I can tell you that if my meta ever sees a tron deck, I would immediately consider Fulminator Mage and Ghost Quarter alongside Surgical Extraction in my side. However Fulminator Mage is pretty much just a side for Tron decks. I mean, it can blow a manland and sometime it can manascrew some multicolor decks, but that's it. If you want to fight Valakut, the Molten pinnacle, you're better off running Runed Halo (Which I strongly recommend *Wink*)
If you're looking for replacements or just other sideboard option, let me suggest: Blessed Alliance and an extra Timely Reinforcements/Auriok Champion. Your sideboard seem to be equipped for pretty much anything but aggro/burn hate.
Blessed Alliance: I run this card mostly for aggro decks. Getting rid of a creature and/or gaining 4 life can get me in a more confortable position. This card is also a very good anti-bogle tech which is a deck I really don't like fighting.
Runed Halo: I run this for similar reason to Blessed alliance, to fight aggro and bogle, but this card double as a very good anti-combo tech. You can name cards like Lightning Storm or Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle to sometime prevent an opponent from winning altogether. However, if all you want is a card to break comboes, I'd consider Stain the mind
I'd like to point out that my meta as no Tron decks, which is our worst match-up. So I currently have nothing in my side to deal with that deck. If you want to beat that deck, some of the best options you have is to attack both their hand and land and go aggro on them. We're already pretty good at the first one and we can put some decent aggro if our anthem and tokens line up properly, but we don't run land destruction normally. A couple of Ghost Quarter and/or Fulminator Mage can really help here, and with Surgical Extraction you can seriously cripple their mana base. Other than that, additionnal hand hate can work wonder and Stain the Mind can get rid of their problematic planeswalker, namely Ugin, the spirit Dragon. If the worst was to happen and a planeswalker gets casted, your only solace is a Pithing needle or some kind of removal that targets planeswalker like Oblivion Ring or Anguished Unmaking.
i rarely know what to take out in certain matchups, can you give small advice?

What match-ups exactly? And give us your sideboard.
One of the most challenging aspect of building a sideboard is to configure it knowing beforehand that you can't take out everything.
Okay ladies and gentlemen. Went 4-0-0 tonight to win it all. Was 12 people.
Match 1: White Weenies 2-0
Summary: Nothing special. I out-boarded him quickly first match. Didn't SB second match as he didn't put any threats up.
Match 2: Slivers 2-0
Summary: He wasn't able to get out of the slump I put him in with a turn one Inquisition into a turn two Thoughtseize. Was able to race him after. Boarded in Zealous Persecutions. Snagged a ZP and used it in combat to level the playing field. Out raced him game two.
Match 3: Esper Gifts Ungiven 2-1
Summary: He didn't spect a list with so many planeswalkers for tokens. And he hadn't the opportunity to watch my games. Got Lili out turn 3 and managed his hand with a Lili and a Bitterblossom. He countered my Gideon, next turn I brought out Sorin. He conceded game 1 as I was going to ult Lili and Sorin. Match two I sided out the two Gideons in favor for two Rest in Peace. Sided out the two Spectral Processions for two Lost Legacy. and sided out two Anguished Unmakings for two Surgical Extractions. So I lost match 2 due to him hard casting a Elesh Norn. Nuff said. Went on to Match three and I managed his hand. Inquisitioned turn one a Mana Leak. Paid 2 life to Extract the Mana Leaks. (He only had 4 Mana Leaks and 3 Cryptic Commands for counters.) On turn three I Lost Legacy'd his Gifts Ungiven. Turn 4 I brought out Lili and after that I just hand managed the opponent the rest of the way to victory.
Match 4: Dredge 2-1
Summary: Match 1 was his. Boarded in Surgicals, Rest in Peaces and Lost Legacy. Took out Liliana. Match 2 I started with Rest in Peace. He conceded. Match three I was able to first turn Inquisition a Cathartic Reunion. Next turn another Inquisition takes Stinkweed and I pay 2 life to Surgical it. I lost Legacy'd Prized Amalgam, drew into another Surgical and as his lone Bloodghast attacked at the time I took it out with a spirit and Surgical Extracted that as well. After that it was pretty easy.
Made a few mistakes. But the best game of the night had to be against Gifts Ungiven. Props to that player. He told me after I won the tournament that he's seen a lot of token decks. He said he never has seen one quite like mine. Made me have all the feels.
i rarely know what to take out in certain matchups, can you give small advice?
Its clear what to side in but most of the time i don't want to take something out
I rarely side out Bitterblossom, but when I do it's mostly against burn and it's only one or two copies. The only Match-up where Sorin, Solemn Visitor get a vacation in my side is against infect. Path to exile is only sided out against boggle and some creatureless combo/control, and so is Fatal Push, but the later I also sided out against Eldrazi. Otherwise all of the above are no-cuts.
With that being said, the skeleton of our deck is pretty solid, and It's hard to side out some cards. I often begin game two with 61/62 cards. Faster decks (burn/Aggro/Stompy) usually see me side-out some of my hand hate, particularly Thoughtseize, in favor of more spot removal and/or gain life. And control decks make me reduce my spot removal most of the time for appropriate options.
As a side note, Cards I often side out are: Timely Reiforcement When my opponent is not aggro enough Zealous Persecution When creatures are medium sized or nonexistent Thoughtseize When my opponent cares more about my life total than some combo play.

For example, what would you side in and out against some of the most common modern decks? just some tips, more about what to bring out rathern than side in!
for example, against Jund I was thinking that cards like zealous persecution and collective brutality can be side out, as well as anguished unmaking (personal mainboard slot) to bring in celestial purge, pithing needle and runed halo. But I really have no idea if these changes work or not!
Well for starters I would say Rest in Peace is easily one of your best cards against Jund. It literally makes all their threats a bad bear. When I play Abzan and Jund, I hate seeing RiP on the other side of the table. Usually you can coordinate it to play it after a Lingering Souls or you never draw Souls when playing out the game.
Runed Halo can be good against goyf beatdowns but honestly all your 2-drops are so good in this match that I don't think you have room for them.
Celestial Purge can be really bad or really good. If you know they run Liliana the Last Hope, definitely bring them in along with Pithing Needle. But fatal push can handle most black or red permanents including Raging Ravine.
and what to side out? apart from zealous persecution and collective brutality I do not find any bad cards against Jund! I am playing quite a standard list and in my 60 I am including a single copy of anguished unmaking, maybe that one. But I could not think of something else
I don't think Jund should be one of your major concerns. Just make sure you have the removal and the anthems ready to avoid goyfs going out of hand and abrupt decays going for the intangible virtues. Sometimes there is no need to SB that much. Consider the cards in your main as if they were sideboard; you will find more than 15 cards for Jund-hate

I see a little problem here, there is no Selfless Spirit in your side. I'd consider this one a staple sideboard card now. It's pretty much our only answer to sweeper along with discard effect. And it's definitely a card I'd bring in against burn for fear of the Anger of the gods.
Infect: You want the most creature removal as possible to prevent a turn 3 win. So Runed Halo and Blessed Alliance 100%. And you'll probably have to side-out a planeswalker or two since they're too slow in this match-up and gaining life points is meaningless. You coul also side in your Pithing Needle for Inkmoth Nexus, but it's a little limited in uses compared to our other removal options. Your Duress could really shine here too.
Bogle: Pretty obvious, our targeted removal is useless, so you'll remove it all for sacrifice effect and nontargeting removal: Blessed Alliance and Runed Halo is key here. Also, Sundering Growth will greatly help you here for bogle often side Leyline of Sanctity which prevent us from using discard effect and our sacrifice effect, so being able to destroy it is a plus. The only cards that bypass that are Runed Halo and Smallpox.
Bogles can win with Kor Spiritdancer. It's probably correct to leave some removal for her.
A Bogles player should be able to cope with Blessed Alliance to a degree; that's what Dryad Arbor is for. You have to make sure they don't have a second creature to attack with, so again, removal is not useless. Engineered Explosives is probably the best bet against Bogles. It's also the pick of the litter against Merfolk and well worth including in just about any side-board.
Take out the 2-3 Thoughtseize (but keep the inquisition as they are your best ways to take out boardwipes and Liliana of the Last Hope).
Yes take out all the zealous persecutions and collective brutality. Any Raise the Alarm if possible, assuming you play 3-4 BB already. I can't think of any standard cards to take out aside from these. I feel you should have more than enough room to put in some Rest in Peace and some other sideboard cards. I wouldn't put in more than 1 pithing needle but it is a better option than runed halo the more I think about it.

This is what I will start playing but it is not the final list I am aiming at (I put my future modifications in the brackets)
I would personally put unmaking in the side for another fatal push. Unmaking is good if you know you're going to face a lot of problematic enchantments, artifacts, and ideally also creatures (e.g Eldrazi, Tron, Lantern Control, 8-rack). In the main though, it's usually a 3-mana creature removal spell that can't get rid of manlands and hurts your aggro-match up way more.
I saw the card "Meekstone" for the first time on tappedout. I read it and I thought it was insane, considering on the site it said "Modern legal". Did a double check on gathering and nope... it's not Modern-legal. Knew it was too good to be true.
I personally cut Anguished completely a while ago. Boarding against BGx is basically just cut discard, bring in threats/hate. Rest in Peace is great, and Auriok (vs Jund/BG only) makes them hate you. Engineered Explosives on 2 is good as well. My usual board against BGx is -3 Seize, -1 Zealous, +2 Rip, +2 Auriok. Sometimes also -1 BB +1 Purge/EE. Expect them to Discard/Decay the first BB they see cause it's very hard for them to win through.
As for the earlier point about Fragmentize not getting Chalice on 1, I actually like EE vs Chalice decks. Due to how Sunburst works you can cast it for X=2 by using 1+(W/B) and have it enter with only 1 charge counter, this also is hilarious cause no one expects it.
Engineered Explosives can also work around Eidolon of the Great Revel in a similar manner. Cast it for four-mana composed of only two colors and voila! Of course you won't likely have the two extra to crack it that turn but you can't have everything. At least, not all at once.
@Dhamlin I didn't consider that Engineered Explosives gets around chalice of the void. That's pretty good.
However, I think the card is not amazing in our tokens build as it is in other decks. Almost all the deck that hate EE - affinity, infect, BGx - are already favorable and these are matches where our 2-drop slots are high impact. It's too slow to be good against Burn trust me, even if all their 1-drops look tempting.
The one match where EE is really good is against Merfolk because they run 20+ 2-drops but I wouldn't want one card to be dedicated to one match which is arguably 50/50 (previously unfavorable without Fatal Push). The other relevant matches are Elves and Zoo but I think these match-ups are 50/50 at worst. I would argue it's a meta dependent card. If I see Boogles at FNM, yes I would definitely run 1-2.

Oh yeah for sure, definitely agree with this. I just brought that little trick up cause it's funny and is occasionally relevant. I only run EE side cause my LGS regularly has 1-2 Merfolk players, as well as Company and the occasional Elves player. Haven't seen Bogles in a bit but we've got at least 1 person on Cheeri0s now which EE on 0 wrecks.

yes I think I will cut anguished as soon as I get the 4th push. Why do you say to cut seize?
You want to consider cutting some discards because both decks will inevitably go into top deck wars. Thoughtseize will be hitting a 1-3 cmc card 90% of the time so it's a much worse Inquisition. I still recommend people keep some inquisition to have some proactive turn 1 play as well as additional means of getting around boardwipes because that's the main way BGx players gain the upper hand against tokens.
Some critique:
- go up to at least 3 Fatal Push, possibly 4. It makes your aggro matchup much better. Cut Dismember/ put Blessed Alliance in the SB.
- I do not recommend Read the Bones. Our matchup against grindy decks is good enough and it sucks versus aggro.
- Cut 1 Timely Reinforcements from the Main. It is dead in some matchups and you can still board it or Auriok Champion if you need the life/blockers. A combination of 3 overall Auriok/Blessed Alliance in your SB and 2 Timely main should be enough for the aggro matchup, so you can free up some space in the SB.
- Your list is light on token producers. I'd say play at least some Spectral Procession or more Bitterblossom/Raise the Alarm.
- If you want to beat Tron, play a combination of as many as you can in your sideboard: Stony Silence, Pithing Needle, Duress, Lost Legacy, Selfless Spirit, Tidehollow Sculler. I personally don't like Surgical Extraction since it needs 2 cards to be useful. That said, you need to dedicate a lot of sideboard cards for Tron to be a halfway decent matchup, and even then it's about 45/55 in their favor...

Oh. Stain the Mind/Lost Legacy if you fear combo decks, but I would not run both that and Surgical Extraction.

2x Blessed Alliance
2x Runed Halo
2x Fabricate

2x Kataki, War's Wage
1x Zealous Persecution
Blessed Alliance: I run this card mostly for aggro decks. Getting rid of a creature and/or gaining 4 life can get me in a more confortable position. This card is also a very good anti-bogle tech which is a deck I really don't like fighting.

Fragmentize: Affinity hate as well as a way to get rid of Ensnaring Bridge, which is a card you'll see and come to hate eventually. Disenchant and Sundering Growth can also be ran in that spot.
Selfless Spirit: Protection from most sweepers, as well as a 2/1 flyer that can poke for some damage before filling his purpose.
Nihil Spellbomb: My personal choice for grave hate. Rest in peace, Relic of Progenitus and Leyline of the void can also be ran on that slot.
Kataki, War's Wage: Most people would run Stony Silence instead of this guy. But both serves as pretty much our big middle finger to affinity.
Zealous Persecution: Some tech against coco-elf and eldrazies. It leads to some pretty great combats.
Pithing Neddle: Blocks any planeswalker (namely Ugin, the Spirit Dragon) as well as any manland. Deal with Engineered explosives and Ratched bomb, both are heavily sided against us. And sometime you're gonna run into a creature with an annoying ability and you'll be glad you can get rid of it. Eldrazi Displacer and Ezuri, Renegade leader comes to mind. You can also shut down cards like Aether Vial and Expedition Map.
I'd like to point out that my meta as no Tron decks, which is our worst match-up. So I currently have nothing in my side to deal with that deck. If you want to beat that deck, some of the best options you have is to attack both their hand and land and go aggro on them.
