 1 Electrolyze.
Am I crazy not running Thought Scour? I'm not running Grim Lavamancer (though I'm tempted to play a couple in the board), but 3 Tasigurs does make me want to play it a bit. I'm also running 3x Twin/1x Kiki split because of the Slaughter Games floating around.
@MrM0nd4y: The list looks good. I don't think that the Thought Scours are overly important given you aren't running any Grims and I have never found ensuring a Tasi on turn 2 to be vitally important. It does make you slightly lighter on cantrip effects but if the deck has been running smoothly I wouldn't worry about it.
@Necro: That is a hell of a list, I had flashbacks to the days of Kiki-Pod. It looks really sweet, best of luck with the GPT.
In regards to the Fulminator discussion. I think MalkoMann is right, I can't really think of a match-up were we need it. Sure there is a nice interaction with Kolaghan's Command (Kommand, if you will) but we only run 1 and the traditional match-ups where Fulminator is good are already solid match-ups for us. I think I would prefer a Darkblast and maybe a couple of Monastery Sieges in the same slots.

I do agree that Blood Moon isn't particularly great vs. most of the BGx decks, though it actually puts in some work against Sultai (since they want a lot of double black and then all their other colors). I'm also thinking about dropping one Remand for another Electroylze (mostly because of the tokens hanging around here). I'll have to see how it goes.
As for the second Cryptic/Sower, it's mostly just availability for those. I've never really felt the need to pick up a Sower (though I likely will soonish) and I'm hoping for an MMA2 reprint to pick up a second Cryptic.
It was intentional. I used to play straight UR Twin with two mainboard Blood Moons and they did so much work, which is why I'm trying to make sure that I can still use them in this deck. It's super nice to have them as an option against the two Bloom Titan guys at my store.
This weekend I went to a local store which often hosts small modern tournaments, 10-20 people, for fun rather than actually play for byes to gp vegas. In any case I settled on this list for the tournament 2 minutes before deck registration was due in an event with 9 people.
I scouted a tad by casually talking to people and saw a bw tokens player, affinity, little kid, 2 mono red and hatebears. My previous list had two bloodmoons but I cut them from the deck all together and jammed pyroclasm and izzet staticaster on a whim because they were shaping up to be pretty decent against a field that bloodmoon would not. And as it turned out later, one of those cards was very powerful. Other than that I went for a combo oriented version as this store doesn’t have junk running around and as it. There were only decks that tarmo twin could pretty easily fight through with goyfs and the combo without the need for clunky midrange threats in the main.
Round 1 win 2-1 vs hatebears
G1
I serum visions on turn two as the first play of the game and my opponent goes vial into thalia. I find a goyf and jam it on turn three but he plays a geist of saint traft. I am under the gun pretty quickly as my goyf gets pathed on the next turn and it’ll take until turn 5 with the thalia to combo. He misses his fourth land drop and decides to path my goyf. This fetches me my fifth land I was missing to combo and I go eot tap his vial on three counters with an exarch and then untap and twin him because he couldn't cast a second path through his one mana he had open with his thalia. Oops!
G2 out: remands, some combo, spell snare. In: sweepers, batterskulls.
I lose a quick g2 because my first land is a fetch that I forget to use when he drops a leonin arbiter on his second turn and my second land is a tapped hinterland harbor. He drops a ghost quarter and I immediately concede with my 2 fetch hand and soon to be zero usable lands on board through the arbiter and quarter.
G3 I keep a hand with lots of removal and some snapcasters and pestermites. I kill his first two guys and he drops two judge’s familar while left with one card in hand. I manage to find a goyf and land the pestermite. He untaps, paths the goyf and plays a brimaz. On my turn I have to electrolyze the familars and then block brimaz with a snapcaster and then bolt the brimaz to kill it. pestermite starts the beats but he finds thalia and an arbiter back to back and I would have to pyroclasm to kill them both. We trade damage for a while and I am at 6 before I fire off the pyroclasm killing his flickerwisp he dropped after I tried bolting his thalia. I pyroclasm the board and snap bolt the thalia. He untaps and passes and untap find and then slam a batterskull cementing my victory
Round 2 vs burn 2-1
G1 Remand shows how bad it is this game as I get runover by GGs early and then by burn spells with no removal and only a goyf to stop attacks. I quickly get overwhelmed.
G2 out: remand, some twin pieces in: counters, spellskite, feed and a batterskull
I keep a hand with removal spells and counters but no threats. I kill his turn 1 GG. He has a second gg that also gets bolted. I serum visions and I draw feed putting goyf on top. I then probe and see an abysmal hand of atarka’s command and two revelry’s. he commands me with no mana untapped and I go turn 4 goyf into feed the clan gain 10. The game is essentially over and I win on the back of goyf shortly after.
I board out a batterskull and put in a pyroclasm after seeing the revelries
G3 he mulls to 5 and keeps a one lander. He plays turn 1 and 2 swiftspears off that one land and I shock myself to pyroclasm away both the swiftspears. He doesn’t have much gas with just two cards in hand and I quickly find a goyf and an exarch to backup dispel, snare, 2x bolt. I tempo the game out and he never is able to get anything going.
Round 3 2-0 vs BW tokens
G1 He keeps a reactive hand with souls and hero of bladehold and I keep a hand with lots of one for one removal and remands galore. We both play nothing on either of our turns until He goes turn 4 souls with a white mana untapped. I play an exarch and tap his plains but he paths it. I pass back and remand the second half of souls and using two bolts on the spirits from the first half eot. I play a ⅔ goyf that only has instant, sorcery in the yard . I remand a hero twice with remand snap remand while he floods a tad. I take him to 12 before I draw roast and let the hero resolve. I roast it and then goyf + snap attack. He takes four to dismember my goyf going to six off the snpacaster. I cryptic bounce my snapcaster post combat and draw a card and then go snap bolt + snap bolt to kill him in my next turn.
G2 out: some twin peices, all spot removal in sweepers, counterspells, a batterskull
I mull to 5 and keep a one lander with 4 sb cards. He goes turn 1 relic, turn 2 anthem but nothing else. I get my second land on turn 3 and am able to negate his sorin. I draw one more land and play an exarch during his eot. It starts pecking in for one. He then thoughtseizes/inqisitions me three times taking explosives, anger and batterskull leaving me to electrolyze his face to find my fourth and last land of the game. He finds souls and I have no answer initially. I topdeck goyf into exarch into pyroclasm. and kill the first half of his souls while he kills the goyf with dismsember. he flashes back the second half and floods while I am able to finish off the last half of souls with a topdecked snapcaster on the pyroclasm. The exarchs peck away a little more and he is dead after drawing removal that was met with my dispels
Round 4 2-0 vs small zoo
G1 I probe on my first turn and see triple one drop and double BTE but no red mana. He plays out his hand but doesn't draw the red mana for a few turns. I remand a loam lion and draw exarch to pair with my twin. He takes me to 8 on turn three before going BTE x3 into kird ape. I tap his last source with the exarch and combo him.
G2 out:remands, some twin pieces, spell snare in skulls, sweepers and feed
My hand is pretty good with goyf and removal and a snapcaster. I kill his one drop, slam a goyf, and then snap bolt and block his dudes with goyf. He kills the goyf with a bolt and is on empty pretty quickly. Another goyf off the top for me starts the beats as I cryptic his next play and have another removal spell for his whatever comes next. Goyf finishes pretty quickly.
Round 5 delver - ID but we play out the first game. Let's just say when he gets stuck on one land I I rattle off triple goyf turns 2 3 4 the game doesn't last very long.
Semifinals vs hatebears I play one game and go due to time. I was first seed and wanted to see if I could win the tournament but I had to leave. I was first seed as well.
0-1 loss concede
G1 I keep a pretty good hand with removal snap and exarch. I kill his Thalia and arbiter and then he drops a his Geist beats me for 8 over three turns where I block Geist for two of them and I tap his dudes with cryptic once before I punt the game twice. I try to kill his Geist with a snapcaster block and he paths it. Ok I'll go fetch my land but the catch is that I shouldn't. I topped another snapcaster with visions that would have actually killed it if I hadn't. I tsearch and draw pestermite after I shuffle and then I decide when he attacks again to chump the angel token rather than double block exarch and mite on Geist. I punted hard twice and there was no excuse for it. I tilt pretty hard and I concede the match and drop.

I do have some q's. First, don't you feel Batterskull is a bit slow against Zoo? You aerent really going for a long game? Also you play Flame Slash and Roast because you feel they are useful for different things? I usually use Roast for Skite, which occasionally kill something else, though I guess the argument for Slash is it doesnt get Spell Snared? How do you feel about 2 Negate + 2 Dispel; is it a bit much considering not many people play UWr control or Scapeshift?
1) I do not, it stabilizes the board against them and wins if you untap. It's one of your best cards against them and I am alway happy to board them against all versions of zoo. Destructive revelry for your twins are a thing but that's not going to stop from boarding a card that I think is excellent vs them. But vs burn it is way too slow. Cheap interaction and a goyf/tasigur for the beats are what you want to win g2 and 3 vs them
2) I wansnt sold on going full in on roast quite yet for that event so I split the two and I'd still do that. Two vs one mana at sorcery speed was actually a tempo loss vs burn in g2 where I had to roast his guide on turn 2 as opposed to slash + visionsing. I still won but I can see how it can be relavent. Roast is only great vs junk where 5 as opposed to 4 is huge.
3) I don't think my 4 counters was correct for this event but I still like those 4 cheap counters in the board. There are different mixes that can be had but they are great vs those decks you mentioned which do show up at shops I go to and they are also decent vs amulet, burn and dispels vs infect. Again whether it's correct is not within my grasp but I personally like them

My three wins were against Infect, Naya Zoo and a new player on RG ramp stuff. My draw was Naya Midrange, unfortunately we ran out of turns the turn before I would have comboed off. My loss was to Bant Blink running the Angle Spike combo, alas this should have been a win but in the final game I sequenced my plays wrong and lost.
Over all the deck preformed well despite some god awful misplays from me. Of the newer cards, I was impressed with Kommand's utility and Anticipate was an all-star for me, I was never disappointed to see it and it pulled me out of a few hairy situations.
