Yea you are right there (and dont worry about the witness costing, it never was hard to my list to cast witness), so the options are +1 Sculler and +1 Resto (which I think its the best option), or +2 Bladehold, which would work great with the splicer playset.
Don't go bladehold, you're a little top heavy with four drops as is :/
Right, I have a lot of 3 CC which works well with vial at 3, but going for more 4 CC would be a bad idea. Then Ill ask you about how is 4 scullers, they really work well? isnt 4 too much? I mean, they are great, but arent good for atacking/defending.

There is literally never a game I don't want to cast it turn 2. I looove them. This deck can do a LOT with seeing the oppenents hand since we're so heavy on interaction.
Lol, not consistent for that? well, then jund is not consistent because it will draw tarmogoyf againsta full removal/combo deck, or dark confidant against burn, or his removals against a creature-less deck. And the WW D&T would not be consistent because you will draw arbiters against a deck that need only a few lands like burn or UR, or you will draw thalia against a creature based deck, or kitchen finks against combo. Wtf?
Okay, from the top:
"Consistency" is a function of variance. Whenever something reduces variance, it becomes more consistent. In Jund, Tarmogoyf is a card that does a lot of work against a large percentage of decks. Consequently, it increases the consistency of Jund (and it only does that by being the most cost-efficient vanilla creature ever printed). It is that simple.
Your card choices increase variance. That is to say, they are selectively powerful against certain decks in the meta. You could be making other choices that perform just as well, but over a larger percentage of decks in the field. Again, it is that simple.
I have no invested interest in what you play. You should play what you're comfortable with. But you asked why I'm not referring to your build as "consistent", and that's why. You should have a higher than normal variance, and it's coming from your card selection and your card quantities.
Playing millions of cards every turn... Slowly and systematically obliterating any chance my opponent has of winning... Clicking the multitude of locking mechanisms into place... Not even trying to win myself until turn 10+ once I have nigh absolute control... Watching my opponent desperately trying to navigate the labyrinthine prison that I've constructed... Seeing the light of hope fade and ultimately extinguished in an excruciatingly slow manner... THAT'S fun Magic.

Near Mint: The same as Slightly Played, but we threw some Altoids in the box we stored it in to cover up the scent of dead mice. Slightly Played: The base condition for all MTG cards. This card looks OK, but there’s one minor annoying ding in it that will always irritate and distract you whenever you draw it. Moderately Played: This card looks like it survived the Tet Offensive tucked inside the waistband of GI underwear. It may smell like it, too. Heavily Played: This card looks like the remains of Mohammed Atta’s passport after 9/11. It may be playable if you double-sleeve it to stop the chunks from falling out. The condition formerly known as "Washing Machine Grade" Damaged: This card is the unfortunate victim of a Mirrorweave/March of the Machines/Chaos Confetti/Mindslaver combo.
[M]aking counterfeit cards is the absolute height of dishonesty. Ask yourself this question: Since most people...are totally cool with the use of proxies...what purpose do [high] quality counterfeit cards serve?

Three Crucibles is a lot, because they don't do anything in multiples. That said, I can see that it's a huge part of your game plan. You can recur Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge, Gemstone Mine, and Horizon Canopy. You can even push through damage by Ghost Quartering your own Sejiri Steppe and replaying it from the graveyard.
Still, this deck suffers from a bit of an identity crisis. You have seven flicker enablers, and only two targets. You have four Hierarchs, but you have a relatively low curve, so they're there mostly for the exalted trigger and for increasing your T2 consistency.
There's a lot of things you can do with this deck, so I'm not really sure what to recommend. I guess my first thought is "No Flagstones of Trokair?"

I would like to read an explanation about why people are turning the deck into 3 colors and slower just right now that the format became faster. Can anyone explain it to me please?
Give me some reasons to play 3 colors, slowing a bit down, and a lot less consistent but with a lot more raw power just now that the format has speeded up.
1. Packs same hate which is most important cause once that lands you pretty much win
2. BGx is at an all time low so not as much turn 1 thoughtseize disrupting delicate costs
3. It's stronger vs delver going above and being able to side in stronger cards like siege rhino and anafrenza for maindeck cruise hate.

I agree with Sheepz. Plus, 3 colors:
4) Diversifies what your deck can do (Red = Land destruction, Blue = Draw cards, Green = Hatebears, Black = Hand disruption)
The only reason this deck doesn't run three colors (...like every other deck in Modern...) is that it typically uses symmetric search hate to punish greedy manabases. If you're just running a taxes build, one that doesn't rip apart an opponent's manabase, then there isn't much reason to not run three colors, other than worries about consistency issues. You can even use non-symmetric search hate if you really want to.

I think you're going to find that you should trade the Arbiters for Mindcensors. It's a little slower, and it's less likely to catch a opponent's fetchland, but the search hate is non-symmetric. You can search your deck all day long, but your opponents only get to look through the top four cards.
Now you have eight flicker effects, and still only two targets. Sure, Flickerwisp can be used offensively, but what are you flickering here?

I think the MD is pretty good like that, now I have to think more about the sideboard, which I think can be improved.
I made a comment about a GWB list a few pages back but I think I got told it was a stupid idea. At this point your deck is heavy on 2 drops (13) and 3 drops (14). Why not just cut the resto angels for more lower end creatures like a Teeg?
I have only tried out the Abzan human tribal list in casual ffa games, but I definitely think that's the way to go. You get Noble Hiearch, Dark Confidant, Thalia, Pontif, Splicer, and anything else you care to add. Beyond that you can get the other good utility creatures that fall into the colours like Teeg, Sculler, Pridemage and Ooze.
I'd almost not bother playing restoration angel and flickerwhisp since you can get such good creature quality without them.
I'd also suggest including some number of abrupt decays in the main since your colours allow it.
Actually Anafenza is pretty bad vs delver and Rhino is slow as hell. Playing "better creatures" instead of playing the hate (AND THE GOOD MANA BASE THAT MATTERS MOST NOW THAN EVER AGAINST DELVER AND BURN) like for example Mindcensor will cost you a lot of games. I cant imagine a single reason to not play with 4xNoble Hierarch at lest 2xMindcensor. You know I would go 3/4 because turn 2 Mindcensor is sick and atacking for 3 evasive on turn 3 after a land was destroyed isnt that bad, its actually broken on the play. Thalia right now is the BEST card in the entire archetype of Hatebears/D&T for sure. So anything that leads me to not to play the best hate cards in an "hate deck" isnt worth it.
My results as you know are pretty good and I think both of us know why it is. Consistency and eficiency. Cards like Anafenza, Knight of Reliq, Athreos and even my loved Witness arent neither consistent or eficient against >50% of the field. With this kind of lists, it's only my opinion, all you will have is your good match ups becoming less good and your bad ones becoming even harder. For example, how can a list that plays 4xPath's as the removal package in the 75 win against Infect or Twin or even Burn, Delver, Aff? How can a list with 0 Aven Mindcensor win against Pod or Scapeshift or even Tron? Gr tron is the perfect example. Even with the "good lists" its isnt a bye at all but with these 3 color lists it becames just another bad match up. Well probably nobody cares but at least try to think about not only the upsides of running the "best creatures" but also the downside of what you're taking out for them.
Oh I agree two color is the way to go, but I was still trying to justify hahahaha. I'm sorely tempted to splash green lightly for quasali since I already run horizons in my WB list to help set EE higher and draw for consistency. But yea I still find it an interesting thought experiment. You know I'm all about the data too so I'll believe it when I see it, but if I can help prepare a proper list for testing I'm always happy to do so. It's at least more interesting conversation than repeating the same advice to mono white players a hundred thousand times hahahaha.
One thing I would like to know though is how much burn hate you guys are running these days. I run 2 burrenton, mark and 4 kor. I might be going overboard but I play almost exclusively online and burn is like 20% of the meta with delver WAY up there too. A lot of my side choices work well against them as well so I don't feel particularly bad. I also hate losing to burn so there's that.
I have to agree with Wilier. At this point why not just play melira pod? It is just as good at this utility creature grind, and has the explosiveness to win out of no where. Looks more like Maverick than D&T...just sayin.
That being said if I am sticking to a mono-white or with a minor green splash; what do you guys think are the most potent cards to beat UR variants (delver and twin) are? My local meta has transformed almost completely into delver, and the rest are playing twin.
Spirit of Lab, Kor Firewalker, Dryad Militant seem like decent choices, but I was wondering if there was anything higher impact.

Those are good, one offing caverns in the land base is pretty crushing too since it doesn't limit what you can cast by vial count. I generally find if I stick a vial or cavern I win. Then again, running WB, I have pontiff which is AWESOME vs delver.

I would only run Glittering Wish in one specific scenario: I'm running Junk Taxes without Thalia and I want a toolbox. That's pretty much it.
My point wasn't that you should be running Glittering Wish; my point was that Glittering Wish probably does more for this deck than Fauna Shaman.
