Not going to be Adding manamorphone becuase I would need to buy four in order to get it in my first hand a lot, otherwise just having one is useless as I have no tutors. :/ Thinking about swapping the 2 Mamba's for two Probes. Should I?
Honestly, the deck is too gimmicky to be consistent. If you want to increase consistency, you need to run 4 of both. Even then, you will still be looking at a deck that doesn't do anything 1/3 of the time, and loses to instant speed removal like Path to Exile when it does work.
If you want to build a deck and be serious about it, you can't let a thing like needing to buy a $1 card stop you if it's going to improve your deck. Trade for the cards you need, borrow them from a friend if you have to. Not running a card that is an improvement is a mistake.
Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
I do have to admit, 25 lands is overkill. A safer amount would be closer to 20-21 lands. This is considering the fact your most expensive spells are Rot Wolf and Phyrexian Digester.
Plus I would also recommend to your deck:
-4 Kodama's Might
+4 Might of Old Krosa
Considering you don't actually run any other arcane than Kodama's Might. Plus MoOK gives you the option of an obvious +4/+4 or a sudden +2/+2.
I would also suggest since you might be cutting back 4-5 forests:
+2 Gitaxian Probe
+1-3 Rancor
Looking at this deck in awe. You are playing green and infect and only run 1 rancor? That could easily be a 3 or 4 of. Also there is a green pumpspell that offers hexproof. It may be good in here. vines of vastwood I think its called. Those prevent the path blowout as well as being a big size pump when needed. Yet another plus to vines in particular is ppl like to play removal at really bad times. Like after attacks are declaired. Vines allows you to 1 for 1 them and get more damage across. Just the nature of the game I guess. I know I would burn every infecter on my turn, but now that rancor is out... Idk. Rancor on a myr that just got vined is pot gg.
Vines is so jank with infections Rancor stomping about. Wild Defiance is the standard way of a quick kill. Imagine + 7/7!? It's cheap for now. Buy 4 before rotation season.
And if you actually want to win, drop 4 Forests for 4 Inkmoth Nexus, but in the interest of keeping this cheap as possible, I think my proposed list would work better for you. Also consider, if you're in a rush to win, finding room for 4 Street Wraith, just to add to the Manamorphose and Gitaxian Probe speed.
Explanations:
Might of Old Krosa: Best card for what you're doing. You're not going for combat tricks, you're rolling out a tank. Get the +4/+4 while you need it.
Rancor: Sorry, but you need trample. I know this card might cost a dollar apiece, but without it, anything can just step in front and each all the infection in the world (also another reason for Inkmoth).
Predator's Strike: More possibility for Trample and the boost is obvious. Could be a Giant Growth if you want, but for the third turn win, this is a must.
Groundswell: Only planning on a few turns? Then you'll likely be playing a land in each of those three turns. This is markedly better than Giant Growth.
Manamorphose/Gitaxian Probe: Yeah, you need these. They are essentially empty slots in your deck. Which means, with these, you're only running 52 cards in your deck. Run the Street Wraiths, and you'll be running a deck of 48 cards. You're more likely to get an infect creature and the proper gas for them.

No Giant Growth in the last list? It costs less than Predator's Strike. (both mana and money)

Just for fun modern, not for serious competition.
The T2 win. T1: Forest and Glistener Elf. T2: Forest, two giant growths, 2 Mutagenic Growths, Swing for 11 Infect.

Honestly, look at what the Standard MGI decks do, and do the same thing, except better (quicker).

I would suggest + Inkmoth Nexus like someone already has suggested. Gives you another 1 drop.
Groundswell or Might of Old Krosa over Titanic Growth and Kodama's Might.

This, no one in here has flamed you for it, just stated that by spending a few dollars more you can get some better cards.
If you want super cheep decks you should check out the pauper format. it's su rprisingly fun and competitive.
