We made it! As you may have seen, the April 4 banlist update has recently gone live and that means some kind of end to the "Eldrazi Winter" we've been living in since February. This also means a relative return to normalcy on the Modern subforums for the foreseeable future, especially in terms of moderation.
Starting on Monday, April 11, we'll be closing down all the threads in Modern general pertaining to the state of Modern, the Eldrazi metagame, tangential banlist talk, etc. We'll also be cracking down on all banlist discussion in threads outside of the official banlist thread. We've updated the Modern Forum Rules to clarify the "no banlist talk" rule, and feel free to respond to this announcement (or PM the staff) with any questions.

It is now April 11 and we've had a week to process the changes and get the Eldrazi out of our system. Starting today, we'll be returning to enforcing the banlist rules and discussions mentioned above. Keep this kind of talk in the banlist discussion thread only: if you see it elsewhere, report it and don't respond.
