4 voice - why? This card almost always feels underwhelming to me as combo decks just laugh at it and it kind of nonbos with resto angel (flashing on their turn, if they react you dont get a token - so you either give up the flash or the token if they respond

Underwhelming compared to what? What other 2-drops would you be running in place? My personal opinion is that voice is rarely outright bad: trades well with most removal, fills the curve, and then the token sometimes goes and wins games. It's nothing flashy but it does a lot of quiet work.
Well you don't have to run more two drops - or you can play another copy of omens/roots. Voice is good against counterspells and liliana of the veil. The problem is the counterspell decks are mostly combo decks that will just let you have your tokens and then combo you out.
Probably just haven't had my fair share of voice blowouts, but it feels really meh when I'm up against t1 swiftspear or t4 ad nauseum or t7 twin, or t3 tron or.... you get the picture.

Walls are even more inefficient against combo decks. Without pressure, they have all the time in the world to set their combo.

not sure what would be better. tarm? thalia? scooze??

Totally agree with vind. Voice of resurgence is a strong card. Currently using Strangleroot Geist in its place, but will get some when they are available to me. Sometimes Strangleroot Geist is a hassle because of the double green casting cost, but it does a good enough job as an aggressive 2 drop.
Some of my opinions on the three cards mentioned:
- Tarmogoyf is not very good in this deck. We don't put many cards into the graveyard by turn to two power it up effectively unlike jund/junk who can fill the yard faster. Jötun Grunt could be an alternative to Tarmogoyf
- Thalia is nice but i don't like it making our expensive spells even more expensive. Shes better in Wx Death and Taxes or GW hatebears.
- Scavenging Ooze is nice as a 1-2 of. You don't want more than that as multiple Scavenging Ooze on the field doesn't help each other out.
Thanks Daviusminus. I can be very stubborn indeed but reveillark is rather part of my pod heritage than anything else (BTW be ready to celebrate the first anniversary of the pod ban on 19 January !)
I think new cards that have seen play are:
* a one-of horizon canopy: just great to draw out of it when you have too many lands and can be recurred with eternal witness to dig for answers;
* increase of the land count to 23, with a man land in the 23th slot. I have personally opted for stirring wildwood because it is cheaper to activate and not "boltable". Hoogland played raging ravine instead.
* in my decklist, I have increased the count of aven mindcensor to two, which helps us in our worst MU (tron, amulet), incidentally stone raine people fetching lands, gives more tempo to the deck and increases the power of path to exile and ghost quarter. I have also included one copy of stonecloaker, which is a very versatile card;
* gavony township seems to see less play (generally 0 or 1), in favour of ghost quarter.
I think that's all from what I have noticed lately but I may have forgotten things.
I play fulminator over magus. I have just too many bad experience of pyroclasm with tron to play it again..
It's a recent change so I cannot really tell yet. One tapped land seemed fine since I lowered my curve in my revised decklist and that 'common' line of play is t1 land, one mana accelerator; t2 2 drop, manland.

2 manlands seems a bit high but you could try.
I'm still thinking if i would buy horizon canopy. If you guys can tell me if 2 man lands would work it would really save me some money :). And about Fire lit thicket? Do i really need it?
I went 5-3 Drop at SCG Cinci with my last posted list. Started out rough losing 2 very good matchups, to Twin and Naya CoCo. I beat Grishoalbrand, Naya Zoo, Infect, and 2 Abzan decks. 3rd loss was to Merfolk after not drawing any removal spells.
the deck felt great all tournament, I never got blown out. Every game I lost was close and could have gone either way. I'm definitely playing a Reveillark in my list after seeing Hoogland abuse it. Also looking into playing a Fulminator in the main. I feel like my list is very close to where I want it to be, will post an updated list after some testing this week.

This is clearly optimalisation territory. It is a nice to have but you can get away without it and still have a smooth deck.
Due to my list (elf + sprawl), I need to be careful on the right count of forests, so to say it more clearly I limit non fetch/non forest lands. That's why fire-lit thicket is not in my list. Otherwise, it is a great mana fixer to hardcast kiki.

Congrats for your results. I wish Europe would have more tournament like that one.
As far as I remember your list, I think you may be too low on the target creatures to return to play Reveillark efficiently. I have myself 19 targets and two sac outlets and I would not go below. I think btw that 19 targets was the recommandation back in pod days (with 4 'natural' sac outlets for non melira pod lists).
