Path to exile and Blood Moon shouldn't be in the same deck. I would substitute path, bolt, and relic for chalice of the void, more blood moon MB, blessed alliance, and simian spirit guide. That way you can still win through attrition, you can still win via combo(a turn earlier with SSG), and chalice and blood moon can really mess with your opponent.

But like I said, I'm not playing WR Prison. My deck is not a prison deck. It's a different type deck. I only use Moon as a sideboard option for things like Valakut, traditional Tron or midrange decks.
On Affinity, look, I play Affinity myself. I run Blood Moon in my Affinity sideboard and I'm not scared at all about somebody playing Blood Moon against me.
On Etched Champion, it will hardly matter, it's not hard to have 3 artifacts even without animating the Nexuses. I'm sure you're aware Darksteel Citadel is still an artifact when Blood Moon is in play.

Been playing 'Sun and Moon' (RW Prison with 'Walkers) for the past 6 months or so and have been putting up some pretty solid results over that time, particularly recently. These past 2 Fridays I went 4-0 at LGS FNM Modern with the following list, and wanted to get some feedback and provide some of my own thoughts, and report on the 2 4-0 runs.
Round 1: Affinity (2-1)
Game 1 mulliganed down to 5, and he had a pretty great opener that swiftly killed me by turn 3. Game 2 I had chalice on 0 which ended up bricking his opener, and t2 bloodmoon on his inkmoth. Drew into a couple angers and a t4 nahiri that eventually took over. Game 3 he mulliganed to 6, whiffed a good opener, I simian'd out a stony silence and he didn't draw hate for it. Ground it out with enough sweepers and walkers, and a blood moon that stopped his manlands.
Round 2: RG Tron (2-0)
Game 1 I'm on the draw but he has to crack a map on his T3 to get final land, I t3 blood moon, t4 nahiri and he couldn't deal with her.
Game 2 was fairly similar. We both dudded on draws in midgame, he eventually got down a Karn and nabbed my Nahiri at 8 but I helixed him with an Ajani next turn and already had a Chandra at high loyalty and eventually won with the emblem.
Round 3: Gifts Storm (2-1)
Game 1: He turn 3'd me, and I didn't have removal for his body. Next.
Game 2: I nuts open with Leyline, RIP, land a Chalice on 2 on T3 after ramping with Simian.
Game 3: I nuts open with Leyline and RIP, and..... it didn't go well for him.
Round 4: RG Tron (2-1)
Game 1: I mull to 4, on the play, stuck on 1 land, he t3 Karn's and I scoop.
Game 2: I T2 blood moon, curve out Nahiri, he can't hit enough lands in time to make a difference and scoops at emmy ult after I back it with Chandra.
Game 3: Was a barn burner. Fought through 2 oblivion stones but thankfully lategame my topdecks were better and I built a board with Ajani, Chandra, and Nahiri. He landed a Karn to stop my Nahiri but I got Chandra emblem and Ajani ult after casting Tezzeret's gambit the next turn which was game over.
Night Two (4-0)
Round 1: Infect (2-0)
Game 1: I chalice on 1 on the draw which stops his hand. His elf with the exalted land pushes me to 8 poison before I top deck a rugged prairie to Anger it away and gain control of the game.
Game 2: Gemstone caverns lets me 'Chalice on 1 T1' again, and this time I have loads of removal for his guys.
Round 2: Grixis Death's Shadow (2-1)
Game 1: I've played this matchup lots and being on the play is a massive advantage. I open with Leyline and get a Chalice turn 2 which slows him considerably. He delved out a Tasigur but had to tap out so I Nahiri exiled it and eventually out-ground him.
Game 2: I correctly played around stubborn denial to land my chalice and blood moon but he had Kolaghan's at the right time alongside Gurmag. Top deck wrath was stopped by a Stubborn Denial.
Game 3: Nuts opener of T1 chalice and Leyline. He eventually Kolaghan's it but by then he whiffed on delve threats and it was too late. He whittled me down with snapcasters but I had another chalice on 1 later on to protect my sweeper from stubborn. Grindy, but got there.
Round 3: Grixis Death's Shadow (2-1)
Game 1: Nuts opener on the play with Chalice on 1. He doesn't play a single card all game and I curve perfectly into threats.
Game 2: Predictably, he spent first three turns ripping apart my hand, and landed a big shadow alongside tasigur. I held on with an Ajani and Gideon of the Trials being a nuisance, but he got there nonetheless.
Game 3: Same nuts opener from G1. Chalice on 1 on the play is tough for shadow to beat when you back it up with your own pressure before they can safely Kolaghan's.
Round 4: Mono red Goblins (2-0)
Game 1-2: The theme of this night was definitely chalice. Playing it on 1 was a haymaker in all of my matchups. Ghostly Prison in Game 2 was the savior there, however, as he had enough aggression to get there had he been able to attack. With a leyline start and a couple helixes he couldn't wittle me down before I dropped a Wurmcoil engine. He fought back with a couple artifact destruction spells, but ultimately couldn't get past Ghostly Prison as I drew into wraths.
Sorry for lack of extreme detail. Again, your thoughts are appreciated! This is my current list, and besides a 4th and final Arid Mesa, it is the 'complete' version for me. I am excited to get my hands on a couple new cards from Hour of Devastation, however!
Yes i knew that. The point is to get ride off 8 cards instantly with bloodmoon. Affinity player is not going to be able to cast thoughtseize, spellpierce, abrupt decay or whatever. If your deck has no Prison strategy to lock the opponent, you can do the same post in creative decks or something like this. Your deck is a bad copycat or a bad version of twin.
Seeing a decklist with path to exile and bloodmoon in the main is painful to watch.

Affinity plays 4x Mox Opal, 4x Springleaf Drum. And I'm not going to board in all of the cards you mentioned if I'm on Affinity playing vs Sun & Moon.

Well yes, that's why I asked in my first post is this is the right thread to discuss my deck. Actually, I checked the primer prior to posting, and it talks about RW Kiki as a possible variation to be discussed here. But given the rudeness I found, I'll let you keep talking about your decks and won't bother to post anything here anymore.
Anyway, to answer your question: yes, Moon is a poor strategy against the aforementioned decks. Sure, the occasional turn 2 Moon on the play can lock anybody out of the game (not Affinity though, and games vs Shadow almost always start with a discard spell), but if you can't pull off that particular play, Moon is poor vs them. Eldrazi Tron (which is a very different deck from Tron) is very well equipped to fight Moon. One of the many reasons Eldrazi Tron has pushed regular Tron out of the metagame is precisely it can laugh at the face of Blood Moon and doesn't suffer that much mana denial in general. But I have no interest at all in starting a debate about this or changing anybody's opinion, so I won't reply any further. If you're convinced Moon is the best strategy vs these decks, then good for you.
The primer is indeed aimed at RW prison decks, and does mention Kiki- it is perfectly reasonable to post here on this subject with the list. Anyone who has played against such a list will know it feels quite prison-esque before it combos-lots of walls and critters- you can include cards with other cip abilities like Avalanche Riders to make it feel more prison esque, of course. It is all relative - I mean that even "sun and moon" lists feel un-prison-esque in comparison to Landkill, for example, and they feel unprison-y compared to Lantern, but most people would have them as prison.
I would urge everyone to make sure that all views are expressed with respect- and this is not criticism of anyone in particular. We are all here to make people unhappy- our opponents, not us. Disagreements do happen from time to time.
FWIW I like Moon against affinity some prison builds and not others. When landkilling switching off the Nexi and Indestructible Citadels can be good- along with Stony Silence, of course. I would not run it in a Sun and Moon deck post board unless I had little to board into.
Bloodmoon is great against eldrazi tron because they cannot cast Matter Reshaper, Reality Smasher, Thought-Knot Seer or Endbringer because they need the WASTES mana base that bloodmoon blocks. The only choice they have is to all is dust with 7 mana or karn which is a huge impact against them. Anyway, seems like your arguments are pretty poor saying that bloodmoon is bad against eldrazi tron or that they can go throught it easily when its not the case.
I main ET, Blood Moon is pretty good against us. It's not a silver bullet because we generally have 8 cards (2 Wastes, 4 Expedition Map, 2 Mind Stone) that get around it, and we only need one colorless mana. Plus we have our destruction stuff like Ratchet Bomb, Oblivion Stone, or Karn/All is Dust in a longer game. And finally, Warping Wail can be used preemptively to create a Scion token if we expect a BM might be coming, but that's a fringe play.
I have a question - what do you guys think of Crumble to Dust vs Stone Rain in the side? Do you generally prefer Crumble because it's stronger and this deck is playing the long game anyway? Seems like you might really want to blow up a land on turn 3 sometimes though to prevent being blown out early, but I guess SSG can help get you there as well.
Crumble to Dust is never "useless" because of Blood Moon ^^
Blood Moon doesn't change the subtype of the lands, so they are still nonbasic and retain their name, thus are excellent targets with Crumble to exile...

There are only three real rules for Blood Moon - one is the fact it does not change the subtype- non basics are still non basics, Legendary are still Legendary, the second the the Urborg thing, which is solved by dependency, and generally works the way Moon players want (no black mana for them unless they have actual bona fide swamps), the third is CIP tapped lands still cip tapped, even if they are now mountains when they come in.

Hello fellow prison people, I am currently 22 - 6 with this list on xmage but that's only the last week or so. I have been brewing this for a while with some assistance from online decks and Reddit chats. I have used Pyro Prison (free Win red) for quite some time but I splashed white in this build and my fellow mountain folk accused me of blasphemy. Let me know what you all think as I currently own about 90% of it IRL and I'm highly considering taking the plunge.

FWIW, I've been doing some meta analysis, and it's clear that you guys are definitely Tier 2. Maybe mods will move you up sometime soon and demote some decks that don't really belong there like Humans and Knightfall.

I really like your deck but i dont see nahiris and big daddy cool there. I mean, if you are going to play ensnaring bridge you are not going to attack with emrakul, very awkward for me. Big daddy cool is a very bad draw as well. I dont know how you are going to play all your hand to make the bridge work. Its like a lantern control with other type of lock and strategy.
I would play 4x of abrade instead of wrath and anger. The point is that your nahiri can hit emrakul ifyou want to because you are going to destroy the bridge with abrade, it has a good sinergy and if not, you are going to destroy a creature. In addition the side of your opponent is worst against nahiri (no pithing needle, grafdigger, ratchet bomb...)

The interaction I was going with would be to be patient behind our locks, bring Nahiri, the Harbinger to 10, -8 to bring out big mama, take another turn, +1 Ajani Vengeant on the bridge, -2 Nihiri to get rid of the bridge, chiddy chiddy bang bang, where did your board go?
Topdecking an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn would be dog***** but a quick Nihiri discard gets rid of that little problem and gets you a free shuffle.
Abrade is good for spot removal creature or nasty artifact but I am not playing any creatures so the wraths should be quite good against merfolk, zoo, living end, and prowess which are predominant in my meta and can kill you ultra fast.
Those were my thoughts when I was building it. It's still in the early stages and I'm trying to find the right win-con with the colours that we're working with.
**Edit** now that I typed this out all out, I've noticed that my plan was flawed with the interaction with Ajani as he doesn't tap the artifact, but prevents it from being untapped. That makes it not work with Nihiri's -2 ability. HMMM. Maybe keep around a couple abrade to destroy my bridge when i'm ready to go.

FWIW I once played Scepter of Dominance as "secret tech" to tap large creatures (possibly for Gideon Jura), problematic artifacts for Nahiri and lands For Ajani.
Didn't have amazing success with it but to be considered ...

Blood Moon doesn't change the subtype of the lands, so they are still nonbasic and retain their name, thus are excellent targets with Crumble to exile...
There are only three real rules for Blood Moon - one is the fact it does not change the subtype- non basics are still non basics, Legendary are still Legendary, the second the the Urborg thing, which is solved by dependency, and generally works the way Moon players want (no black mana for them unless they have actual bona fide swamps), the third is CIP tapped lands still cip tapped, even if they are now mountains when they come in.

Manatithe seems to be attracting more interest of late, although I worry about the nonbo with Chalice I could see them both working with careful play.
I am not a fan of 3 Leyline boards myself, always 4 for my money. Why not wear/tear over disenchant?
FWIW, I've been doing some meta analysis, and it's clear that you guys are definitely Tier 2. Maybe mods will move you up sometime soon and demote some decks that don't really belong there like Humans and Knightfall.

The interaction I was going with would be to be patient behind our locks, bring Nahiri, the Harbinger to 10, -8 to bring out big mama, take another turn, +1 Ajani Vengeant on the bridge, -2 Nihiri to get rid of the bridge, chiddy chiddy bang bang, where did your board go?
Topdecking an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn would be dog***** but a quick Nihiri discard gets rid of that little problem and gets you a free shuffle.
Abrade is good for spot removal creature or nasty artifact but I am not playing any creatures so the wraths should be quite good against merfolk, zoo, living end, and prowess which are predominant in my meta and can kill you ultra fast.
Those were my thoughts when I was building it. It's still in the early stages and I'm trying to find the right win-con with the colours that we're working with.
**Edit** now that I typed this out all out, I've noticed that my plan was flawed with the interaction with Ajani as he doesn't tap the artifact, but prevents it from being untapped. That makes it not work with Nihiri's -2 ability. HMMM. Maybe keep around a couple abrade to destroy my bridge when i'm ready to go.

To clarify, I believe he means you can't exile your own Bridge. To quote the card:
