Yeah, but let's face it: we've been getting PWs generally one mana undercosted forever. I'm not upset with this card, since we have so many good PW options already.
These might be the starter deck Walkers, which are always abysmal.

Rendroc, where did you get the spoilers for Domri and Dovin? I can't quite make out the edition # on Domri, but based on the effects, he definitely seems like a Planeswalker deck card to me. Dope name though.
EDIT: Just found a source, they are indeed PW deck cards. Thank goodness.

I have BIG hopes for the “real” Domri :). Unfortunately, He likely will either be riot-specific or a “blanket” walker (+ ability to accrue small card advantage, - that is removal for permanents..likely artifacts/Enchantments...then an emblem that takes over the game but not necessarily an “auto win”) like a majority of Walkers have been recently.
I want a fling efffect (or better yet a Soul’s Fire effect); but it would also be cool if he was a combo with Doubling Season or if he as just a great “all around” Walker. Fingers crossed
Let’s just go with Christmas-land and say he’ll be a 2-drop Walker (GR)...2-cmc would fit right in a lot of my decks :). Ha! The nice thing is we don’t have to wait long. Spoiler season will be pretty fast this set.
It does not look like it fired (I set it back after it took up too much space); but I’ll be back tonight and just put the bottom chunk under a spoiler tag so it’s up and readable (I can make adjustments while it’s up)...sorry for delay. Had my last trip for at least 6 months (thank god) over the holidays. I’ll post it back up tonight and we can add to/change it via debate the next few days.
I’ll be able to be more active now; sonthe changes to the new primer can be made instantly.

I’m looking forward to Riot. I assume Grull Spellbreaker is the “flagship” riot rare; but maybe they will have a mythic or another constructed-power riot card in the set.
I’m a fan if any creature (creature simply because things like Oath, Pact, and multiple Walkers “hit” creatures when they don’t hit non-creatures) that:
A. Draws cards on CAST (value if countered)
B. scales
C. Has Evasion.
May have to try it out in my normal Genesis Hydra slot (although I do like the Hydra into walker play). Not crazy; but fun design for a scaling card.
Likely not powerful enough for us as
1. it’s not back-breaking at 6-cmc
2. It doesn’t have potential to win the turn you cast it
May end up being a great sideboard option for Control though. That likely is where I will be trying it.
P.S. re- firing the Primer at 6:00 pm my time. Made some big changes to reduce the size.
Feels like something we could take advantage of The land thing is awesome in certain scenarios; but also a little strict...but the fight is nice as "creture removal".
Many of these castinc costs also make me feel like we may see Devotion again in the next set...fingers crossed!
P.S. Working on small fixes to Primer now. Will send message when up this morning/early afternoon (you may see it every once and a while pop up as I try to see how it looks, but I will let you know when it is actually "set").
Ravager Wurm is a little bit strict. i like more Acidic Slime to remove any land , because he is far more flexible. And Deathtouch kills any attacker, too.
"Guardian's Plan"

Enchantment
Whenever a non-token creature enters the battlefield under your control, if that create does not share a name with another creature you control or have in your graveyard, draw a card.
Maybe something fun with Cloudstone Curio could be easily doing some absurd lethal turns.
As Example: Hidden Herbalists and Burning-Tree Emissary for example to draw the entire Deck, to play all the others Emissary's and Herbalits, to activate Nykthos, into Craterhoof Behemoth.
Con: Need a lot Setup, two different creatures and these creatures don't be in the graveyard.
Ok, finally a interesting card to brew around, that make me as a brewer happy. The spiker in me is still unimpressed at the moment.
One of my fave cards spoiled so far, some really sweet cards in this set. I'm a huge fan of Mystic Snake, and this is a basically a better mystic snake. Better subtypes and 1 more power. For devotion decks, this adds an addition green devotion. I already have a temur Flash Devotion deck, one of my fave devotion decks to play, with 4x Mystic Snake, which will probably be replaced with this card.

Not sure if I agree that Decimator is better than End Run Razers...I think they are just different. I get that it is on a "cast" trigger; but without something to sac to it (giving you one less creature), Decimator costs 2 more mana and does not give (or have) vigilance. It is at least closer to me than simply saying Decimator is the better choice. Decimator has a more "flexible" cost; but it comes at a high cost (you have to have a creature with a high enough CMC which you then get rid of...which weakens an overru. Without Emerging it, however, it is more expensive by 2-mana...The cast trigger is a big pro in a control heavy environment though. Obviously ETB is not the end of the world (as that is how Craterhoof works and we play it); but I could see metas where Decimator would be the better budget option. Either way, it is great that budge players now have options at the top!

P.S. That 3-drop enchantment that makes all creatures uncounterable AND gives all creatures Riot (or essentiall all creatures haste is really cool. I love haste-enablers..and having the bonus "can't be countered" is really useful. It is always REALLY difficult to get enchantments like that to a power level of playability (essentially they never work); but it could be fun in "brews" (especially in Genesis Wave brews where everything that hits gets haste).
Electrodominance and Knollspine Dragon I posted in the rumor area. Not sure there really is a deck there, but dumping mana into Electro, getting a big dragon and 7 cards out of it sounds intriguing. Probably more casual.

You did have a really cool flash list a while back...this is probably a great addition. Excited to see the new list
Sup guys. I've taken a more midrangy approach with this deck, focusing less on the big payoff and playing some value cards. This deck gets beat pretty bad when our early ramp is disrupted. More often than not we're stuck on 3~4 mana and full of uncastable bombs in our hand. Moreover, this deck doesn't interact very well with the opponent's board, usually we win by overpowering the board more than controlling it, which can be a problem in a metagame full of efficient creatures like Thing in the Ice and Death's Shadow.
1) Primeval Titan + Kessig Wolf Run finish has been pretty good. Sometimes they can deal with your big boys, but your Birds to Paradise can fly over with Kessig.
2) Tireless Tracker is probably best card in the deck, it lets you win the card advantage battle against other midrange or control decks. The list has been running pretty fine, except against bad matchups like UR Phoenix and some combos.
3) Steel Leaf Champion steals more wins than you can imagine. It often comes turn 2, which puts a huge pressure on the board, mainly due to the unblockable effect against small creatures. 3 devotion to Nykthos in a very welcome, pretty all-around card for the strategy.
4) Heavy removal package on the sideboard. Some creature heavy archtypes can be very hard to disrupt, Elves and Humans needs to be controlled early or they'll overpower you in no time. Firespout is easy on the splash mana, and it's very useful against Spirits. Abrade doubles as removal and artifact hate, which can be relevant in some matchups.
I actually quite like what you've done here. I've been on the value-path recently too (although mine is more in the form of Acidic Slime, Walking Ballista, etc.) but I think we have enough options now to play "Green Control". Where the options for destroying most permanents (creatures, artifacts, enchantments, lands etc.) are so versatile while also being creatures; that we can play the overrun game while ALSO keeping the opponent off their game plan. It has been working out quite well for me lately; and from the sounds of it you are having success with the above. Please post more about the performance of the list (I'm interested to hear about some of the card choices and their play).
I figured I'd post some of the more unique lists I've built that you may not have added to the Primer yet that I think are good enough already to put there.

I think Electrodominance has potential in a big mana deck. The fact that it can be removal early, while also help you progress your board, and then do some busted thing late-game or just burn the opponent out makes it very interesting.
Like you can cast x=1 or 2 and then cast a mana dork for free in the early game which is not a bad play.
