Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to play much magic recently, so anything I could give you would be poorly tuned to the meta. That said, if no one can give you a list, I can make one or two up and send them your way.
Looking at the blue stuff though, I just feel like treasure cruise/ dig through time aren't right for us. It seems like I'd only use it in a grindy game and it could have been anything else doing something instead of just sitting there waiting for my creatures to die. We don't run searchlands, and it seems like those are the only things that could power it. I've been trying flodoed strand as a 1 of, but anything more than that seems like it'd work against us.
You wouldn't run these cards in heavy multiples. If you wanted to run them, you'd run one, maybe two copies. We don't consistently put cards into the graveyard, so we can't consistently get value out of them. However, we're not a graveyard-based deck. If you have nothing in your graveyard, you're probably already ahead, because everything we run is a tax with legs. And if you have something in your graveyard, you might as well use it. I'd rather turn my graveyard into extra cards than just let it sit there.
I like the idea of the [card]Skaab Ruinator[/card, but it seems a lot like epochrasite or Serra avenger in that you want to vial it in really. While that's great, it, even more so than the aforementioned, will be very hard to play without the vial. The recursion is nice, but I'm not convinced it's efficient enough.
Generally speaking, you do want to vial this in, and it's pretty nasty. Not many decks can deal with a surprise 5/6 flier. Again, you wouldn't run more than one or two of these in a deck.
Does Ephara, God of the Polis actually do work? It seems like it's often going to only be for the draw, which is fine, but ehh. 4 mana to draw a card next turn seems very delayed. Does anyone have results for this?
D&T can play like an aggro, tempo, or control deck. How you play will not only depend on your build, but also on your matchup. Ephara is a control card. It doesn't suit every version of WU D&T. If you're paying four mana to draw a single card, then you're playing this card wrong. You can only get long-term value out of Ephara if you're grinding games out. It's a little like Dark Confidant in that regard. Over time, the card advantage becomes the difference between winning and losing. If your clock is so fast that you're not getting value out of Ephara, then you shouldn't be running Ephara.
Hey, so I was looking through some of the old raw data, and I found mention of the UW deck. I found mention of spellstutter sprite which seems really interesting. A farie verion of D&T! if anybody is interested I found a decklist, http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/modern-deck-creation/511766-white-blue-fae-death-taxes. There's also some in the raw data if you care to look through. None of the lists feel quite there to me. I like the idea of adding mistblind clique though. Pestermite seems pretty good too. I already run Vendilion.
The problem with the Faerie version is that there are only two faeries that you really want to be running: Vendilion Clique and Spellstutter Sprite. Everything else doesn't really help you. Pestermite is too expensive for what it does. You can flicker it, but you're probably not untapping one of your permanents, and Flickerwisp already takes care of opposing permanents. The only thing Pestermite really does, is turn your own Restoration Angels into Flickerwisps. As for Mistbind Clique, D&T can't run a high enough density of faeries to make this card reliable. And if you were running a high enough density of faeries, then you should just be playing a faeries deck.
Playing millions of cards every turn... Slowly and systematically obliterating any chance my opponent has of winning... Clicking the multitude of locking mechanisms into place... Not even trying to win myself until turn 10+ once I have nigh absolute control... Watching my opponent desperately trying to navigate the labyrinthine prison that I've constructed... Seeing the light of hope fade and ultimately extinguished in an excruciatingly slow manner... THAT'S fun Magic.

Near Mint: The same as Slightly Played, but we threw some Altoids in the box we stored it in to cover up the scent of dead mice. Slightly Played: The base condition for all MTG cards. This card looks OK, but there’s one minor annoying ding in it that will always irritate and distract you whenever you draw it. Moderately Played: This card looks like it survived the Tet Offensive tucked inside the waistband of GI underwear. It may smell like it, too. Heavily Played: This card looks like the remains of Mohammed Atta’s passport after 9/11. It may be playable if you double-sleeve it to stop the chunks from falling out. The condition formerly known as "Washing Machine Grade" Damaged: This card is the unfortunate victim of a Mirrorweave/March of the Machines/Chaos Confetti/Mindslaver combo.
[M]aking counterfeit cards is the absolute height of dishonesty. Ask yourself this question: Since most people...are totally cool with the use of proxies...what purpose do [high] quality counterfeit cards serve?
There's some other one-mana W removal that's pretty janky in general but might be okay versus Infect. It just gets down to how may cards you can dedicate to the match-up.
just went 2-2 in the dailies ( one match was mana flood then mana screw). The problem was the other deck (looked on MTGGoldfish, and it is gaining a little bit of popularity...3 people have won with is thus far.) it's a 5 color humans; it uses a bunch of Humans with Falkenrath aristocrat (bastard to kill) also uses siege rhino, and many of the new 3 color creatures) They run 25 lands main so keeping them away from critical mass is difficult, plus they run more fliers than us...not at the point to worry yet but if this gains steam it's going to be a bastard for us. most of their lands produce all 5 colors so they take some initial damage but pretty much impossible to forbid them from a color and we can be aggressive just not quite agg enough.
Another note i thought of: Why doesn't the Wg version run Knight of the reliquary to fetch the GQ and Tectonic edge; as well as be a beter once he's done his job. I know you are sacing 2-1 but he gets bigger and with aether vial you can still cast your stuff.
Yeah, I'm also in the process of remaking my deck, so I can give you a more complete list sometime soon.
No, I totally agree with you. I run moorland for a start. But, I think that the treasure cruise would only really be good in a scenario where your are playing the more control oriented aspect of the deck, as you pointed out with Ephara. But, I think Ephara would be better there, so I'm not really sure. As far as the Skaab, it's a good beater that utilizes the gy, but I'm not really convinced yet, at least for my take on the deck. I will try to find a way to use the gy a little more though. You really don't think that Pestermite would help? I know in twin, sometimes they win with just fliers like him. The tap can be used for mana base fiddling on the opponent and the untap could be a land, creature or, better yet, the vial. If I were to run him with Vendilion and spellstutter, it seems like it could be enough for a 1 or 2 of in the deck.Don't forget mutavault can also work for the champion.

I haven't seen that deck yet, but it seems like being 5 colors would mean they'd have a lot of searches which we can abuse sometimes. Or do they just have a bunch of city of brass like cards? I've run into the problem of being just out creatured before too, and recently saw retaliate which I'm not sure is good enough, but it's a thought. Knight of the reliquary could be good, but wouldn't arbiter mess with it? It seems like the only situation where we'd use it is if we had one to GQ something. Tectonic maybe.. There are some lists in the raw data that have him in them though.

You're intending to use Pestermite like a Flickerwisp. There's value there, but not as much as you're thinking. Pestermite is a resource denial card. It fits the D&T theme. However, it's just a worse Flickerwisp. At least you can flash it in without the Vial.
You won't really untap your own Vial very much. This deck runs out of cards too often. While it's possible for your opponent to swing, and your response is: tap vial, vial creature, hardcast Pestermite, untap Vial, tap vial, Vial creature, you've just got rid of three cards in hard. It won't be often that you can even make this play, let alone have the CMCs line up just perfectly.
If I were to run him with Vendilion and spellstutter, it seems like it could be enough for a 1 or 2 of in the deck.Don't forget mutavault can also work for the champion.
It's not enough faeries. You can test it, but you're really only talking about 5-6 faeries before Pestermite, and maybe 8-10 faeries with a Pestermite. That means that you're really working with 1 in 6 cards being a faerie. Let's say it's turn 5, and you should have seen approximately 2 faeries (on average). It's possible that your opponent has killed them. It's possible that you haven't played them, because you haven't had a decent target for Spellstutter. It's a lot harder to get Mistbind out than you think.
Plus, you haven't talked about the ultimate issue, which is when your opponent removes your only faerie in response to you casting Mistbind, and then you've been 2-for-1'ed.
Mutavault helps, and plays well with faeries. It also plays nicely with Blade Splicer. That said, you probably don't want to set yourself back a land drop, in this already land-light deck.

I think I agree with you, but I'm gonna try playtesting it just for the heck of it.
I think I agree with you, but I'm gonna try playtesting it just for the heck of it.
It's worth mentioning that faerie control decks are relatively light on faerie cards. However, those decks get away with running Mistbind Clique because they also run four Mutavaults and four Bitterblossoms.
On a side note, is graftdigger's Cage Worth running in the board if we see a lot of pod, since that is one of our weaker matchups?
Grafdigger's Cage is a surprisingly versatile piece of hate, and I'm surprised that it doesn't see more play. (I think it doesn't see much play because reanimator is so weak in Modern.) I have to defer to someone with more playtesting experience, but in general, I think it's a decent answer to Pod. Pod definitely packs answers to cards like Grafdigger's Cage, but if you run WU, you don't have many alternatives. Pithing Needle may be better, as it probably plays the same as Grafdigger's Cage in a match against Pod, but has greater applicability in more matchups.

Given that many games i do win i do it in the air; and the fact that people can stall me with lingering souls unless i got resto out since flickerwisp and aven have 1T. I have come up with a mono White "Aerial taxes" deck that keeps true to the core and adds a few more aspects with Serra Avenger(good hard cast or great with vial.) I also use Kor Skyfisher good butt for a flyer, swings for two, can block all the bears and best yet it gives us flickerwisp, resto angel, blade splicer etc.... back with vial it saves creatures. Tested a bit already and really like it. I may switch the two avengers for 2x more skyfisher. It also beefs up the two slot in the deck (now 1/2/3 CMC are just about equal.) So you don't get missed drops and no drops on vial.

edit: Maybe take the Avenger out and do a 2/2 split of stonecloaker and skyfisher.
It seems interesting. I might recommend dryad militant for some additional 1 drops as it seems really strong in the current meta. I like your idea of stonecloaker. He seems stronger than skyfisher or avenger. No horizon canopy? The draw that it can give you is really good even if you don't need G especially with no other way to draw.
You mentioned that you beefed up the 2 cmc cards, but I'm not sure you want an equal split. Keep in mind you will always be trying to get vial to 3 meaning you want more 3 drops than 2.
I've never been a big fan of skyfisher and I know stonecloacker and avenger are no longer being run, but I think the cloaker is better between the three.
Also, you have no finisher kind of card other than maybe Brimaz.
Let us know how you do with it. I'd be interested to see if the mono W D&T can make a comeback.
It was tough between Militant and Javelineer, Delver is huge online as well as pod the 1 damage can be huge in those matchups. Horizon canopy is not run strictly for budget reasons when i get my next check it will be in there for sure! The reason i like the 2 cmc slot beefed up is because too many times I either miss a drop on Aether vial or T1 vial T2 land do nothing with land Maybe vial a creature in etc... then T3 May get a 3 drop in with mana and vial is useless. Both creatures I believe are great later game cards that don;t need to be vialed in. Worst case is usually T1 JAvelineers T2 Ping something skycatcher Javelineer etc... I have even T1 vial T2 Skycatcher a land. I know it seems odd but it seems to be working nicely, the air is where I win most of my games the ground either speeds up the clock or buys me time to win in the air.

I can understand that. I just like Militant more, personally. I've never felt like javelineer has done enough. Like I don't want to flicker it because I have better targets to flicker, you know? So sure you can maybe kill something, maybe not, but otherwise it's just a 1/1. Hmm.. I guess.
So I revamped my list pretty nicely I think. I was doing well in play testing it, but as soon as I went to the modern dailys I lost both my first 2 matches in 3. The first was against burn and the second was against delver. neither of which I used to have trouble with. I'm not entirely understanding what's going on here as I feel like the deck functions much more cleanly now, but now I'm losing against these decks I used to be favored against. In burn, I still have all the same SB tech, and I felt like that pushed me over the edge. For delver, I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps the cards I used to have were just good against them? I remember mana tithing young pyromancer on T2 a lot before, perhaps that was what it was.
So, I'm thinking that maybe the dention spheres in the board should be other things and that one of the Venilions in the main should be something else, but I can't decide what. Right now, it's a fight between Geist of Saint Traft, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Kitchen Finks, Blade splicer, Skaab Ruinator or another Restoration Angel or Aven Mindcensor. I'm leaning towards Resto, Geist, or Brimaz. I'm still unsure about Ephara, God of the Polis because I often played her wishing she'd do something right away, but she doesn't if I don't have a vial or enough devotion, that often means I did nothing for a whole turn. Granted, when she did work, she drew me quite a bit of cards. I also never got her devotion to be high enough, which I know isn't the main point, but I thought it worth mentioning.
Also, I feel like a full set of mutavaults could be really nice, but I don't know where to cut. I'm already quite vulnerable to blood moon.
Any recommendations/ thoughts/ comments would be greatly appreciated.

I don't really like the Spellstutter Sprites here. Most of the time, you're going to be countering a spell with CMC 1. I'd sooner be running Judge's Familiar, because that doesn't fight for spots with all of the other two-drops.

@Spider: How does Kira do in your Sideboard? Helps against some match-ups but hurts all of our flicker cards; if you have her in hand are you going more for an aggressive beat down strategy?
@SpiderSpace: Spirit of the Labyrinth and Ephara, God of the Polis are no friends since you want to draw that additional card in your turn too. I didn't test your list but 9 non-colored lands and only 9 blue lands will make it hard to play a consistant game without vial.
The double U of Vendilion Clique is especially harsh - that's the only reason for me not to play it in my Wu list.
Unfortunately the same goes for Skaab Ruinator but as a 1-of thats ok most of the time. Problem is that Moorland Haunt doesn'T like the Ruinator. I'm a huge fan of Geist.
@HugeElfBoy: Stonecloaker > Skyfisher. But you don't want to play more than 2 of those cards since you want to build a board. Second reason is that you want you vial on 3 anyways and Stonecloaker got natural flash too. Third reason - which is not so important anymore - Stonecloaker in response to Snapcaster target leads to fizzling.
Yeah, I noticed that as well, but *shrugs* the interaction never occurred when I was playing it. The draw it shuts down in delver in particular is really nice and it pairs really really well with Vendilion. V is kind of hard to cast, but I haven't had that many issues with it. My only thing about spirit of the labyrinth is that I feel like I either want to add more and drop Ephara or drop them as a whole.... They can be so good and I think it's an underrated card.
I agree with Skaab. Is that to say, you like the skaab foor that spot?
I'd be very interested in seeing your WU list, if you have it handy.
@Charons I noticed that seem thing, that my deck couldn't decide which way to play. The whole Ephara route in general is more control I think actually. So, even though cutting the spellstutters will help to make me more aggro, I feel like Ephara in general is going the opposite way. As someone pointed out earlier, she is meant for grindy games. Having said that, if I am going for a more aggressive build, is she still the right call? Spellstutter was odd in how it played. Sometimes, it was the best possible thing, over times it just sat there in my hand being irrelevant. However, I loved the interaction between vault and it. Also, people never remember that mutavault had firststrike while blade splicer is in. This actually made me want more mutas, which I think is more aggressive as well, even if I am losing the sprites. If I am still running Ephara, I agree with the switch to a resto, as I still have a finisher spot. I feel like if I add skaab and another moorland, they are really going to be competing for my dead creatures. I'm not sure I like that. I might go geist or Brimaz instead. Also main deck spellskite is not very aggro either. Venser seems intriguing though. Has anybody had any luck with him yet? As far as lands, if I kept it the the deck the way it was I think I'd need to swap a basic plains for an island. If I'm cutting both dryad and spirit, I seem to be losing all my stuff that's good v delver. What's helpful tech there?
@HugeElfBoy I have noticed that too and it was especially bad when I was running swords. Essentially, yes. It also feels amazing when an opponent tries to kill Kira with two spells then you get to flicker it. But, it definitely messes with things. I'm not sure which way to go on that. I think the idea is just to start going for beatdown and she flies so you can get in there fairly well, but often I get her when everything is already dead. So, I don't know.
Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to play much magic recently, so anything I could give you would be poorly tuned to the meta. That said, if no one can give you a list, I can make one or two up and send them your way.

Spellskite is good. Sunlance might help. Celestial Flare doesn't care about Vines of Vastwood or Apostle's Blessing. Chalice of the Void at one pretty much works. Since life generally is irrelevant, Dismember is super in the match-up.
There's some other one-mana W removal that's pretty janky in general but might be okay versus Infect. It just gets down to how may cards you can dedicate to the match-up.

Another note i thought of: Why doesn't the Wg version run Knight of the reliquary to fetch the GQ and Tectonic edge; as well as be a beter once he's done his job. I know you are sacing 2-1 but he gets bigger and with aether vial you can still cast your stuff.

On a side note, is graftdigger's Cage Worth running in the board if we see a lot of pod, since that is one of our weaker matchups?

It's worth mentioning that faerie control decks are relatively light on faerie cards. However, those decks get away with running Mistbind Clique because they also run four Mutavaults and four Bitterblossoms.

I can understand that. I just like Militant more, personally. I've never felt like javelineer has done enough. Like I don't want to flicker it because I have better targets to flicker, you know? So sure you can maybe kill something, maybe not, but otherwise it's just a 1/1. Hmm.. I guess.

I'd lose one Clique and add a third Restoration Angel.
If you're going to run Ephara, then you need to add a second Moorland Haunt, which probably comes at the expense of a Mutavault.
I can't tell if your deck is meant to be aggro or control, but I think you should try a more aggressive gameplan.
My recommendations for the mainboard:
OUT:
4 Spellstutter Sprite
1 Vendilion Clique
2 Mutavault
2 Dryad Militant
2 Spirit of the Labyrinth
IN:
3 Judge's Familiar
1 Restoration Angel
1 Spellskite
1 Skaab Ruinator
1 Venser, Shaper Savant
1 Leonin Arbiter
1 Blade Splicer
1 Moorland Haunt
1 Cavern of Souls

I agree with Skaab. Is that to say, you like the skaab foor that spot?
I'd be very interested in seeing your WU list, if you have it handy.
