Hey quick question. Do we bring in Wear//Tear against Amulet Titan or is it usually too slow?
100% Yes if you see Lotus Bloom or Hive Mind. Otherwise it's meh. Bring it in if you have nothing else. Many amulet players cut Amulet in the UWx match-up anyway.

Most amulet plays don't cut amulets in the UW matchup.
They do in the mardu/jund matchups, but they need amulets to be able to pressure planeswalkers effectively.
That being said, I agree that if you see bloom/hive mind, you do want it.
Jeskai miracle player. Wondering about the sideboard slot for Lyra Dawnbringer/ Baneslayer angel. What match ups are they good in? I know they are good against burn and semi good in the control mirror. Does it fit in my sideboard and if not what should be in that slot.
I think Lyra and Baneslayer are more mediocre now than they were. People are prepared for them now, and Dredge can easily Trophy an Angel or Conflagrate for 5+.
Hollow One is really the MU that brought Baneslayer back to modern. I don't think the angels are amazing in a GBx meta.

I still like the angels; even though they're expected now, most aggro decks simply do not have many answers to it and cant possibly win as long as one stays on the table.
The new rise of dredge is a big deal though, together with spirits finally getting the respect the deck deserves. I think with Terminus we have a good shot at besting dredge, but running gravehate always stays an issue for this deck.
How do you guys adapt your stock terminus list to better beat dredge?
Most dont keep "a majority" of their removal. They keep around 3 pieces of creature removal at the most. Most decks are either pressuring your life total or your hand so there's little reason to worry about the board. Either your opponent's game plan works or you get to untap with (fill in the blank) finisher or you fall behind. It's not as if this deck is getting to do midrange fights.
I use surgical extraction. Being able to cast it and snap it back is good. You just have to use it on the key spells(vegvine, bloodgast, prized amalgam). Surgical also keeps all of your snapcasters live unlike RIP. The match up I have been having trouble with is spirits. They are just to good at out tempoing.

My answer has been 3 Surgical and 2 Anger with 2 Timely as additional key pieces of my post board plan. I haven't adapted my main for dredge, I think we are always dogs game 1. I once believed the old Jeskai Tempo lists to be the best Jeskai deck VS. Dredge because of Geist, but Crippling Chill makes it hard to race now, so it's probably a bad plan.

My own answer after some testing has been to switch almost entirely to UW; currently I splash red solely for Lightning Helix and Alpine Moon, and it feels very good

Not sure about that. Spirits has Path. Vs Humans it's only a temporary solution as eventually they'll just grow their creatures bigger than the Angel. Also, Reflector Mage. The Angels also don't work well with mass removals.
Those factors haven't changed though, spirits and humans already played the cards that kill angels when the angels became popular and they still do; you can only argue that the "gotcha" factor has diminished a bit. The angels have always been a gambit of demanding an answer when you play them
Would Detention Sphere main deck be worth it as a tool against Dredge, or is Trophy common enough to make it too risky?
The problem vs dredge isn't really aa lack of hate, 4 terminus main is often plenty to slow them down. It's that you also need to kill them and dredge is very good at grinding. I think Detsphere is only modern playable when you REALLY need a way to deal with resolved planeswalkers like straight UW does, otherwise it is just generally too slow.
I have been playing Modern for years now and I just built Jeskai Control in paper. As I built the deck I wondered why Anger of the Gods or Sweltering Suns was not played in the main or board. With so many Bant Spirits and Humans decks around, it does seem like a logical choice.

Right now, depending on your meta, you certainly could make an argument for that.
Its dead as it gets however against Tron, KCI, Storm (mostly) GDS, and so on. Earlier in the year I was running it main deck however, and if you are playing a lot of Dredge/Phoenix/Mardu, its certainly an option.
@Baynton24 - I've been trying out Cataclysmic Gearhulk as my bullet against spirits and humans. Cant be quelled, selfless spirited, or taken by freebooter. It also gives you a way to start closing the game too. It's been quite impressive for me so far if those are the matchups you're struggling with.
Just played FNM yesterday with Holbrook's 75 from GP Roanoke https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/1488397#paper
and was expecting some kind of spirits, humans, dredge or burn in the meta at my store but instead its 90% control variants and Tron.
We're talking grixis control, jeskai control w/ resto/kiki, U/R, the whole 9. I'm just picking coming back into Jeskai after a couple month's hiatus
and noticed Terminus come into the meta for these aggro/graveyard decks, but how would I look to tune my list to use Jeskai to beat other snapcaster decks?

Aggressive removal, they are all about that critical mass really. Same as Humans.
If I was playing UWR in Modern, I dont think I would even go in on Terminus. Just bolts, helix, path, and settle/anger.
