I have these four decks to choose from. I like all four, I just want to know which one is probably the best deck for use in a modern tournament. All sideboards aren`t finalized, so don`t mind them yet.
Sea Gate Oracle might be better than Court Hussar. Granted less cards to filter but you get a body that will stick around.
I'll assume you don't have Steam Vents but do you a few fetches you can add in there? UU and RR in those casting costs. Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse at the least.
Sideboard:
-3 Melt Terrain / Poison the Well
+3 Blood Moon
-3 Seismic Spike
+1 Blood Moon
+2 Relic of Progenitus or something to empty graveyards
First your avg cc is too high imo. Idk if you're on a budget or not so I'll list the prices of cards I suggest according to Starcitygames.
-4 Chittering Rats (3cc and they don't even discard)
+4 Inquisition of Kozilek (1cc and gets rid of most threats. $4)
-4 Liliana's Specter
+4 Hypnotic Specter (Simply better for same cc. $1)
-3 Mind Shatter (CC too high to be competitive)
+3 Liliana's Caress (Faster dmg to player than your other alternatives. $1.50)
SB:
-4 Doom Blade
+2 Shrivel
+2 Tragic Slip
-4 Distress
+1 Duress
+2 Relic of Progenitus for gy removal
Those are definite changes I would make for a budget deck.
If money isn't an issue then of course you want to pick up
Thoughtseize ($35) x4
Liliana of the Veil ($30) x2
Surgical Extraction ($8) x3

Hey Black19. I see that this deck is not tournament-ready yet, so I will probably go with one of the other decks. I want many of your listed cards, but atm I have to wait for my next paycheck to buy more, and the tournament is happening in one week.
I like the start of the mono-black discard deck. Remember that opponents to these decks will capitalize on just dumping their hand to make your discard useles...thus, you need to incorporate ways to punish them for overextending on the board.
To do that, use cards such as Damnation (expensive, unfortunately) and Black Sun's Zenith. Liliana of the Veil will also be great for forcing discard and being able to kill creatures, but she's weak to a swarm if you don't have enough chump blockers. In the mean time, go for cards like Infest, Smallpox (great card!), and Barter for Blood. You'll lose some guys too, but that's the nature of this deck! Gatekeeper is a good inclusion that you have already.
You'll also need ways to prevent them from drawing cards once they actually do dump their hand. You have Nezumi Shortfang, which is good. You should add in a few copies of Funeral Charm, which you can cast during their draw step. After they draw a card, there's a priority step where you can cast instants and abilities before their main step...hit them with Charm or Shortfang and if its not an instant, they'll have to discard the card they just drew. This is a huge tempo move and can keep them off of their feet.
Static discard threats like Hypnotic Specter are also good to force opponents to dump everything they have to avoid losing it. Consider putting in a few Nyxathid, which will also give the opponent agonizing decisions between hoarding cards in hand or casting spells.
I don't quite like dropping Chittering Rats because it is seriously annoying and can slow an opponent down from drawing answers. Turn 3 Nyx and turn 4 Rats + 1cc discard can be a big tempo play.
Don't go for static damage off of discard from Liliana's Caress or Megrim. Its been tried many, many times before and it never ever works. By the time that comes down, their hand is already (or should be) empty, or you'll get like 4-6 damage out of it. You have The Rack effects from Shortfang and Quest, so keep those. That, I imagine, will be your main win condition. It is actually one way that Legacy Pox can be built to win games, and it is brutally effective.
From what I see now, the most expendable cards are Bloodhusk Ritualist, Honden of Night's Reach, and maybe Painful Quandary. Quandary comes down late, but by then I feel that they could have an empty hand if they do draw a card that they want to cast, they won't have anything to discard and will lose 5 life. That said, it does nothing for your board state (really bad topdeck if you're facing down lots of critters), so test it out.
Mind Shatter can be alright, but its a crap shoot. You might cast it for X=2 on turn 4, or topdeck it late and its a dead draw. It likely should be taken out too. Mind Rot can probably be replaced by something with earlier impact, such as Wrench Mind - if they discard an artifact its good too because you can't deal with those, haha.
4 Inquisition of Kozilek is a major need one way or another. It is a great card in general.

Awesome post there Claymore! I will definitely take many of those cards into consideration! This deck will probably not be ready for the tournament though, but I can see that this has the potential to be my no.1 deck later on.
Black19: I haven`t decided yet. I am waiting for cards for all the decks, ordered from ebay. So I have to see which decks I can get more or less complete before choosing.
Quest for the Nihil Stone is a good card for punishing the opponent for overextending on the board. But yeah, I really need damnation as well. But DAMN that`s one expensive card How many of damnation do you recommend?
If you're gonna add Damnation I'd go with 3. You wanna make sure you draw one...but you shouldn't need more than 1-2 in a single game. You could probably get away with running 2 if the price is too much. Keep us updated once you get your cards ordered.
Are you planning on playing in this tourny at all then since none of these decks will be ready?

Black19: Probably 1-2 decks will be ready for the tournament. I ordered the cards from ebay a week ago, so I have another week with the possibility of the cards arriving before the tournament.
It`s a red/green aggro deck. Any suggestions to sideboard or main deck to make it even quicker?
Yeah I have a few suggestions. Young Wolf and Strangleroot Geist and Goblin Guide
Also, Vengevine would be great since it comes back. Llanowar Elf is always a great mana accel too. Overrun is a potential game winner.
I'll think about it more and post again later. Those were just a few that came to mind off the top of my head.

My idea, since I have few creatures in the deck is to have them being able to go through the enemies defenses, ensuring that i get the damage in after I use instants to buff them. That`s why the creatures I have either have trample or flying. I chose birds of paradise over llanowar elves because it has flying. with a couple buffs and double strike, even birds of paradise can put in enough dmg to win that turn. One of the creatures doesn`t have any ability to go past enemy lines, and that`s kiln fiend, but he becomes insanely strong from buffs, and I can just fling or soul`s fire him if there are any defenses up. Overrun wouldn`t work very well in a deck with so few creatures.
Seems like I have to go with my green/white/blue creature-based deck in the tournament. I didn`t get enough cards in time to complete the others. Thanks for the pointers
I actually made it all the way to the final in the tournament, but I lost to a cycling deck in the final. Anyways, I`m happy since this was my first tournament The combo with Thorn of Amethyst, Thalia, Grand Arbiter and Gaddock Teeg did all the job for me in the tournament. As soon as I got my combo out very few could stand a chance.

I might take that one on the GR infect/fiend route…
+1 Might of Old Krosa
+1 Vines of Vastwood
+1 Assault Strobe
+4 Apostle's Blessing
+4 Giant Growth
+2 Soul's Fire
+4 Glistener Elf
-4 Garruk's Companion
-2 Mountain
-1 Forest
-1 Fling
-4 Silhana Ledgewalker
-4 Birds of Paradise
-1 Lightning Bolt
Turn two wins go like this:
T1: Forest, Glistener Elf.
T2: Rootbound Crag/Mountain, Groundswell/Might of Old Krosa, Assault Strobe, swing for 10 poison.
Note: Soul's Fire makes the creature itself do damage to the opponent, meaning that a 5/5 creature with infect can attack, then Soul's Fire FTW.
