In general, all tiers1.
I want try serioulsy this deck.
You need to name some decks for us to give a reasonable answer. For the most part I take out Hour of Promise first, Anger then Bolt. Against really fast decks up to 3 scapeshift can also come out but for me all of the above is 7 cards. From goldfish metagame
Grix death shadow: Normally fine for us, consider boarding in Chalice on 1 to shut off loads of their cards. Chameleon Colossus is also really fun.
Storm: be sad and hope. Board in relics but they can go off in response anyway.
Jeskai: You usually have more threats than they have counters and if you ramp enough you can try 2 per turn. SB I bring in Thrun
E Tron/ tron: Early Karn sucks, newlamog sucks. If they dont do those you'll be fine. I bring in Crumble to Dust for the matchup but many dont and im thinking of swapping them because the matchup is normally fine anyway.
Humans: Bring in 3rd anger and possibly chalice
Affinity: any/ all removal you have with chalice.
Burn: Chalice and Baloth make this better but you need some luck on your side.

I’m getting back into Titanshift, are there any Sideboard guides out there?
It's too hard to write a SB guide for the 30 different Modern decks you could possibly face on any given day. Which decks do you need help with?

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Not really, their deck is really consistent. I bring in my 2 relics for HoP and often try to Chalice on 2. You can Bolt their creature at end of turn but they can pretty much go off at instant speed. You could try Graff Diggers Cage in the side instead of relics but that makes the list worse against dredge and shadow decks.
Overall I really dont think its a favorable matchup unfortunately, If you can side into Layline then that would certainly catch them off guard.
I also side in Beast Within so I have a total of 4 Lightning Bolts and 2 Beast Within for their 6-8 Electromancer creatures. I am always unsure about how many Anger of the Gods effects that I want. I usually end up keeping my main board 2 Sweltering Suns, but not putting my 1 Anger of the Gods from the SB. At least they can cycle... (I also put in 3 Relic of Progenitus, as that's all I have for them.)
It's a poor matchup, no doubt, but I don't think that it's as bad as players say. I'm 3-2 vs. Storm with Titanshift so far, but obviously haven't played enough to really know anything.

Most TitanShift players that I personally know consider storm to be their worst MU. Smart storm player doesn’t jam his bear until it’s time for him to go off, and if they have remand then they can just wait for you to try going off and Remand you to win on their turn. It’s usually a bad ending for you if they’re any good.

I believe it. Around my area, it's rare to play against a "really good" Storm player. I would say that the 2 best Storm players that I know are probably just a bit better than myself, and I haven't played it in tournament since Pyromancer Ascension. One of these Storm players has been on Whir of Invention Lantern for a while now and rarely plays in the same tournaments that I do. It's very rare for the very few Storm players that I see to even know priority that well.
I'm sure if it was me play testing vs. myself, it would go down a LOT different. (I shouldn't really be telling people to outplay their opponents when it is not always possible or could make a difference in their meta.)

I’m running Adam Pannone’s list and need to figure out what to SB out and in against tier 1 and 2 matchups. My meta is pretty big, and I’ll probably see everything.I mean, I know the basics, relics for DS, artifact hate for Affinity, and Baloth for Burn, but what does Inferno Titan come in for. Tireless Tracker for control matchups?
1st match against GB Rock, I thought I had it in the bag when I won game 1 handily with an on curve turn 4 titan. However, Game 2 he had the perfect curve into t1 IoK t2 goyf T3 Lotv to beat me. G3 was worse, he casted no less than three fulminators and surgicaled my valakut after I was finally forced to expose it. I never did get up to 6 lands for prime time. Post game he showed me the playset of fulmins he boarded in.
2nd match against eldrazi tron was textbook. Quick 2-0 win.
3rd match against Whir lantern, I finally felt the power of Whir. 1st game he couldn't establish the lock in time and omen landdrops killed him. G2 he went t1 lantern t2 double shredder t3 thoughtseize plucked my relevant plays and it was over. G3 I had scapeshiift on 8 lands fetching 2 valakuts 6 mountains and I thought I won with 36 to face. In response to the valakut triggers, he whirs for witchbane orb. I was not expecting it to say the least (haven't really been playing this past two months). 2 turns later he established the hard lock
After weighing my options a few more turns later, I scooped it up.
I, after not playing in an event in 2 years, decided to give it a shot again and play in a local event here in WV. I had 2 decks built and my friend suggested playing titan shift, so I did.
There were 14 players which gave us 4 rounds. For reference my main was the 2nd place OKC list.
Round 1: RB midrange(I think)
I had some ramp t2 but a lot of hand disruption followed by main deck blood moon and maindeck ensnaring bridge meant I lost.
Game 2 I have some sages for his blood moon and a without pressure on his side, I was able to win with valakut.
Game 3 was similar to game 2 and the huge amount of removal for his enchantments got me there.
1-0
Round 2: dredge
Game 1 was pretty standard lots of dredging and dying to conflagerate. I boarded in 2 anger of the gods which in game 2 had mulled to 6 and had both in my hand. Turn 3 and 4 anger was enough he never recovered from and I eventually won with valakut.
Game 3 was similar and turn 3 I nine for oned him killing 3 naromeoba, 3 bloodghast and 3 almagams. He had horrible dredges the rest of the game and finished him off with valakut.
2-0
Round 3: jund
Not much happened in the first game besides me ramping up to 6 lands turn 4 with an omen out and killing him with scapeshift.
Game 2 went a little longer and a brutality had made him at 19 so when I did scapeshift he was at 1. There was some confusion by my friend why I didn’t kill him but I couldn’t as I had 7 lands in play at the time. Next turn I did though.
3-0
Round 4 we drew. 3-0-1
Top 8 match: burn
This was my friend playing it who came with me. He lives in Italy for the navy and gets a lot of GP time there so is more experienced than I am. Combined with the fact burn is already difficult didn’t help me. Game 1 I get decimated with burn despite killing off some guys with a sweltering suns. Game 2 was similar and I never saw any of my 3 baloths that game either.
So I got some updaded modern play in after not playing for 2 years( I buy cards and read about the game just don’t play) and 6 packs as my prize.
Good job Blue Trane! I played in a 24 person WNM, but we had some competition today, including a Pro Player and the top PW points getter in CA, among others.
Round 1 vs. UG Merfolk. I'm not gonna lie. I thought he was on Titanshift today too and I was not feeling that. In the first game after he played Shaper's Sanctuary, I Bolted 2 creatures to give me time to draw something. I do draw Prime Time in time and win. The next game is similar, but I draw nothing. In the final game, he plays Botanical Sanctum. I have Sakura Tribe-Elder and Farseek, but smell Spell Pierce. I do the STE and later have a choice of Hour of Promise, but top deck a land to play Prime Time instead and win. He got stuck on the 1 land, but said that he did have Spell Pierce. 2-1.
Round 2 vs. Zoo. I Sweltering Suns in time and he races me until I Prime Time. In the next game, it is similar. I play Prime Time on time and he realizes that he should have Path to Exiled with the trigger on the stack. Still, I have Summoner's Pact for another one and lethal the next turn anyway. 2-0.
Round 3 vs. GB Tron. He Trons me while I flutter. His was slow, but I couldn't find a win-con and he gets there. The whole time, he thinks he's dead since his hand was SOOO slow. I beat him with Prime Time after Witchbane Orb comes in. I kept milking lands out of the deck so that I can draw Nature's Claim, 2 Beast Within, or Rec Sage off 2 Pact. In the next game, I ramp up quickly, get a Valakut Worldbreaker'd and then win. 2-1.
Round 4 vs. Grishoalbrand. 0-0-3, but played it out and lost 0-2. This was his first tournament since qualified for the Pro Tour with GGT Dredge. Since Dredge is banned, this is his next choice. He crushed today, beating both of the players who I mentioned above and also beat Storm. I stumbled after a mull in game 1 and he turn 4s me when he's low on life (after some Bolts). In the next game after a mull to 6 again, I have Relic of Progenitus. It doesn't matter because I stumble and turn 4 a Breached Worldspine Wurm crushes my world.

Do you guys run Thragtusk in the sideboard?
Also do you use hour of promise?
I don't use either. Now I don't have them, but I could just go ahead and buy them, though I currently like what I have chosen to go with, as I mentioned the page before the 2nd place OKC list. I mean tusk is pretty cool I just don't use it right now.
For me though I don't think I would use hour of promise. I lose a little bit of utility I like and game some explosiveness I guess. I will try it out and see what I think though and see if I still don't think I would keep them in.
How good do people here think Engineered Explosives is? In my very first iteration of the deck I had 2 in SB but no idea of how to use them, now as I think of them I'm considering trying at least 1 in the side. What would you take out of the following?
Ive taken some time out of modern so dont know the local meta all that well. From what I know, Burn is the most common deck (Just my luck...) with at least a couple of the other tier decks. Thanks all.
EDIT: Ideally also please include what matchups it is good in.
I just played in my second event with the deck. Pretty crazy honestly how I can be a pretty poor player sometimes and still win with this deck. I've only played it twice now and with a 2 year break, but yeah it just gets there a lot despite my fumbling.
It was 4 rounds
R1: burn
I was able to get rid of some things both games but never enough to make a difference and got burned out in both. he kept 1 land hands in both games which didn't seem to stop him too much.
0-1
R2: burn
This was the same friend I played in the t8 from last time however in these games he never saw the last burn he needed and a timely baloth combined with some board wipes on his guys did him in.
1-1
R3: elves
He is stuck on 1 land the whole first game yet still created an impressive army of guys though a sweltering sun killed said army and a titan sealed it up. Game two was a little more scary as a craterhoof came down and took me to 8, but in order to do this move he needed to tap out in order to play it. Soon after some nice valakut triggers cleared his board away and gave my titan the ability to swing in for the win.
2-1
R4: amulet titan.
Game one he gets a pretty fast as scary titan out but I was able to bolt then scapeshift for the win just in time.
Game two went long with him getting lots of titans out and me killing them and him pacting scapeshifts but finally my titan sticks long rnough that with an omen in play the valakuts I do get do serious damage.
3-1.
Got 4 packs for it and entry was $5 so was worth it.
I have been playing titan shift online a lot recently but get blown out by jeskai control , lantern control , and storm. EVen post board i am still getting killed. Any help would be appreciated.

Thrun can get spell-quellered against Jeskai - otherwise it's a house.
Colossus IMO is getting important again given the resurgence of GDS.
