Manabase is pretty straightforward (I don't like fastlands at all and not much rainbow lands such as City of Brass or Gemstone Mine, but that's personnal preference). It looks good.
Mainboard is stock. Singleton Peer is funny, I never tried IT WITH 3 Spoils.
Concerning the sideboard, I would think about the 2 Echoing Truth and 2 Spellskite. 2 'Skitte seems designed for an Infect meta. Also, 4 fogs and no wrath effect is something to consider. I could suggest several sideboard cards if I knew your meta.
I know what you mean about the mana base, I was running a really stock mana base full of temples until a month ago. I kept getting frustrated with needing a land to combo off and drawing a temple so I took three out for 3 City of Brass. Fast Lands aren't the best but considering that 9 times out of 10 we only need 3 lands and a Bloom Fast Lands get the job done.
I used to run Conflagrate in the main but after a while realised I never used it and didn't want a 4th Unlife or 4th Pact of Negation so I was stuck for ideas and chucked a Peer in. If I don't need to play it I hold onto it but nearly every time I have played it, it has found the piece I needed or a Spoils.
The Meta I usually get at my lgs is a lot of Eldrazi Tron then GR Tron, Bant Eldrazi, Grixis Control, Eggs/Sunny Side Up, Burn, Living End, Lantern Control, Affinity, Titanshift, Abzan Company. And I have a friend who has nearly finished Abzan and another with Esper Walkers so I expect to see those as well as other decks potentially from other stores for the box.
Echoing Truths is to remove Leylines, Eidolon of Rhetoric and Threats if needed. Not sure on the Skites myself as I have never actually have them on the board when I need them and when they are on the board I don't need them...
I used to run a Pyroclasm then switched it to Supreme Verdict in the side, I now have a Damnation thanks to mm17 so I have a few options on wraths.
Let me know what you think!

Considering your meta, I would take out 2 Spellskite for sure (one Damnation and something else like a blocker, Lingering Souls or Timely Reinforcements). I think that maybe the manabase needs some tunning (like 4 temples, 6 rainbow lands). Also, maindeck, maybe switch Peer for a 4th Pentad. Also, 2 Truth seems to much to me.
Sounds good, I hadn't touched the sideboard since late last year as the deck is fairly consistent with what it has and obviously the Skites were for infect.
I will chuck in Damnation and a Lingering Souls. What would you replace an echoing truth with? Tempted to try Esper Charm in

Something like Boseiju when needed or Teferi for control / mirror match. You don't seems to have much BG/x, so you don't need Celestial Purge or anything like that. Maybe Disenchant or a Teachings.
Hey guys. Just got back from TCG States in Louisiana where I placed 2nd out of 60 with Ad Nauseam. To be completely fair, I definitely should have won but made one misplay in the finals vs infect, of all things, that costed me the match. That being said, our top 4 decided to split the cash so I feel like I was a bit more absent minded than usual. Played a variety of decks including Grixis Control, Jeskai Control, Bant Eldrazi, Kiki Chord, Merfolk, Death's Shadow Jund, Infect, BG Tron, and Goryo's Vengeance.

1 x Slaughter Pact

3 x Darkness
The match ups felt pretty standard. I've piloted Ad Nauseam to a RPTQ top 8 finish before, so I'm relatively versatile with the deck. Over all, I feel like I played somewhat decent, aside from the finals punt. I used all of my sideboard cards except Hurkyl's Recall. I definitely expected more Affinity, but the tournament was mostly littered with Eldrazi variants. Each sideboard definitely carried it's weight, and I feel like I was very satisfied with the deck.
How would you sideboard vs Death's Shadow? Do you bring in echoing truths, thoughtseizes, leyline, and darkness? What comes out? What about Painful truths, and Boseiju vs Grixis shadow?
Against DSJ, I boarded -3 Pact, -3 Pentad for +4 Leyline +1 Painful Truthes, +1 Echoing Truth. The fogs just don't seem to do enough and find the match up becomes very grindy. For GDS, I'm not as well versed in the match up, but I think ithe could be improvised depending on what you see.
Also, how has everyone been feeling on Affinity hate for GPs? Ill be at GP San Antonio next week and expect to see lots of linear decks.
For Affinity I usually just use hurkyl's and if I'm running Spellskites then I use those too to steal Cranial Platings and to redirect Ravager Counters

It was a small tournament and I definitely got lucky when I needed to, but the deck still felt great. My rounds were:
Round 1 W 2-1 against RG Ponza. Nothing really significant, got Stone Rained out of one game but had plenty to go off in the other games.
Round 2 W 2-1 against Abzan. My opponent brought in Leyline of Sanctity against me, so our game 2 started with both of us dropping them from the opening hand. Unfortunately for him, he overestimated how good it was against us and in game 3 he kept a 1-land Leyline hand and never drew a 2nd land.
Round 3 W 2-1 against Jund Death's Shadow. I managed to squeak out a win in game 1 with a timely topdeck of a replacement Phyrexian Unlife. I had Leylines in my opener in both games 2 and 3, in game 2 I just drew too many lands and he had one of the faster hands from that deck. Game 3 he drew a few too many lands and I was able to go off behind Leyline before he found pressure. He did traverse into Eidolon of Rhetoric, which I wasn't expecting, but I had Unlife so I was able to end-step the Ad Nauseam and then untap and win.
Round 4 / 5 ID into Top 4.
Semifinals W 2-0 against RG Scapeshift. This was against my friend who borrowed the deck from me. It's about as close to a bye matchup as we can get, I'd estimate it's in the 80-90% range. Though I did get the achievement of casting 3 Ad Nauseams in one of the games. I cast one for value, then another to get the Angel's Grace I scried to the top with Serum Visions, and then finally the 3rd one with Grace to win.
Finals W 2-0 against Esper Death's Shadow. In game 1, I have 2 Blooms on Suspend and 2 lands in play when my opponent thoughtseizes me and sees SSG, Spoils, Ad Nauseam, Ad Nauseam. He (correctly) takes Spoils, and on my next turn I draw Unlife. I play that with the SSG and know that I'm pretty much locked to win unless he has double discard spell. He doesn't and I take the game. Game 2 I don't have a Leyline, but I have a hand with a lot of cantrips and redundancy. My opponent also mills too many shock lands with Thought Scour and isn't able to get his life total low enough for Death's Shadow to be a threat. I stick an Unlife and end step spoils into Ad Nauseam, revealing 11 cards but nothing relevant.
All in all the deck still felt great. I think the sideboard still needs some work, I like Ethereal Haze a lot less with Death's Shadow so popular. I also wasn't thrilled with Elspeth, I think something like Painful Truths might just be better against the grindy decks. The Blessed Alliances were excellent, so I might try something like:
"My local meta has: Merfolks, Elves, Lantern Control, Grixis Control and Grixis Shadow, Bant Eldrazi, GR Titan Shift, Eldrazi Taxes, Abzan Company, Affinity, GW Tron, Mono U Tron, Living End, Burn, RG Ponza, 8 Rack, Junk and now also a few Death's Shadow Junds"
On the topic of when to board in leylines, is that the plan against gifts storm? The more I think about it the more obvious it seems given that it shuts down gifts, but at the tournament tonight I was struggling with what to board out for 4 leylines, 1 pact of negation, and 1 Boseiju. Do we side out blooms here because of Remand? Also, are pacts and boseiju even that good here given that storm doesn't play mana leak or negate or anything? Also, is there an opportunity to psych our opponents out here where they board in enchantment removal but we board in something other than leylines?
I have not studied this matchup or the storm decklist since before the probe ban, it's an interesting deck though. I was surprised to lose one game before playing my second land. I would love to hear peoples strategies for the matchup.
Anyways here is the list I've been playing at my LGS. On a given night I expect to see at least one burn, zoo, and jund/deaths shadow. I don't really see any Eldrazi, Merfolk, or Affinity. Everything else is a maybe.
I like the consistency and I like a third peer over mystical teachings. I have been testing with 4 City of Brass (cutting two fastlands), but I took two out tonight because I was damaging myself a lot and figured 4 was only necessary if I was trying to play Bring to Light or something. Unfortunately I lost a game in the finals tonight because a fastland was not a City of Brass (and because I misplayed). Has anyone else been playing 4 City of Brass and have comments?

Is there anything viable other than Leylines and Nephalia Academy? Nephalia Academy has only been relevant in 1 game for me thus far, it was vs Jund.
You can't realistically mulligan until you get a Leyline, so I guess you just have to just pray you get one in your starting 6 or 7?
teaching in general is a nice way to get card advantage, aswell as painful truths if u play them.
talking of card advntage, dont hold ur adn to long. u can gain huge profit with vaulue adn vs them.
so.... without leyline its kind of a normal an fair game for botg. with leyline its a peace in a cake.
