What about to add one forgotten cave?
You can cycle it, for more dredge activations and can recicle with life from the loam
Perfection its about details
Only if you feel like playing a land that ETB tapped. I'd rather play a cantrip land (Fiery Islet is probably the best one for Dredge because it can cast our looting spells and Prized Amalgam) or a real enabler or Dredge card.
Looking at the new build after the expansion, for example http://mtgtop8.com/event?e=22205&d=350374&f=MO, I see there is no more dredge in the deck. Can someone explain how the deck works now? Thanks.
That's not actually a Dredge deck--that's a Bridgevine deck. They're generally our graveyard aggro rivals, but they abuse Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis better than we do, and Altar of Dementia often shaves a full turn off their clock (i.e. the new Altar of Hogaak builds, like the one in the link, often win on Turn 3).
Unfortunately, both Bridgevine threads on this forum have basically died.
An interesting development I'm seeing in MTGO results is a Dredge build with 4 Hogaak, 4 Altar, 4 Bridge From Below, and no Narcomoeba.
Forgotten Cave should not be considered as a land, but as a spell. It could take the place of an enabler, not a land. I see it as a better Dakmor Salvage.

I've gotten Modern Dredge games under my belt since Prized Amalgam got released, and I'll tell you that Forgotten Cave does a terrible job of imitating Dakmor Salvage. Dakmor Salvage makes 1-land hands more keepable just by being in your deck, is one of the easy cards to Dredge when you need to reanimate Bloodghasts, is a fine card to emergency Dredge when none of your other Dredgers get binned, and taps for black mana to mana fix our sideboard cards.
(I personally still splash/main blue for Tome Scour because it's virtually Dredge 5 on Turn 1 and is a significantly better Shriekhorn, and I love how 2-3 Dakmor Salvage helps me cut lands, go for only 1-mana enablers (so I play full playsets of both Tome Scour and Shriekhorn--I generally find that Cathartic Reunion ends up in 1-land hands too often), and lets me skew the Golgari Thug-Life From the Loam counts in favour of Thug.)
Won 3 tournaments here at Brasil, and going to the national at this weekend, having some trouble against humans deck, what you guys say about NECROPLASM?
Cause after changing my Hollow One Deck into another, I have a Playste Bloodghasts , and Prized Amalgam which I actually dont use.
So I searched the net, and fout out that booth are played in a Dredge deck.
So do ya know maybe its possible to build around that an Budget Dredge Deck with an Budget from around 150$ ?
I think the Manabase will be the most investion, am I right?
I would say the mana base and Life from the Loam. The later is still about $18 even after the reprint in Ultimate Masters.
This mana base may work with check lands and basics; but I think fetches are important for Bloodghast triggers. Painlands may work too with the addition of Creeping Chill.
Maybe this?
3 Mountain
3 Swamp
2 City of Brass
4 Rootbound Crag
3 Dragonskull Summit
4 Prismatic Vista
Lastly, Giant Monster Games made a budget video a few months back, I dont know how effective it is, but here is the link: https://youtu.be/uQq10O515A8
Maybe, I wouldn't want to cast Burning Inquiry turn 1 and on turn 2 I think Cathartic Reunion is a better option. Although I've never minded Hollow One decks casting it for me ;P

It is certainly kicking my rear end.

But on a more serious note, I like how he can allow for instant speed draw to play around Surgical Extraction and the like.
