1) early interaction is the mainstay of this strategy, but it often gets overlooked. I'd certainly value gigadrowse and exhaustion more than you are doing here, and your comments regarding fast strategies seem to indicate you need more of these pieces. 4x and 3x respectively is kind of a bare minimum at this point. If I could play 8 gigadrowse I would, and exhaustion is brilliant against aggro "tap out" strategies, less so against control for obvious reasons.
2) spreading seas may be able to knock an opponent's manabase off kilter in the first couple of turns but, like a leyline, it's mostly rubbish after turn 2. Moreover it doesn't interact with the board in any way, so against aggressive strategies you are just giving them time to swing with their threats (and it does very little to save you life). I'd recommend dropping these for things like remand, gigadrowse and exhaustion.
3) cryptic command is one of the better cards in the deck but we mostly don't want four of them because the problem we face isn't taking control of the mid game, it's surviving the early game. Cryptic doesn't help you do this, so we have to make concessions to include the interaction I previously mentioned. 3 is enough to do what needs to be done in the mid game.
4) vapor snag. What's this for? Surely you'd be better just running a second snapcaster? Snap-remand, snap-gigadrowse, snap-exhaustion and snap-time warp are all serious plays in this deck. Plus it's a beater.
If you're having issues with fast decks have you considered a white sideboard splash for timely reinforcements, ghostly prison, path to exile and supreme verdict?

I played the splash white and actually managed to go 0-3 before I dropped. I don't know how it happened, but couldn't win a single game. My draws were continuously awful. One game, I needed to draw literally any spell to win and i drew 5 straight islands. IN ONE TURN. QQ. I'll try again because there's no way luck this bad can hold up, but ***** man. It really souldn't have gone this badly.
FYI: Cards like Mauseleum Wanderer, Thalia and the Merfolk guy are an absolute beating against us.

Dang, son.
Mind you, at least you know that it wasn't the splash causing the issue.
I've changed up my sideboard to include leyline of sanctity. Dropped commandeer (bit scary as commandeer is like a last refuge against certain decks but I feel like against the slower stuff we're probably OK?)
2x leyline of sanctity (burn, abzan, Jund, Mill, 8-rack)
2x ghostly prison (dredge, merfolk, zoo, affinity, random aggro)
2x timely reinforcements (burn, zoo, random aggro)
2x chalice of the Void (infect, lantern, 8-rack, storm, ascension, affinity)
2x stony silence (tron, affinity, lantern)
2x path to exile (infect, tron, death's shadow zoo, dredge)
2x supreme verdict (abzan, kiki-chord, Jund, elves, merfolk, stompy, random midrange or wide strategies)
1z engineered explosives (death's shadow, elves, lantern, infect, random niche decks)
I'm wondering if stony silence and path are good enough to beat tron. And I've got nothing against valakut decks (hoping to get there off gigadrowse, remand, exhaustion and cryptic disruption to slow their progress) which could be a mistake.
I haven't had the sick plays with commandeer but I've seen it do some good work. If you had to take out 2 cards for commandeer, what would go?

I had someone who was playing Kiki-Chord side in Ruric Thar, the Unbowed against me and got it out turn 3. That was a beating. Also, I don't think Tron is that easy a matchup. Warping Wail out of the side is super annoying, as is World breaker and Karn blowing up lands. The fact that World Breaker and Ulamog blow up things on cast is rough to deal with if they can power them out fast enough.

gigadrowses, exhaustions, counters and commandeer tend to be enough for me.. i have some troubles with mono U tron actually because i don't know it well and i misplay a lot

These cards are all very good against Tron, you aren't wrong, and I don't think the matchup is bad, I just don't think the match is a cakewalk either. Gigadrowse and Exhaustion are both amazing, but counters against World Breaker's cast trigger doesn't do enough, especially when you're using something like Remand/Unsubstantiate where you're allowing them to have another cast trigger.
Funnily enough I rather play against Mono-U Tron and think the matchup is relatively decent in comparison. Then lean really heavily on their colored sources for disruption which is easy to eventually Gigadrowse out, and their bombs are easier for us to deal with/slow down. They also don't hit Tron as reliably which normally isn't as important to them, but it makes them extremely weak to us.
OK, first wave of reports back from GP side events:
Today in small event, beat:
Burn
Affinity
Bant Eldrazi
Ponza
Ended up winning 20 boosters worth of prizes.
Will play more tomorrow.
My sideboard was:
2 leyline of sanctity
2 timely reinforcements
2 path to exile
2 ghostly prison
2 Stony silence
2 supreme verdict
2 chalice of the Void
1 engineered explosives
I'm going to drop the paths and go up to
3x chalice
3x leyline
Both of those cards were clutch in the matchups where they matter. Having more can't hurt.
Has worked well. Been boarding in quite a few cards each matchup. Haven't had a single card not used yet. Supreme verdict and leyline have been great. Chalice has been great as well.

Just beat another infinite life combo (with opponent on 9 billion life) by awakening an inkmoth nexus. It was a tense run of turns trying to dig for the land but got there. Second time today!
Also just beat aggro humans (good deck)
Feeding back on thing in the ice. Singlehandedly won me three games today. Didn't even need a dictate. Just chained a couple of turns, serum visions and crunched in with the 7/8 after their board was bounced. Turn two thing is MILES better than howling mine in the first five turns, and it synergies with extra turn spells very well.
Seems to me like you need temporal mastery for it to be good though. Twice today I've blind flipped a mastery on turn 3 and it's got me to critical four mana.
Damn, good work purkle. Good to hear Thing is working out for you. I switched back around to 3 Thing / 3 Mastery / 3 PtW / 3 Exhaustion with one more Thing in the sideboard. It seems like from your results it's pretty hard to argue with the white sideboard now.

If you can cast a spell, you're doing well, If you can't, that's okay, too. It usually takes a few turns before you have enough mana to do anything. Meanwhile, you should figure out whether you need to discard (p.11). Then announce the end of your turn, and let your opponent have a go.
Played a tricky match against faeries just now & lost a game narrowly due to dumb tiredness. Kept an unkeepable hand because I zeroed in on leyline of sanctity and just said "keep" without really thinking through. 10 hours of magic will do that to a guy haha. The guy still conceded because he was paired up and couldn't really win any prize-wall tickets while i was set to win a bunch. Top guy.
Also played against a naya aggro deck which pipped me due to a misplay on my part (tired, fuzzy, had the win in hand and fluffed it royally).
So apart from a couple of misplays, it's been good. Ran scapeshift yesterday morning and had a miserable time of it. Ran turns yesterday evening and today (twice) in three four-round events. Record was 3-0 (had to drop, bit of a story behind that one), 2-1-1 (for max tickets it's sensible to ID in the final round, but played a friendly and won. So kind of 3-1 as far as testing the deck is concerned) and finally 3-1. losses were to affinity and naya aggro. Both were due to misplay so with tighter play I can definitely convert some of my losses to wins.
Basically I never felt out of the game. It was a great run. Overall 9-2.
Tomorrow I'm playing in one more 4 round tournament. Will probably be on turns again.
Point of note, dropped another basic island (down to 10) for the blue/white filter land (mystic gate). Seems good so far.
