Just picking up the deck. Why aren't 4x Bedlam Reveler an integral part of the core instead of the Mandrills? Still turns on Stubborn Denial thanks to it's prowess and lets you refuel gas when you're out of cards. Also plays well with Delver of Secrets wanting Instants and Sorceries, and has synergy with Faithless Looting which is one of the best cards atm. It's also impervious to the same removal Mandrills are (Push, Bolt) while still sharing it's "weakness" to graveyard hate in that opponents have to nuke your yard before you get to cast it. One less power is trivial when it has prowess and you can beat a Tarmogoyf on combat with an instant or two. Is it because of the double Red requirement? Anyways, here's my inital list:
Sideboard is hastily thrown. Haven't taken the deck to a tournament yet, but performed well in testing. Reveler does us something powerful to do and mitigates the card disadvantage from both Shoal and Looting. I'm down to 3 Shoal since the average CMC in modern has increased a lot thanks to Delve threats, powerful planeswalkers, miracles, Tron, or high CMC cards entering directly from the Graveyard.
Kind of also want to try Traverse the Ulvenwald but can't fit it right now, and it would also require Baubles
1. Delving 4 or 5 is achievable on turn 2 as long as you have a fetch and Scour. It's easy enough to cast on turn 2 with Denial or Bolt up. It's also easy to cast it turn 3 with Leak up, which opens up lines that aren't possible with Goyf. What's the earliest a Reveler can be cast? While getting 5 cards in the yard early is easy, getting 6 I/S seems tougher. Not to mention RR.
2. Trample is evasion.
I know Jordan has experimented with Revelers both main and side before, especially with Traverse. I've played one out of the side before, but found that I really needed threats that didn't rely on the graveyard, so I've been using Huntmasters and a Hazoret at times. I'm hopeful that Gruul or Simic gets a sweet 3 or 4 cmc walker next set that works with this deck. Simic would be especially great because then Jund wouldn't get yet another tool.
What I'm really hoping for in January is a Preordain unban. I get spoiled playing Pauper, and even topdecking Sleight of Hand late game gives a glimpse of how swell it would be to have better card selection, not to mention setting up Delver.
I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

You can check out my articles on Modern Nexus for plenty of content on Reveler in Temur shells, Delver and otherwise. Right now, my feeling about a Looting + Reveler shell is that BR/UR are both well-equipped for the package. As splashes, white offers Souls, and black offers interaction. Green just doesn't do anything. It offers Traverse or Goyf, both of which prove redundant with Reveler in the mix and, most damningly, also rely on the graveyard. So does Arclight Phoenix, which is also on-color with Reveler and more resilient to grave hate than either of those cards.
The most success I had with RUG Reveler was with Monkey Grow while Probe was legal. That deck was insane, as Dredge was not a quantity yet and so nobody had a compelling reason to run graveyard hate. I think it's up there with Colorless Eldrazi Stompy pre-Hollow One as the best-positioned deck I've ever brewed. http://modernnexus.com/visions-pptq-monkey-grow/
the card itself really isn't worth the card board its printed on...does it serve a purpose? Sure its a blue 1 drop that might not be a 1/1. I would not put it in a list and expect to win a PTQ or GP though.
Check out this 5-0 list by KYLEHL Wizards published today. Crazytown. 16 lands, 4 Baubles, no Snapcasters, singleton sideboard, and maindeck Anger of the Gods. Tormod's Crypt, and Hazoret. Absolute crazytown. But sweet.

Just "OMG"
Even with 2 Traverse I still wonder how they could cast hazoret with only 16 lands. And blood moon with only 3 basics?
I definitely would like to hear more about this deck.

My online sideboard is a little different in that I'm playing a second Anger over the EE and an Ancient Grudge over the Firespout. I'm basically conceding the Dredge matchup because we have such a hard time beating Creeping Chill anyway.
In paper and online, I'd like to have an extra piece for the grindy matchups. I feel fine against anything linear, anything combo, and decent against aggro due to Shoal and all the removal, but especially in paper, where people at my shop like to play the fair decks, I'd like an extra haymaker that doesn't rely on the yard. Do I just play another Huntmaster or Hazoret? Chandra, Torch of Defiance? Cards that are rough to deal with once resolved are things like Goyf, Inferno Titan, Thrun, etc. My experience in cube building shows the relative dearth of options in RUG. I know others here have leaned hard on 3-4x Huntmasters, but in my experience, they just die to everything. But maybe that's why you play 4?
I get that midrange is never going to be great, but I've got room in the board to shore it up a bit.

I always love Chandra when she resolved. She's great (the best option available imho) against UW too. Against BGx Hazoret is great but it is legendary so I think one copy is ok. Huntmaster does die to everything. But it is great at clogging the board, making chumpblocker and gaining life so I'd keep one or two copies in side.

And if it lives... you win! And if you play four... one eventually lives!

After a really tough night against Mardu (0-2 on a risky attack g1 where I won if he didn't have Bolt, and he did; died to Bitterblossom g2) and GR Monsters (think Arbor Elf, Blood Moon, Tireless Tracker, Finks, Bloodbraid, Eldritch Evolution, Thrun, Inferno Titan) in which Chandra sucked and I got run over, I took your advice and completed the set of Huntmasters in the board for my paper deck.
This is probably not the right deck for that meta, but I want to interact and appreciate the challenge.
I'm also afraid to mulligan against the Thoughtseize decks, and I need to just get over that.

Battle rage pretty much requires become immense to steal any games in your list so I would probably cut that. I’m not really sure BI itself is even worth it but I havnt tried your list. The issue with pump spells is that if you can’t stick a creature they’re dead cards.
You could run a copy unsubstantiate to give you a little more interaction without having to run another counterspell, and a few copies of mandrills should probably be in here if you cut BI. 4 snag/3 pierce seems like a lot. Maybe a little more diversity here.
Alternatively running Traverse gives you another proactive cantrip and would allow you to run a single Bedlam Reveler to tutor up.
Beggars can't be choosers, but I'd rather have Simic get a sweet card for us rather than Gruul, because Simic needs an identity that works in Modern. Also, Jund wouldn't be able to play it to better effect than us.

It sort of just matters what's in your deck. I think most of us here would agree traversing for snap or hazoret sure feels nice when we are in a favorable position But My opinion would be to find whatever your putting in your sideboard. Be it the two you mentioned, izzet staticaster, kerenos, all the way down down to pia and kiren nallar, grim lavamancer... etc.
