I was just thinking, is there are there any ways to build this deck as a jund deck with splash white instead of splash black? All we would need are 2 restoration angels as the white splash. The paths could easaly be replaced by l. bolt or terminate.
What we would loose though are voice of resurgency and some sideboard cards.
I am also trying to think of reasong to go into black. Especially on the 2 drop curve. We would also play a kalitas for instance. We could also have 1 random phyrexian obliterator in there. Clunky on the draw but fun to serach up turn 3. Bloodghast can also be sacreficed.

I have dyslexia, no I am not going to spell check for you, yes you have to live with the horrors of it.
But the pay of would need to be worth if. Most notably the card Voice of Resurgency . Sprouting Thrinax could potensially have good synergi with both Kiki-Jiki, Chord of Calling and Eldrict Evolution. It might be a bad idea, but I want to get through the brainstorm stage where I try to find good options first.

No. Path is arguably the best targeted removal spell in modern. For one mana you get to exile a creature. Exiling is often super relevant over destroy. In return, your opponent gets a land that they likely don't need, and it comes into play tapped so you don't get punished if you have to use it on opponent's turn.
I also have a very rough time against Bant Eldrazi now, and I found that our disadvantage vs eldrazi is on the system(if we don't run 4 Nahiri) so we can't just chord for one card to totally change this MU.(Maybe Intrepid Hero? But they also have path and displacer) I dont know what to do maybe I will just have a try with Intrepid Hero.
As for dredge, I wanna to talk about Izzet Staticaster. We all know that it is a card like pontiff which is a good tool in main deck to deal with decks like infect and affinity that including lots of x/1 creatures. But it is also a good card against Dredge. She can sweep Narcomoeba and block any number ofBloodghastforever. And all other things you need to do is just wall or path their Prized Amalgam which is more easier.
The significance of Izzet Staticaster is that, it provides you a tool that deal with Dredge in main deck but don't take extra slots. For example, If you splash black, you need a pontiff and a Anafenza (2 cards), but if you splash blue, you just need a Izzet Staticaster. It's true that Izzet Staticaster is dead to Conflagrate, but everything in our main deck is dead to Conflagrate. With the dredge deck becoming popular and popular, I think Izzet Staticaster is a better choice than pontiff.
Btw, I also agree with 4 chord and 2 ee. I think chord is more good and important than ee in this deck because chord is not only a tutor but also a chain, a win condition and ee is just a single creature or a tutor. When you topdeck the chord, you can chord for a witness and a resto and kiki to combo your opponent or you can chord for a witness and reveillark to value off your opponent, but you can't do these things if the card is evo, you can barely search for one best creature then you have nothing to do. Just one creature is far from the combo and may be not enough value. If you have chord in hand, you know you have the win condition and you could put all of your left resource into interacting with your opponent to buy your time. If you have ee in hand, you won't have such feeling because you just have a tutor, not a win condition. Therefore I would agree with 4 chord and 2 evo instead of 3/3 split.
And I also want to run 3rd witness to improve my grindy games but I think it's too greedy because t3 or t2 witness is bad in most of MUs. I think if you run 3rd witness, you'd better also run 5th and 6th removal spell like dismember and Flame Slash to support it, to ensure your witness in early game could have enough value card to get back from graveyard. And the removal spell is the easiest card to get into the graveyard before turn 3.But recently I've not found a sit for 5th or 6th removal, so I'm not going to run 3rd witness.
I agree with 2nd P+K 100%. It's hard to find such a card that is not only good against aggro deck(like infect and affinity) but also good against grindy deck(like jund and Nahiri) and have synergy with resto. It's a 9.5 card, -0.5 for rr and legendary.
Plz forgive my poor English as a CN student.
Edit: Tron and scapeshift is hard to beat but both of them are not very popular now, what I really worry about is Bant Eldrazi.
Shriekmaw wrecks Eldrazi. Evoke gets around Reality Smasher's discard ability. Hardcasting or tutoring for Shriekmaw and then blinking it with Resto will often end the game on the spot.
Also, if they have a mana-accelerant heavy draw we can blow them out with Pontiff.
What do you peeps think of Kalitas as an evolution target?
Pro: He falls in the 4 drop spot, is a great value creature, and slows the dredge game plan.
Con: Path to Exile does not turn on the zombie token generation, slow to get out.
Jeff with that seemingly forgotten tech. I love Ghostly prison and spaced it thinking of sb for the dredge decks that are out and about. It's also good against most of the aggro in the meta like merfolk and zoo.
Voice of resurgence probably one of the most important creatures of your deck. You should run 3-4 copies in your deck. The go to choice for me as a replacement for voice is strangleroot geist. knight is a good card but it doesn't have an etb or ltb ability which you can abuse with restoration angel.
Voice of resrugency is veyr important, an ireplacable if you play the eldritch evolution vs a blue deck.
Strangleroot geist is a good replacement.
speaking of: Have anybody tryed to replace the walls with strangleroot geist in the evolution build? As the evolution build can be more agressive. Going turn 2 geist, attack for 2. Turn 3 play eldritch evolution get pia and kira, attack for 3. Next turn have 7 power in the table and having dealth 5 damage.

If you think Strangleroot Geist will "replace" Voice, you're going to have a bad time. Voice is in another league. If you're playing EE there's no reasonable explanation besides budget to have less than 4 Voice. I think we can consider Strangleroot Geist as a complement to Voice to have a more aggressive slant, but I'm not sure yet that that's viable. It warrants testing, though.
But then what's the point of being a toolbox deck? This doesn't make any sense. Having 7 power on the table and having dealt 5 damage by turn 4 is very very unimpressive when you compare it to true aggro decks like Zoo.
Yeah, this deck is not good at anything. It is only good at winning. What style of play you end up with is very dependent on your draw, and most of all on what style of deck your oponent is playing.

Archangel of Tithes is there for Dredge, as they often have three or fewer lands in play, so they won't be able to enact their swarm strategy very well. It also gives some splash hate against aggro decks.
