It test's out very well. It can be very powerful, but loses it's early game explosiveness and creates more of a midrange deck, however it can still kill turn 4 of creatures go unchecked. It has 10 sister effects instead of 7-8 so Ascendant still comes online. Flashing in Archangeel of Thune is back breaking.
I should try and use some Ghost Quarter's again. They work as a decent way to fetch out 4 lands from our library without any life loss allowing us to get the cards we need that much sooner or mess up the opponents land ratio which is just as fun.
Thanks for your help in suggesting i put my Paths back in the mainboard.
I like your edited version of souls sisters i would try it , but honestly i never picked up Archangel of Thune the one time i got one was because someone passed it to me in a booster draft overlooking it for a shiny despite making an angel deck Felt bad for him so i traded with him for a decent selection of cards. I like the fact that Archangel of Thune when she resolves depending on how many sisters we have on the field could make all of our 1 drops between 3/3 - 8/8's. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx might be able to help you get Archangel of Thune out faster since your running Auriok Champion i think playing standard too much might of warped my brain. Now that i think of it why did you pull out all the Martyr of Sands though? It's the one card that makes people rage quit turn 2 half the time with me since i'll boost my life to close to 40 and swing with Serra Ascendant. Might help by pulling 2 little sisters and putting them in either way i can see it still gains life like no other.
Our game store owner is convinced Return to the Ranks will end up a staple in Soul sisters since it pulls our Ajani's Pridemate and Squadron Hawk back out and thinks once it's out of rotation will be a expensive card. Any thoughts about this?

A lot of people assume that most of the convoke cards they just released in M15 make sense for us because they assume every White Weenie deck is a swarm deck, which we aren't. My personal opinion is that those cards are continuing support for the Modern event deck, and therefore make more sense for a token build. We already have cards that fill that role, and we rarely want to pull either of those cards out of the yard (and in my opinion, Mistveil Plains works better with Sqhawks anyway)
I should try and use some Ghost Quarter's again. They work as a decent way to fetch out 4 lands from our library without any life loss allowing us to get the cards we need that much sooner or mess up the opponents land ratio which is just as fun.

I pulled Matyr of Sands because of the synergy multiple sisters/champions have with Thune. Basically by taking out Matyr, I turned this version of SS into a midrange deck. It definitely loses it's explosiveness but is better at getting board advantage later. You will sill find Serra Ascendant going online all the time because you will always have multiple sisters out. With Brave the Elements you are protecting them as well.
Return to the Ranks isn't bad, but I still prefer Immortal over it as of right now.
By now have 2x return and 4x inmortal, so i have to pick up 1x more

Would Cathedral Sanctifier be fine in this deck? Possibly for a super-budget version of this deck.
If you have to play a budget version of one of the cheapest decks in the format, then this format might not be for you.
Not to step on your toes, but pick up a small job, work for a month or so and this deck will be very easy to build for you.
I don't even know what you'd want to swap out for the Sanctifier. Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant and Martyr of the Sands are already more than enough dorks that gain life.
Another budget option to Serra Ascendant / Archangel of Thune would be Divinity of Pride - but it's 5 mana, so at least get Windbrisk Heights or something if you do that. Won't work nearly as well but if you just want to test things out for under $20
By now have 2x return and 4x inmortal, so i have to pick up 1x more
You will need to pick up Ranger of Eos it's used mostly as a way to search for the card's you need in your library when they matter most. There actually pretty cheap i would suggest looking around for a few of them. Also Immortal is more my flavor though the LGS owner is convinced Return to the Ranks will replace it.

A budget deck is a lesser version of the real thing. It's comparable to a off brand soda or snack, but when compared to the real think it lacks the quality you really want. Like Nidd.Scythe said if you want to build this i would suggest picking up a part time job for a month or so. Excluding Auriok Champion this deck is around 230 us dollars so it's easy to build. Pretty much everything else you need for it to work properly. Out of curiosity are you just interested in soul sisters or trying to make a cheap modern deck ?

Actually even cheaper than that! It's $130 for full deck and sideboard running the traditional SS deck which is still considered the best version. Serra Ascendant is the most expensive card at $11 a pop. The next are Path of Exiles at $4.50 a pop. This is the cheapest most competitive of the "tier 2" decks.
The Auriok Champion + Angel of Thune version runs $250, which is still super cheap.
I still think it'll be too expensive or slow. If you have to tap creatures for it, then you are slowing down your offense and we all know Modern is incredibly fast when you are trying to outrace a combo or zoo/aggro type deck. If you don't have much of a board presence, then it becomes costly and lets be real, this deck never runs on a lot of mana. I hardly ever have more than 4-5 lands out before the game is over with. So for now, to me that card is just too expensive. The whole point of Immortal Servitude is to be used after a board wipe (most of the time) and the convoke will be useless then. Return to the Ranks might be better early game I guess..
I am by no means saying it is bad. I still need to test it. It's a good alternative but to me I don't ever see it being more than a Proclamation of Rebirth

Serra Ascendant the same they were expensive so i took some months by pick up by 1x 3€ of a guy was sellin his stuff, 5€ to another guy who has on his trade folder, 5€ of an ebay auction and 7€ Japanese on magicardmarket seller

I got a playset of Ranger of Eos for $30 when a site was closing down so i picked up most of my soul sisters deck when that happened. Right now Serra Ascendant and Ranger of Eos happent o be the same price on all the sites i buy cards from. Though the budget deck made me look for a Auriok Champion for under 20$ and i found some for 15 so i think i'll pick up the last 2 i need.

TCGplayer for me. When I bought mine, it found 4 x Serra Ascendants for average of $11.00 a card. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Edit, so I just checked TCGplayer. You can get them from $10.50-12.00 a card right now. Ranger of Eos has gone up some, its the same price as Serra right now. Still, I only run 3 Rangers and the deck still comes up to $130ish, which is awesome because this deck can win your LGS FNM or WNM. It can be beat Jund, Junk, UWR Control, Twin, Scapeshift, etc as far as tier 1 decks go. JUND is 50-50 which I'll take, especially since our deck cost 1k less lol. The only true Tier 1 deck I hate to see is G/R Tron and Infect.
It beats almost all fair decks. So I recommend SS to all players just getting into Modern (just like me).
In Europe, Serra Ascendant its 8.00€ cheaper, Ranger of Eos 7.00€ cheaper, and Auriok Champion 8-9.00€ cheaper
I Got my Serra Ascendant plaset by 20€ (3+5+5+7€) each
So i will get some money to pick up Ranger of Eos when i see it at 5-6.00 each

What about Brimaz, King of Oreskos on this deck? Replacing Ranger of Eos by on big creature and a token producer, its enable soul sisters each turn
I see some list on TCDECKS running this on mainboard by ranger
Pros:
-Reduce mana curve, from 4 to 3
-Bigger creature that have /4 toughness
-Token generator that enables soul sisters and guaranteed 1+ life per turn
-Alternative win-con like serra ascedant
-He alone hold on matches, tokens can chumpblock and gaining life per turn its good

Honestly, I would be interested to explore him as an option in a build that doesn't run the Martyr/Serra combo. You could drop him in with a few Auriok Champions and maybe even Archangel of Thune or Hero of the Bladehold. That way you have a more clear plan in the first few turns while you set up for the beats in the mid game. Then, you wouldn't really need Ranger of Eos so much, since you'll be dropping half of the one drops in the deck that he would fetch.
Fewer one drops gives you more space for utility lands that come into play tapped as well (Windbrisk Heights being the obvious example.)
I don't think I'd run a build like that, just because I love the Martyr/Serra combo so much, but I think it could really be dangerous in some match ups.

I see some list on TCDECKS running this on mainboard by ranger
Pros:
-Reduce mana curve, from 4 to 3
-Bigger creature that have /4 toughness
-Token generator that enables soul sisters and guaranteed 1+ life per turn
-Alternative win-con like serra ascedant
-He alone hold on matches, tokens can chumpblock and gaining life per turn its good
Cons:
-Cant search library for ascendant finisher

Fewer one drops gives you more space for utility lands that come into play tapped as well (Windbrisk Heights being the obvious example.)
I don't think I'd run a build like that, just because I love the Martyr/Serra combo so much, but I think it could really be dangerous in some match ups.
