I don't think so. Searching for Ghost Quarter, you'd be lucky if your opponent was stalled for more than 2 turns while you're giving up one of your own land drops and cards to search for Tron with to do so while giving them a free green source. Land disruption is typically only good in multiples against them as their cantrips, Ancient Stirring, Expedition Map, and Sylvan Scrying makes them very resilient to it.
Well, since this deck seems to be doing well you think it's worth buying into right now? I'm getting nervous that the price may spike on the cards the more this is going on. Kind of was hoping I could hold on buying in until the 15th of January.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
You could probably wait up until about a week before the Pro Tour which is February 5-7. I don't think the price will rise too much before then. After that, if it does well on camera at a PT, you could potentially expect some cards to spike. Although, I don't think it will go up by that much as a whole either.
I'm looking into the Mono-B version. How does it deal with aggro and fast decks? In my testing it can't really get a gameplan fast enough enough before being hit in the face? Should I be slapping down Stranglers as fast as possible even if I don't have anything to exile?
A lot of the cards are very cheap. Buy the herders and stranglers now. They are like $0.5 and $0.25 respectively now. Sowers are pretty cheap now too since they were a featured card in a duel deck.
I think Ulamog will rise as lots of people have realized how back breaking he is. Eye will be pretty cheap as it was just reprinted. That shouldn't go up too Much

There is no reason to wait. This is as low as this deck will ever be. Expect Eye of Ugin, Eldrazi Temple, Oblivion Sower, and possibly Ulamog (maybe...) to spike.

These cards are unlikely to rise too much even if this deck has big Modern successes. They'll certainly have a big % gain, but not a raw $ one. Eight of the processors are rares in a very recent set, so if you want to actually profit on them you are going to need to buy a LOT of product and hope pack openings don't offset your own speculation. If you're just a player, there's no harm in buying your cards now. They aren't going down and any paper successes by this deck will drive them higher.

The lands and mythics will spike. If there is top 8 success then I guarantee there will be a buyout on Temples, Eyes, and Sower. Temples won't be too bad since they were uncommons in MM, but Eye and Oblivion Sower will very likely increase by a good margin. The deck needs Sower to function well, same with Eye.
I wouldn't worry as much about Herders and Stranglers and Endless Ones. Like you said, being a rare and opened that much will not lead to successful buyouts.
Just saw that one. I really like this list, particularly the main deck spellskites. They help so much against aggro decks, and that is really where this deck struggles. I am still a bit luke warm on Expedition Map. I would rather have a spellbomb or claws I think. The 4 ghost quarters is nasty. I was thinking 3 and 3 eye, drop the maps for more removal or exile effects. Dismember would be good to have with all of the colorless sources.
Also, what do you guys think about dropping down to 3 souls? I have had hands where I have 2 in them, and I feel like it is just too much.

I think Souls is why you play White over Red. This is a card I want to see every game, usually multiple times, so I run 4.
Also I like that list. The 4x GQ is sweet. Like all the lifegain in the SB too.
I'm really not a fan of the map plan for bw, i feel we dont need it as much. Id rather have more removal/discard i think. I definitely wouldn't play less than 4 souls though. As Venemous72 said it is a huge part of the BW version's game plan

This entire thing is completely open still, there are definitely no 'best' variants as of yet. Be the player pushes BR through, that's what everyone else is doing with the other colors.

According to MTGGoldFish, BW Eldrazi 0.86% of the Meta with 6 decks recently and BR Eldrazi is 0.72% of the Meta with 5 decks recently. They are both in the hunt if you will.
As other have said, this deck does a very good job against midrange and control. With discard, it does a good job against combo, and GY based strats are hosed. The place where this deck fails is aggro, tron and decks that go wide.
BW I think has a better game plan against tron with stony silence, more GQs and Path to deal with Wurmcoil. BR on the other hand has better removal of small creatures and better cheap sweepers. The one area where BW might pull ahead of BR is with Timely Reinforcements and Rest for the Weary which are very strong against burn and aggro in general.

Thanks, I know the deck is brand new and I think I'll be happy with the red version (even if my favorite color is white I don't have the fetches for it) I just wanted to be sure I hadn't missed a memo.

I wouldn't rely too much on MTGGoldfish for metagame percentages as most of their data is from MTGO which is a different metagame than paper Magic. Regardless, all of your points still stand though.
Right now white is the most favored as it has many efficient ways of fighting troublesome matchups like Tron and Burn, whereas red's outs to those decks are slow and unreliable. Red has access to more cheap removal as Complex stated, but since we really only need to hold them off for about 3-4 turns, the removal options and Lingering Souls of black and white should be plenty.
I also like that list with main deck Spellskites as it gives us main deck ways to fight Bogles and Infect more effectively.

Spellskite helps against Twin, Burn and green stompy as well. I plan to pretty much take that deck list and do the following to it: -1 GQ, -2 Maps, +1 Eye, +2 Dismember (or +1 slaughter pact, +1 Dismember).

Just a personal choice based on a few other lists I'd seen. I haven't actually gotten the cards for it just yet, but as far as I can tell it seems several lists with different mana bases are 5-0ing and I felt like giving this one a try. I could certainly give the fetches a try as well since I have them left over from when I switched from Abzan to Jund. I suppose it would be a good idea in case of blood moon.
I also just noticed the spellskite list has a Vault of the Archangel in the mana base and I might give that a try over one of the Ghost Quarters.
First Karn wins typically. Not a very fun matchup.
I've usually found that the Tron deck that searches for Ghost Quarter usually wins.
Venomous has it right, first Karn usually wins.
