I feel like 3 Electrolyzes is a bit much right now
See I never do because it gives you psedo 1 for 1s with Bolt+Electrolyze or Helix+Electrolyze against Tasigur, Rhino, Goyf and a bunch of other bolt proof stuff. Burn to the face is just great for ending games faster also. At worst you just shock them and cycle which is fine for trying to maintain card advantage and bleed them out.
I don't like this because it increases the deck's vulnerability to yard hate. The nice thing about P&K is that it's a win condition that can still go through if Eldrazi stomps the yard with Relic of Progenitus.
I play P&K in the sb as additional support for the Affinity matchup (which we need to beat Etched Champion), infect matchup and finally as it grinds well, it comes in against decks like BGx.. I think its one of the best sb cards we have really as the utility is so good..
BBD just posted a playlist on CFB's youtube page. Don't have time to watch the videos at the moment, but figured I'd post the link since the list looks interesting.
These types of lists are starting to form a pattern for me. It seems that everyone is interested in testing new URx lists since the Twin ban - which is understandable. However, this list (like many others) is just completely unfocussed. Its some weird mashup of UR aggro and control. What is the point of playing white and running PtE sb? What is the point of running white at all in this list? Ojutai's command? Really? I guess he'll get clicks because he is a pro though..
I played in a small, 3 round tournament tonight. I had a couple of infect match ups in the first and third rounds (infect seems to be big in my area). That match up seems like a bye for us. I blew both players out of the water with little effort.
The second match up was against Zoo, which seems fairly even. I took Game 1, but sloppy play led to a loss in game 2, and then I didn't have enough business (removal) in game 3 to answer his surplus of threats.
Does this analysis of these match ups sound correct to our more experienced pilots?

Zoo is a favorable matchup, but we can certainly pose to not drawing g the right stuff, I'd say its about 60/40.
The addition of the black, I think, helps our matchups against other midrange decks, and allows us access to Slaughter games which is great if you're expecting a good amount of Scapeshift (which I do).
Pretty cool. Bunch of stuff we've talked about like Elspeth and Hellkite. I like his deck a lot. I think I'm going to stick with Ojutai for fair match ups though, I like the Slayer's Stronhold Suggestion and with a Minamo and Eiganjo he has some good enablers to be a pain for certain decks. Card advantage tends to win out a lot against fair decks as well.
Edit - Looking over it again while it is geared at beating Aggro, his deck is really light on counterspells, sideboard as well so I do wonder how some matches like Scapeshift would go.
What do you guys think of Linvala on the sideboard? I know her stocks have gone down with the Twin banning but I still feel as a 1 for 1 for a Resto Angel she could be handy in certain match ups. The match up I'm thinking of in particular is Elves, combo and CoCo, she shuts off Ezuri and quite a large number of other things. Other applications for her are Affinity as even though she's a bit slow she shuts off Ravager and Overseer. Another one is Grishoalbrand though again, she's a bit slow.
I'll be attending a local tournament tonight with 3 or 4 rounds and an extremely wide meta (Burn, Infect, Affinity, Zoo, UWR Midrange/Planeswalkers/Control, Tron, Esper variants, Junk, Jund, and more) so I will post those results either tonight or tomorrow along with the decklist which I'm not 100% on just yet, probably won't be ready till minutes before the tournament. Wish me luck!

Me too really likeing that list
He really did a great job of judging the current meta, i think thats why theres really nothing beyond aggro in mind, i think it will be a little bit of time before midrange has to be more control-ish.

I'm seeing a lot of guys experiment with combo decks. Combo Elves, Grishoalbrand, Kiki-Chord, Living End, Ad Nauseum. If you're going to a GP you need to know you'll run into anything. As far as preparing for the local meta goes, my meta is a mix of aggro like Affinity, Naya Burn, CoCo Elves and Merfolk. There's some Tron, some Rogue stuff, really there is a fair variety going on. One thing I like about Jeskai Midrange though is it's flexibility. You can just go all-out and burn kill someone with beatdown or you can play Control into bomb cards.
I've only played against it twice and it was very rough. I beat Tron once, but only because I played a turn 4 Crumble on his Tower. I feel like if you don't nuke a land by turn 3 or 4 the match will get away from you quickly.

I know Colonnade is an alt win condition, but so is Blood Moon. I'm tired of getting wrecked by Eldrazi. I hate that deck.
