Those are both a fair distance from where I live. Ah well, maybe next time.
Can we get away with 3 Relics? I've been playing 3 since I first started playing the deck, and it feels fine, but sometimes I think I would be better off with four.

Hey, so I have been recently reintroduced to modern, and this whole "Skred Red" thing sounds fantastic and perfect for my local meta. However, the recent replies are about cards (Eternal Scourge, Chandra, Torch of Defiance, etc) that don't appear on the actual primer. If there is some way to update the primer to reflect the comments that would be very helpful for me, and probably for burgeoning skred players who dont want to read through 78 pages of discourse. Thanks, collective Big Red community!
Here is what i have been testing... Its an interesting brew, and i'm trying to see if it works. need to playtest it at some events instead of just my group.
Has anyone had success running Heart of Kiran in their deck ?
The card impressed me in a PW heavy deck ("WB Gideons") and it should be pretty well supported in "Skred Red" with a full set of both Koth and Chandra and 3+ power creatures like Hazoret and Eternal Scourge (or Boros Reckoner).
It would also lower the curve by dropping the 5-drops entirely.
Sideboard:
Claw vs Burn
Rain vs Control, Tron
Spree and Blast vs Lantern/Affinity/Prison/...
Bomb vs Merfolk, Token, Affinity, Enchantments...
Assault vs Grixis Control, Eldrazi, prot-white-creatures
Anger vs go-wide

This is a great list until anything knew shakes out of the bushes... Love to see how you fare. Only thing i would do is sideboard grafdiggers cage for 1 dragons claw.. 3 claw seem over the top and you need more then just pithing needle if you come up against melira combo and dredge and elves or chord of calling decks, summoners pact, coco, Just saying.
I also play 22 lands so you could fit a ratchet bomb main board and have room in side board for 2 grafdiggers
hm I had 2 cages today with me, changed them for ratchet bomb since I already got 4x Relic - any ides what to cut else for 1-2 grafdigger's cages?
Need the Claws to win vs Burn :x
I would love to run 1-2x Banefire as well but don't see slots where they would fit.

The new Chandra is better than Pyromaster in every way 99.99% of the time. Scourge is decent, and does exactly as well as you expect.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a bum and been really lazy, so I haven't update the primer in a while. The deck is pretty stable now and filled out nicely. Most of the new things we got are just slight upgrades to what we already had, and we hadn't had found anything amazing that we can build around (e.g Death's Shadow for Jund). Unless someone comes up with a radical list, there really isn't much to talk about.

Now don't be like that! You have a much easier time updating your primer than I do!
Also totally putting a list together for dragon tempest now that I remember it's a card.
Or simply Ancestral Vision
You could actually TKS them and then Processor Assault their guy, though.
Been away from MTG for a bit but I'm going to try to bash some heads this weekend.

I want to try Dragon Tempest

*someday mono-red or at least RG dragon tribal will be playable in modern, and I'll be there on that day.
I totally agree with you on that! The world deserves tribal dragons.
Sidenote, I released a new video for the Skreddit channel! It is a matchup analysis of the meta. Would love to hear feedback of it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZueEUNZ_2w&feature=youtu.be
Would you guys have your koths signed? I'm not sure if I would, since mine are japanese :/
