I like your list but I feel like you need more lands or a couple talismans. 22 lands and no talismans is just too few. Being a control deck we need to hit our land drops. I would cut a couple creatures for a couple islands. Also, I'm not sure about Sanctum of Ugin. It has few targets and you might get more use out of a ghost quarter or tectonic edge.
I think if MB 22 lands is working for you then keep running it, but I do agree with Bombtron that it seems low to me. I would consider cutting a repeal and moving a spellskite to the SB for two more lands.
Also for your sideboard I think that Ætherise is a little slow, Ward of bones doesn't do enough, and repeal is just overall weaker now with the rules change.
I would cut those 4 cards and add two more spreading seas, and two Hurkyl’s recall.
I might over value spreading seas, but I play a playset in my sideboard and bring it in against any deck not playing blue really. Its great at mana screwing burn, Abzan coco, zoo, bw tokens, infect, affinity. Sometimes just having the 4 Spreading seas, 2 Squealch, and a sundering titan can be enough of a mana denial plan.
And Hurkyl’s is great at buying a turn against affinity.
Just my two cents!
Here's what I've got now:
-1 Spellskite
-1 Sanctum of Ugin
-1 Repeal
+1 Talisman of Dominance
+1 Ghost Quarter
+1 Tolaria West
Anyway, how does that look now? I'm still not so sure about the sideboard, but considering matchups...
Pithing Needle and Squelch can hose activated abilities in general.
Spellskite is hilarious against Infect and does well against Burn and decks that mainboard removal spells.
Hurkyl's Recall is great against Affinity.
Relic of Progenitus and Grafdigger's Cage are good against decks that do graveyard shenanigans like Jund and [insert any deck with Snapcaster Mage], as well as completely invalidates Jeskai/Mardu Nahiri, all while not messing with my deck/graveyard shenanigans.
Spreading Seas messes up a ton of decks, especially other Tron decks and Affinity/Infect's Inkmoth Nexus. Or any deck that doesn't run blue, which doesn't seem very common in Modern.
Dismember is powerful and fast removal.
I think the only thing I might be interested in running otherwise would be something like Jester's Cap or Surgical Extraction as not only ways to search opponent's deck and hand, but to be a pre-emptive counter of some of their main threats.
Maybe Gitaxian Probe so I can know when I'm safe to cast game-changers like Platinum Angel or Ugin.

His deck is a very streamline build with 4 TKS and 4 Contortion. He's also playing a 23 land, 4 Talisman mana base. http://sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=100849
Seems very interesting.
Thoughts??
those 4 wurmcoil engines in his 75 is something else..he actually has 9 creature cards in his sideboard, interesting..
he's also not running chalices..

2-3 in the main sounds ok, though there are some who swear by 4 copies..i think 4 copies is justifiable in an aggro-heavy meta though they are a little less effective when you're on the draw..
What about arcum dagsson to tutor for mindslaver? I have a couple set aside but have no idea what to switch out.Thought was using the titan to sac for slaver.
So I played a few rounds against Jeskai the other day and found a lot of the time I was playing draw-go a whole lot, holding up countermagic until I could cast a threat+counterspell(or double counterspell). I found myself wishing I had more threats to cast at instant speed aside from my one of snapcaster. So when I got home I looked all the blue or colorless creatures with flash to see if I could find something playable, and this caught my eye.
It's obviously been around for a long time, and because I haven't ever heard of it I am sure it probably isn't worth my time. But I can't help but think it could be some sweet tech. I'm kind of on the squelch hype train lately and have noticed it has a lot more uses in modern than what it appears on the surface.
The big downside is this creature doesn't have any real evasion on the board, but being able to bounce it back to your hand at instant speed is sweet.
Anyways I might just be losing my mind, but I think next time I go to my lgs for some modern I will pick up this lovely lady as a one of and see how it goes.
Edit:
Oh and I think this seems wonderful as a one of.
I've been jealous of desperate lighthouse lately.
Well voidmage husher is one of my favourite commander cards. Still I think pithing needle is more efficient and versatile.
Geier Reach Sanitarium seems great though I am sick of getting flooded, against a lot of decks we will get them hellbent and then this is all upside. the biggest problem is that I don't want to go down to just one Ghost quarter so I'd be losing a blue source and that is risky.
also randomly in the late late game you can use Minamo to untap and use it again.
So I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, but it's an idea I had a while back when I was building the deck (I got into Modern several months ago with a shoktroopa-style list I'm still using) and it won't leave me alone. So I'm submitting it to the hive mind.
It probably has no place in the mainboard, but if you regularly face control I think you could argue a SB spot. It lacks board impact and doesn't do anything by itself--which is probably enough to kill the idea. (I'm not currently running it myself.) But if you draw it in a grindy matchup, you never have to tap out again except at the end step. Advantages include surprise, pseudo-haste on your creatures, tutoring at instant speed, flashing in Platinum Angel in response to a game winner, or dropping Slaver EOT so you don't have to pay the 10 all at once (but still aren't leaving it there for removal).
I dunno. Blue tron's already strong against control. But I'm a Johnny at heart and I'd like to see this card work. Thoughts?
Thanks for the suggestion, I have a snapcaster, its just that I'm trying to make room for anti aggro cards like spatial contortion and vapor snag or the new unsubstantial.
Out of curiosity, how does mono-blue Tron compare, matchup wise, with UW Tron? Because I'm still not 100% settled on which version I'm running, and I'm kind of concerned on mono-blue's early game, especially against aggro, which I can already tell I'm going to be struggling with, especially against Affinity.
I have the cards for UW tron as well and I've tried playing the deck as well, based on experience, UW tron has better early game than us, however, we have better interactions against mid range and control. Actually we have the same dilemma, since I have the pieces of UW, I really can't decide on what I will focus on.
It's just that I've been considering running white in general just so I can have some more solid early game options, especially against aggressive decks. Having some Path to Exile or even Holy Day would help me ease into the late game much better. That, and Elesh Norn is really cool and it opens up the Thopter/Sword combo as well.

Anyway, how does that look now? I'm still not so sure about the sideboard, but considering matchups...

Remember, kids: Remand and Repeal are good because they at least break even on card advantage. Card advantage = good. Card disadvantage = bad.
Unsubstantiate is card disadvantage every single time.
3 Repeal
4 remand
2 unsabstatiate

What are good replacements for Snapcaster Mage and Treasure Mage?
What do we think about Vedalken Orrery?

there is actually no replacements for snapcaster mage..just run a solemn simulacrum, a repeal, a squelch or a removal spell like dismember or a spatial contortion in lieu of it if you don't have it..
for treasure mage, i like a 1:1 split between it and a fabricate..
