Timely Reinforcements can be cut for the Champion if you feel she works better for you, and 1 Thoughtseize for the Sorin LoI maybe. But do not cut Spectral, it's the best card in our deck next to Lingering Souls!
Glorius: So the clock on Twin is turn 4 win and to stall you out if it takes longer. At the most, by turn 4, you could expect to have 2 creatures on the board and you won't cast more because you have to leave a whopping 3 mana open for the spell. You might win game 1 (unless they create extra attackers), but you won't win future games.
Burn? You are looking at a turn 4-5 clock (assuming you are on the play, you just dealt 10-20 damage on your turn 4). If you were going to win the game then, you would've already outraced them. Harsh Sustenance won't make a difference.
There are better options for what you want at that level. They are also two different strategies, so if you want to surprise them with life gain get one of those cards for one or two mana that gain you a few points. Likewise, in black white tokens, we have access to cards that let us sacrifice a creature and gain life.
Auriok Champion is decidedly worse than Spectral Procession. Flying is very important in modern and will make the difference between winning a losing games often.
Given your list, I would leave it as is. If anything, I might drop a Liliana of the Veil and/or an Inquisition if you really want Auriok Champions main. But, you run Timely Reinforcements, so that is a thing too.
I really like the idea of not running Hero of Bladehold and running some combination of Bitterblossom, Sorins, Elspeth and Lilianas in that spot. Making opponents' one for one removal bad seems super important for this deck.

One of these day I have to get myself organizized.
It already is bad. In fact, it is downright horrible. People might as well board it out against tokens.
What Hero does is something that none of those other cards can do: Hero can close the game by herself. If the game is pretty stalemated and they have exhausted removal, I have won multiple games with just Hero. Even if she doesn't survive, she is generally enough of a target that it enables another combination of tokens to win.
IMO Hero is nothing but good. I wouldn't play tokens without her. I would even consider her before any planes walker.
I haven't found Hero of Bladehold to be worth a spot in my Bitterblossom build, but that's mostly because Sorin is by far my preferred 4-drop. Hero is amazing out of the board against most decks, as they tend to board out most/all of their spot removal after seeing a pure token build.
Depending on your main deck, you may want more for burn, like Timely Reinforcements or Burrenton-Forge Tender. Affinity isn't super bad, I have only 4 slots for it. Only thing to worry about in affinity is Etched Champion, otherwise we can trade favourably.
If you sideboard either of these, why do you prefer one over the other? I have been running stain the mind due to the convoke, allowing me to cast this turn 3 in a perfect world.
How does 22 land work out for you? Especially with 2 Sorin and 3 Hero, I would consider going up to 23. Also, you only have 9 untapped black sources T1, so I'd suggest replacing a couple plains and a Fetid Heath with more fetches.
So your maindeck actually does matter quite a bit. There are two dominant archetypes of Tokens: BB with a control shell and the more well-known aggro build. This will affect your sideboard options as well.
In general Stony Silence, Grave Removal of some kind, and extra disenchant effects should be included. I second the opinion on Auriok Champion or Timely Reinforcements.
Affinity is pretty favorable for us, as is Abzan. I would even argue that they are practically auto-wins UNLESS you have a horrid hand and they have a dream hand.
I think you are over siding for Affinity personally.
Abzan is almost a non-bother. Relic will be fine, I wouldn't bring in a Leyline. Abzan players don't realize that discard is a waste against tokens. Read Reid Duke's article on "Thoughtseize You" to support my point.
Delver kicks my ass all the time. I would board against that.
Often you don't play any creatures until T3 (T1 discard, T2 anthem for example) so when you play Timely Reinforcements it hits both modes a lot of the time.
Agreed on Timely--it usually just naturally happens by T3. You can save a fetch/shock to ensure your life total is slightly below your opponent's life total when you cast it as well.
How does 22 land work out for you? Especially with 2 Sorin and 3 Hero, I would consider going up to 23.
It really has not caused too many problems. It could definitely be sample size. I have ran this for 2 weeks online. Playing nearly everyday.
I switched out both Fetid for arid mesa and the deck hits more T1 thought/inquis thank you for the suggestion.
So far today:
2-0 Mirror matchup ( I won the anthem battle and discarded his hero's )
2-0 Splinter twin Straight beat down on G1 then an unexpected T3 Stain the mind shut down the deck )

3 Rest in peace: for living end and storm and also good vs the sultai decks running tasigur and goyf.
3 Stony silence: tron decks and affinity. Also not terrible vs merfolk.
2 Disenchant: no explanation needed.
2 Aven Mindcensor: good vs a lot of decks but mainly for tron.
3 Leyline of Sanctity: burn and similar decks decks. Also decent in the mirror to shut off the discard.
2 Rule of law: kills storm but decent vs some other decks. Still testing these.
I wanted SB cards that can be brought in vs multiple matchups. For twin and burn I run 2 aruiok champions MD.
Modern: Eldrazi Tron, UW Tron, GR Tron, BW Tokens, WU Death and Taxes
Do you play Timely Reinforcements whenever you can, or do you wait until the board state will let you get the two effects of Timely Reinforcements?
I view this card as a 3 token maker that comes with a side of lifegain (sometimes). I do not always wait until both modes are on.
