I dunno about that, depends on the deck i think.
If you play something that abuses the GY, like snappy, i would kill shaman first, then bob.
Otherwise, bob first.
Bob first, every time. I can always just not cast Gifts. If I am playing Snapcaster, I can always just draw into more spells to be flashed back. What I can't do is win an attrition war against an opponent who is out-drawing me 2 to 1.
Bob is the more powerful card in a vacuum, but deathrite is deceptive. But I think most control decks are worried about Bob first. The CA he provides WILL win the game. Deathrite will stop some things, and make you lose some life, but if you can't get rid of both I'd rather them eat lands and gain life and maybe make me lose some life than them draw extra cards every turn.
Shaman is really good but Bob is on a whole different level. Unless Shaman just kills your deck, some combo deck or reanimator, you should kill bob first.

Yeah, there's that. And there's also the consideration of how long you can wait to deal with each, and what the consequences are of waiting. You can always just wait to kill Deathrite until you need to do something in your graveyard. But when Bob draws a card, they are never, ever going to put that card back on top of their library. It demands a prompt solution.
If I'm on general goodstuffs, have only one removal spell, look at your hand, and see both Deathrite and Bob in it (assume I targeted discard Liliana of the Veil or something), I'll make the removal spell remove Bob. I'd rather not get killed by timely cards or a pile of cards.
If I have two removal spells, I'll likely throw them both at Bob and Deathrite, though. I've learned enough from experience that Deathrite's tempo boost, reach, graveyard hate, and even life gain steal games, although I've lost more games with Deathrite and not Bob than with Bob and not Deathrite.
If I'm on Melira Pod, I'll prioritize killing Deathrite because he screws with the Melira Combo and turns Persist dudes into half-jokes (and Gavony Township can't save them this time). Melira Pod has only so many Murderous Redcaps and Linvala(s) to go around.
If I'm on UR Storm...whoo, this is tough. If I'm confident that I can self-mill myself right past a Deathrite, I may prioritize dealing with Bob. If I'm on the Past in Flames plan, I may prioritize dealing with Deathrite, as Bob's flipped Abrupt Decays and Maelstrom Pulses will be dead. (I don't like Goblin Electromancer and my primary UR Storm build does not use him, although he is fairly big value if their only offense is Bob, Melira, or Fauna Shaman.)
As others have reported (I'm not entirely sure where, though--was it in UWR or RDW?), very aggressive decks like UWR Delver, Zoo, and Affinity have a surprisingly easy time winning while leaving Bob on the table. Those may prioritize removing Deathrite because of his life gain (RDW definitely will).
If you only have 1 removal card in hand, do you kill the turn 1 shaman, or save it for a possible bob?
If your opponent goes turn 2 bob, you 95% time kill it on sight.
is Shaman like bob in which you should kill T1 shaman on sight? (Similarly like bolting T1 birds)
Not so much between the two what do you kill, which I think is bob most of the time.
I think again, it really depends on what you are playing that will determine how badly you need shaman dead. Lectrys has the basic point though. If you HAVE to use the GY to help you win, (Which by looking at your sig you do in part,) you most likely will consider axing the shaman first if you plan on doing a Gifts into rites follow up. If you plan on going long, then you may consider saving the removal for T2 Bob. It is all gonna come down to what you expect your hand to do and when you plan to do it.
This question can't really be answered. It's completely contextual. There are some cases where the answer is obvious: playing burn or storm or melira or delver- take Deathrite. More often than not, the question isn't answered except by the shape and course of the game and your gameplan.

If your limited on removal, how do the creatures rank?
Deathrite Shaman = Dark Confidant in levels of needing to be answered?
