I think aka_Dredge was also going in the GRbw direction. Is s/he Brazilian?
I hate City of Brass, though, and I'd rather see Tendo Ice Bridge. Paying life for colourless mana is not worth it, since I generally need the coloured mana from the land only once per game and I need the colourless mana many times, especially early-game. (The only reason I'm still sticking with Horizon Canopy is because I can pop it for a card late-game.)
Still, though, I can't really think of any decks where I'd board Oblivion Stone in over stuff like Nature's Claim. It's sort of clunky (though less clunky than All Is Dust), and I've generally been able to stabilize with 4 Pyroclasm and 2 O. Stone.
City of brass is repeatable mana fixing where as Tendo Ice Bridge only works once. The 1 life is not the end of the world when you can have the potential to turn 3 a wurmcoil engine. For what its worth the percentage points gained across the board and the improvements of previously known bad match-ups are well worth the random life loss. Another pro tip; You can just use the tron lands and eggs to fix mana if you are worried about losing the 1 life a couple times against aggro.

I would personally be more worried about the life loss against scapeshift, as staying above 18 life can be pretty important as it forces them to wait a turn.

Proletarii. Scapeshift as a match-up is largely not the problem it once was. The only Axis they fight you on is their combo kill. The City of Brass helps add one of the colors so you can cast Slaughter Games.
Just this week I got my first G/R Tron deck finally finished and played 2 games against a guy playing an Eggs type deck (I guess . . . still pretty new to MTG and super new to Modern). I played first on game one and he took about 5 minutes on turn three before he passed the turn and I won on turn 4. He played first the second game and on his turn 4 he finally got his combo off and running. I have 2 Relecks in my MB and 2 in my SB. Should I mulligan to get one in my initial hand or what is the best way to protect from this deck and what are the best targets for Karn???
I'd personally side in S. Games if possible as naming Second Sunrise can hurt them a lot (not to say auto-win as people run the new one...)
But yes, relic is a wise idea in the match and you should have 3-4. I would only mull for it if the hand you have is risky (1 tron land and no map nor scrying) and you dont have a relic in it.
Relic and Karn are the only things that can hinder Eggs.
Game 1, you won't know what you're playing against so don't mull into it. Games 2 & 3, if you're up against combo, mull into hate. Even then it's a long shot because if they have Pithing Needle or Echoing Truth you still lose.

That's your problem right there. You should be playing more Relics in your maindeck. Relic of Progenitus is pretty much never a dead card for us. It gives us a chance to win Game 1 against some decks that otherwise we'd have no chance against (Storm, Eggs) and has some use against any decks that use the graveyard (for example, you can use it to shrink a Tarmogoyf). Even against a deck that has no use for the graveyard, you still at least get a cantrip out of it. You really should be playing 3-4 copies maindeck.
Now, on the topic of lands that can produce mana of any color so you can cast Slaughter Games more consistently...what about Gemstone Mine?
It just slows them down slightly. They can Sunrise on your turn. Not worth playing an off-color artifact IMO.
Play Chalice of the Void if you need anti-combo hate.

So since Sunrise costs 1 and 2W I would cast the Chalice paying 3 mana??? It looks a little confusing since it has 2 Xs in the castinig cost area. Or maybe I would pay 5 mana for 2X and 3 more???
Ghost Quarter is a bad Card. You cannot often afford to set yourself back or not have a colorless source of mana to cast your spells. It did once protect my karn from a Raging Ravine, but that is not a indicator that it should be their, Quite often i would mulligan because it was not a colored source.
Quarter protects you from Sowing Salts, which can often be a game ender.
Also, I run Prophetic Prism in my build for color fixing for sideboard tech like Slaughter Games.

Second Sunrise costs 1WW and has a CMC of 3. To drop a chalice for 3, it will cost you 33, so basically 6.
Ahhhh . . . I get it. Each X represents the total converted mana cost. No one has ever accused me of being the smartest FNM player in the land . . . lol.
True, but it hurts them more than it hurts you. Without 1-drops they're stuck comboing off on Elsewhere Flask, and if they didn't side in bounce they can't win with Pyrite Spellbomb.

Spellskite is useful here since you can redirect Valakut's triggers, of which you had 3 in your board.
