Yeah that's exactly how it went. Suspend, Suspend/Bolt, Snap/Bolt, Pyro, and then a flood of cheap spells. I topped a Thing a few turns later and could easily flip it on their turn for an easy win.
Feels SUPER strong so far. Havent faced Mardu or Jund, but against aggro and control I've been laughing. Games have not been close.
This is what I'm on which other than the counters is I think just your deck (maybe sideboard is different), crazy smooth even if I still have to learn some timing around FoR.

2-0 GW Counters
2-0 Burn
0-2 Burn (just crushed by a nut draw in Game 2 was not close lol)
2-0 UR Wizards
2-0 Soul Sisters
Have you tried Wandering Fumarole? I was thinking of getting a 1 of in there.
Seems like a very different kind of deck, but maybe one worth checking out. After goldfishing a couple Kiki games, I think that's definitely out the window. It's either BreachMoon combo or low creatures/no Moon it seems.
Yeah the comes into play tapped, I've been on 2 Collonade since forever because I just loathe it. Fair enough.
2nd Abrade Main, I can see it. I bring it in a ton of the time as a Chalice is pretty lights out for sure.
Alpine. I face a lot of Valakut, Tron, and Humans. To me there is no such thing as redudant Tron hate. My UWR deck has FoR, Damping (which I dont imagine we can run in this) and Alpine Moon...I'm ok with that.
Keranos is my pet card. If I can get him in, I never hate him, but I admit it may not be optimal. :]
Oh, and I 2-0 UW Mana Denial. Again, not even close. Too many threats, too much burn, too much CA. I really recommend you give it a spin cfushionpm.

I think i will have to give it a spin. Though I don't know how I feel about taking out Keranos. I mean... I have a *foil* Keranos and only a regular Wurmcoil. /feelsbadman
Hi all! I have never posted in this thread until now, but hopefully this will be a welcome contribution.
I finished in first place at a ~46 person PPTQ in Toronto last weekend.
I wrote up a tournament report that you can find here.
I also posted a link to it on Reddit in r/ModernMagic, which you can find here. There has been a number of questions, to which I tried to answer thoughtfully.
Hope this is somewhat helpful, or at the very least just more data to the collection.
I've been toying around with a breach build that I found on Mtggoldfish (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/1174216#paper) and I like the hybridization of TiTi and TTB. While I haven't played it a ton (maybe 10-15 matches) I have really been enjoying it. Flipping thing is a bit tougher since we aren't running as many low-cost spells, but I haven't played enough matches to know what changes I would make. I'm thinking about sleeving this up tonight for FNM.
You guys have piqued my interest in trying the AV version; I may need to pick some up so that I can give it a fair shake.
So...I still dont like FoR, over Moon. Lost again to Tron, I simply fail to see how a deck without Main Moon/Alpine Moon, is even close to being able to stop this idiotic deck.
/rant engaged
If they dont SERIOUSLY stumble, there are any number of ways for them to assemble Tron, and you simply do not come back. FoR is not fast enough to matter, and can (and has 2 times yesterday alone) hamper your own Mana development, or slow down what you want to do.
I also lost game 1 against Scapeshift yesterday, no moon, and FoR only hits a single land...so not good enough. When I boarded in the 3 Alpine Moon? I won the next 2 games.
Against decks that are more fair, we can go wide, or bounce, and thats enough. Losing to Tron though...ugh I hate that deck so much.
Yesterdays record.
1-2 Jund, too much removal, Moon would have been massive.
2-0 Mardu
2-0 Merfolk, long but easy games really.
1-2 Eyro's UWR Legendary (this was super close, fun game)
0-2 G-Tron. Seriously F this deck.
2-1 Valakut, Alpine Moon won me both games.
I'm not sure where I want to go from here. I really like the Visions/Pyro version, but I think I need to bring back in Moons and smooth out the mana base.
You are on the draw, you get Turn 3 Karn, and you dont have a counter. Whats the plan? You lose a land, and thats a wrap. That was my game 1.
You are on the play, and thinking that exact line. Get a threat down ASAP, you put down a thing, and have a mana left, after he natural tron'ed, and passed the turn. He then plays another Tower, Turn 4 Ulamog.
??
I mean other than land a threat (even Snaps in Ambush Viper mode) and then hold them off, whats the plan? There isnt one beyond 'have the spells to counter, and pray to Garfield they dont World Breaker or Ulamog you'.
There was literally, seriously, nothing I could have done in my game against them last night. Maybe they had the nuts and I didnt, it happens, but I loathe that deck.

This series of events is exactly why I will never pay $70 to play this at a GP, but I will use store credit for FNMs all day every day.
That said... I have decided to take a small departure from Blue Moon next outing and play something closer to Mardu Pyromancer, but in Grixis.

I've been thinking something similar. Mardu games are pretty fun.
You will be 30-70 against Tron with that deck, anyway.
I no longer care about Tron after losing 0-2 to two resolved turn 3 blood moons. The deck is stupid and I will simply sign the slip, walk away, and get a beer next door.
So, as I mentioned elsewhere, I was super inspired by the UB Delver/Shadow Legacy deck (apparently he didnt drop a match!) at the PT, so pulled out my Insect Boi.
Not sure if this is the place for it, but I went 4-1 last night. RG Eldrazi (2-0), G-Devotion/Tooth and Nail (2-0), Affinity (2-0), RG Breach/Emmy/Worldspine Wurm (0-2) AND KCI (2-0).
Very fun, even a late delver after a Serum got me there against Affinity game 2.

I know. I'm of the opinion that Tron is actually the best deck in the format. People just dont want to admit it and play it themselves. :]
