Once you've milled yourself dry, go infinite with Krosan Reclamation hitting a Early Harvest and a Krosan Reclamation, repeat as many times as you like and mill your opponent with one of your draw engines.
The vast majority of these cards are not Modern Legal, however the combo is still in existence. I've been racking my brain for a few weeks tweaking a deck list to be able to compete with the speed's the faster decks in the format.
My sideboard is kinda janky right now, Looking for some input on making this deck more consistent and faster. I've always enjoyed this archtype, and I'm really excited that the combo is able to be played in modern. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I will update this after more playtesting.
I know the "dies to removal clause" should never count, but part of what made the other combo more resilient is that future sight was an enchantment so it wasn't as easy to get it off the board(atleast game 1). The Magus is a 5 drop that gets you time walked by a bolt. Also I think you want some form of mass removal or even some decent point removal as you don't run many counterspells and your opponent will just be slaughtering you while you draw more cards. drawing cards is nice but you aren't drawing into anything relevant to stop your opponents game plan.
I do however love the idea of the deck and think it owuld be a blast to play.
After some extensive play testing I've come to find out what works and what doesn't.
-Dredgers don't fit well in this deck. Minimal discard methods.
-Gaeas Blessing is an instant lose the second you hit it on a Scour.
-Inspiration is too slow and not required for a win.
+Oracle of Mul Daya accelerates the deck almost as well as Magus.
+Kadomas reach is the closest thing to far wanderings that i can find.
Here is the current version of the deck I'm running with good results.
How it's played:
The combo is simple. Mill your entire library with draw spells like Deep Analysis, Mental Note, Careful Study and Predict. Ramp all your basic lands into play via Rampant Growth and Far Wanderings. Future Sight accelerates this process.
Once you've milled yourself dry, go infinite with Krosan Reclamation hitting a Early Harvest and a Krosan Reclamation, repeat as many times as you like and mill your opponent with one of your draw engines.

golgari grave troll-> oracle of mul daya?
Other than that, you can keep your combo going with gaea's blessing into thought scour and early harvest as your kill condition, I think?
Credit to DolZero for this awesome sig!
Not sure how i overlooked this lol! I'll try it out with stinkweed instead. Shouldnt stall the deck too much there.
Gaea's blessing is a great idea, though it lacks the flashback effect that memory's journey provides. I'll do some testing and update the list
