1. Did you really upload a pdf?
2. That list is all over the place, formatting is the worst.
3. Is that the list from Australia?
Edit: holy ***** just saw the top 8 list and they posted all the decklists as pdfs w/ the lists sorted by color.
Haha don't worry I'd never go through the effort of uploading a PDF for a quick post on a Magic the Gathering forum The only difference between Wilson's and Zhou's maindecks are the two Mana Leaks Zhou runs. I'm a bit more partial to Negate since they help protect Queller better than Leak.
While the question wasn't directed to me, I'll chime in and say I really like the Negates. The deck seems to handle creatures fine with the Paths and Bolts, Negate definitively handles everything else.
I played Geist before and during Eldrazi Winter and stopped playing it b/c of the Eldrazi overlords, but now that I'm back on the deck it feels so much better with Quellers and Negates.
Nice job! Your list looks well rounded. 22 lands seems like the right call for no four drops, especially with 4 ancestral. I personally have really been enjoying 2 Negates maindeck. I think they are super strong alongside Queller. I never leave home without Cryptic Command, but I think it is best played alongside Geist.
Now that dredge has been taken down a peg, we should expect to see midrange decks doing better.
That makes sense that your version would be strong against midrange. Ancestral is Jeskai's strongest card in that matchup. Resto and Cryptic are also good against BGx, but not better than Ancestral. All versions of UWr should be strong against fast decks.
Now seems like a great time to be jamming Geist. With the bannings + the printing of Fatal Push, I expect the format to slow down a bit. BG Tron will be played a lot more, which Geist is great against. I've personally been enjoying a 4/3 split of Geist and Queller. They compliment each other well and are good in opposite matchups. People seem quick to judge that Geist is bad in any fast matchup, but he is always strong when on the play against any deck.
I based it off of the Geist list that was in the Top 16 of the last SCG Open in Milwaukee. The biggest improvement to that list was adding in the 2 maindeck Negates. Resto also adds a lot of flexibility to the deck in protecting Geist, grinding with Snaps, or blinking an unused Queller. The sideboard will probably undergo some change after the meta shifts. If Valakut is more popular, Runed Halo will probably be a 2 of over Crumble and something else.
I've had a lot of success with the above list. I'm off Restoration Angel for the time being, because it's a 4 mana play that dies to Fatal Push, a card I expect to see a lot more. Gideon, Ally of Zendikar dodges a lot of removal and can grind against GBx, but also provide a fast clock against combo.
Been considering having Blessed Alliance over Timely Reinforcements as my anti-aggro/burn tech, but I'm not sure it's actually as good without the hyper aggressive decks like Death's Shadow or Infect being as rampant, but I guess time will tell. I do like that Timely is a turn 3 play as opposed to Blessed which is a turn 4 play (if you really want to maximize the value).
Overall, I think being more aggressive is the way to go (max out on burn, less lands, cheaper spells, tempo counters like Remand). I plan on playing this list in the Richmond Modern Classic, and possibly for Team Constructed in Baltimore depending on how the metagame shifts. Might make minor changes before then (still tinkering with 24 land builds, the number of Serum Visions, and all that good stuff).

For anyone reading, I am off of Crumble to Dust. I've already come to this conclusion a long time ago, and there was really no reason to try it again. It's not consistent vs Valakut because they may not draw it before they Titan/Scapeshift you. It's too slow vs the amulet deck (which is seeing more play on MTGO). It's slow vs Tron and they can play around it by getting a Ghost Quarter. Now, if things do go right and you hit a Tron piece it can be lights out for them however, it's a waste of sideboard slots to bring Crumble in only for Tron. Aven Mindcensor is decent versus all of those decks, so I am sticking to the plan of disrupting them as best I can with counters/Aven Mindcensor and hoping that jamming Geist gets them dead. My next league will be this list.

Congrats!! That is awesome to hear. Did you record the league? I'd love to see those games.
Your list looks like it's evolved a bit since you last put out content. How are you liking the 3 Ancestral Visions in the sideboard? The singleton Remand looks out of place, would it be better as a second Negate?

I didn't record the league, but I could probably review the replays. I wanted to test Remand again based on the assumption that the meta has slowed down some, but I didn't want to go all-in in case I didn't like it. I figured with one I could evaluate it as if it was something else and take not of which would've been better. The AVs in the side have been indispensable in any grindy matchup and ones where you play the control role.

As someone who doesn't own Ancestrals, nor do I really have the dispensable income to buy them, what would you suggest using in the sideboard instead? Obviously I know there aren't cheaper alternatives that do the same thing, but do you think the old style of 1x Elspeth, 1x Keranos, 1x other card is still fine?
Lost the first round to Tron. Arguably the deck's worst matchup. I then presumed to win four games in a row vs Abzan, x2 Burn, and Infect.
Round 6 I played against Jund. Game 1 I was able to out value him with an early lighthouse. I lost games two and three; however. Both of those games I never drew a serum vision or snapcaster or desolate lighthouse, so I could never recover from the early discard. To make it worse both games I lost I ended at 5 lands with an Elspeth's, Sun Champion in hand :'(. If Jund makes a comeback I might try to find room for an addition serum visions or AV in the board. Regardless this matchup feels pretty much 50/50.
I then went on to win out beating an additional two burn players and suicide zoo. Ended 7-2 and placing 19th.
Also - I never cut Spell Quellers, even against GBx decks
