Aside from the obvious stuff like taking out blood moons/sweepers in matchups where they don't do much, you can usually trim a relic, mindstone or 5cmc. Against fast decks I take out a 5 drop. A copy of Koth can go out if it's a matchup where you'll have trouble protecting him and you have a better card that can take the slot. The 4th Blood Moon can trimmed as well if you have a better card.
Just be careful that the deck has a pretty clunky curve, and taking out too many mindstones/relics can make it even moreso.
For what it's worth, I run 4 Blood Moon in the main and one Chandra, Pyromaster in the SB. For a long time, the Pyromaster was in the MD and the last Moon in the SB. I think it's a metagame call.
What I generally do is look at Mind Stone and Relic as the first cuts when sideboarding. They sometimes just don't do anything but cycle, and while that is fine, we need more impact than that. I board out Mind Stone more than I really should, and I often forget that our curve is very clunky. That being said, I'mm breakdown the sideboard plan based on your list and your sideboard. I'll only cover the decks that are present in the meta. If you want more info, let know!
Burn: +3 Dragon's Claw, +2 Ratchet Bomb. I also like to bring in some amount of Molten Rain, but that's just me. You could also bring in Roast.
-3 Relic, -1 Stormbreath, -1 Blood Moon. You could trim Mind Stone from here, but I (for some reason) typically board them out in favor of more removal before cutting Dragons. You have to be fast here. I find this matchup to be a literal coin flip -- whoever goes first will win the match. I have only beaten Burn while on the draw once, and lost to it while they were on the draw twice. It is very difficult to win when we go second because we can make any turn one creature moot with a Bolt. We can usually grind them out pretty fast, and Blood Moon is an utter house against some of their hands. However, there are times when they do not care about Moon, so be wary of playing four. You could easily trim one here if you must. A lot of their creatures are also 1 cmc, so there's an argument for the Bomb. It may be too slow though, so use your own discretion.
Grixis Death's Shadow: +3 Molten Rain, +1 Roast.
-1 Magma Jet, -2 Anger of the Gods, -1 Sweltering Suns
This will ruin your opponent's day. Slamming a Moon is already absurd against them, but add in the ability to destroy lands and you're golden! Roast hits their big guys, which the sweepers don't do. You can try Ratchet Bomb, but it isn't always great.
Storm: +3 Dragon's Claw, +2 Goblin Rabblemaster, +1 Grafdigger's Cage. You can bring in Molten Rain to attack their mana and Ratchet Bomb to counter Empty the Warrens, but these are hit or miss inclusions.
-1 Magma Jet, -1 Blood Moon, -2 Anger of the Gods, -3 Skred
Rabble presents a fast clock, and Cage shuts of the Past in Flames Plan. Dragon's Claw makes your opponent try that much harder to kill you, but remember that you do not gain life from Storm copies. Magma Jet doesn't kill Baral, and you can afford to cut some sweepers. I personally leave one in for Empty, but I also play mainboard Ratchet Bomb. Molten Rain can seriously hamper them, but tapping out on turn three can be pretty rough. Always kill Baral and Electromancer on sight. They will kill you if left unchecked. Ironically, I do board out Skred against the deck with must kill creatures because it gives us other ways of disrupting them. You can cut Mind Stones instead, but we want to be as fast as possible. Batterskull could also get the axe because by the time we're casting it we should either be dead or disrupted them enough to kill them first. Sometimes it's exactly what we need to finish the job though, so use you're own judgment.
Eldrazi Tron: I'm going to be honest, I play Ensnaring Bridge and that's how I win. With your sideboard, you can try Molten Rain and Roast, and take out the Stones, but I have no idea how it would go. Maybe Shattering Spree or Ratchet Bomb to deal with Chalice on one, but other than that I can't see how the match would play.
Affinity: +1 Pithing Needle, +1 Roast, +2 Shattering Spree. You could try Molten Rain, but it tend to be slow.
-3 or 4 Blood Moon, -1 or 2 Stormbreath
Just blow up their board. Kill everything they have, and be ready to use Needle on either Plating or Ravager, which ever one is on the board or the largest threat. Moon is tempting due to their manlands, but it can also turn on Galvanic Blast if they play it.
Titanshift: +3 Molten Rain, +2 Rabblemaster. Dragon's Claw looks useful but really isn't.
-2 Anger, -1 Sweltering Suns, -2 Relic
Just smash them as hard as you can and hope it works. This one is pretty tough, but remember that Blood Moon shuts of Valakut.

Interesting, I don't think I've ever sided out Mind Stones. I also try to keep in Relics and Spellbombs to go with it, because dropping one turn 1 and cycle it turn 2 with Mind Stone if not needed is such a good way for us to play out the early turns without losing pace. Relic do come out against some matchups tho, since removal is more important in some.
My sideboard plan might be fairly easy since I play so many 4-ofs, here's my list for reference:
I truly recommend this list btw, having 16 cyclers has made the deck smoother than ever (and even the Lantern matchup is great after siding in Sprees). Here's my quite different take on sideboarding for the most common matchups:
UWx control/midrange (Keeping 4 Sweltering Suns is also good here in case of Geist)
- 4 Skred, 2 Pyrite Spellbomb
+ 4 Molten Rain, Needle and Scourge
Eldrazi Tron (I hate this matchup. Too much to side out and still terrible post-board)
- 4 Relic, 4 Pyrite Spellbomb, 3 Sweltering Suns
+ 4 Molten Rain, 3 Shattering Spree, 2 Spitebellows, Needle and Scourge
Siding out bolts against Ramp might seem really weird, but really, it doesn't do much else than go face when they're near death due to a threat. I find it's better to keep in all Rocks instead to cycle for 2 Moons ASAP, which is far more important to actually get to the point you can start dropping threats and work on their life total. Skred is fine though because you can kill their lands with Koth with it to keep them from casting 6-drops, or outright kill the 6-drop if they managed to cast one.
My philosophy on Mind Stone is that while we can have excellent mana ramp, if you're running 23 lands you can still consistently land your four drops, and a lot of that bias came in to my sideboard plan. While the cycling is useful, I believe just playing another live draw over something that could potentially find my sideboard card to be better. There are plenty of matchups where I keep them in (namely control, where we want to hit the ground running), but other matchups (i.e, Burn), we don't want a free Destructive Revelry target on turn two. Heck, I usually take a net loss in artifact count post board just to deal with Revelry.
Morcrux, that list is hot and spicy! How has it performed outside of being smooth? I found Sweltering Suns to be underwhelming, but I'm curious about what your analysis discovered.

I also keep Mind Stones to keep curve less clunky, not just for the cycle. Turn 3 4-drop is never a bad thing to do, and of course I can crack early Relics/Bombs.
About sweeps, as you can see I side them out quite a bit since there are several matchups where they do way too little for 3 mana. The cycles make the game 1 less clunky against these matchups, and also it's not too bad to have 4 against Storm or UWx (but drawing multiple Angers could be pointless if that Warrens/Geist never happened). There's not a lot of situations where I'd rather have a Anger, Dredge is almost dead and Company doesn't rely on their graveyard anymore except the rally dude (and both matchups are quite manageable without them anyway).
Nowadays it does work against Matter Reshaper, but I don't think that would fix the matchup a lot. Could be more relevant than I realize tho.
I played almost the same list in GP Birmingham but I didn't make it to day 2 because of several shameful misplays on my part. Otherwise I haven't played this list much outside of MTGO, where I finish 4-1 in ~70% of my friendly leagues (which doesn't matter much). The one loss is often far-too-consistent turn 2 Thought-Knots, or some unbeatable matchup like Ad-Naus or Solemnity. I believe the inability to adapt well to enchantment based strategies or disruptive decks with a fast clock like Eldrazi is the biggest reason Skred won't be Tier 1 anytime soon, which is a shame.
How do you win?? Is that enough threats?? It looks really weird without any 5drops
Yeah 10 threats is a bit on the lower side, but more dig power get me there. Most wins are through an emblem or thopter beats into throwing every artifact I see to the face, Pia and Kiran is truly remarkable as a finisher after the turn it comes down while also being able to protect the walkers.
I've tried to fit both Stormbreath and Batterskull into this list, but I've eventually dropped them because they're rarely relevant. Stormbreath can steal some wins against decks with only path as removal, but I find these matchups to be great anyway and didn't even include him in the side. The problem is that a lot of decks these days are either too fast or have answers for our 5-drops, which is a HUGE tempo loss. Thus, I find the reliability to gain value from 4x Pia and Kiran more appreciated (besides it makes Stony Silence less awkward haha).
I would argue that Path sees more play now due to GDS. Many of the decks that have seen a resurgence due to Death's Shadow play Path. Wurmcoil seems fine as a one of, but disregarding one of, if not the, format's best removal spells would be mistake.

Look pretty good considering it's a "chandra" and the number of 1drops and mindstones in our deck. It's really unfortunate that our 4cmc slot is a such heavily contested spot
I picked up some through the breaches and I think I can do something nutty with them. Maybe something like Sundering Titan, which can also be cast by Koth, or Godo??? Godo end of opponent's turn, and then swing for 14 lifelink your turn and then have a batterskull leftover?? Or even Inferno Titan end of turn, and then swing for 3+3+6+fire breathing??
Why would we want to play Cannons ovsr Chandra? She deals damage when we hit lands and can add mana, and kill creatures no problem. The land side of this doesn't matter because we play Blood Moon, and while being more resilient once we flip this it never changes back; we lose the card advantage this brings. I honestly think Chandra is the better card, and we also can't play lands with it.

Well, the flip is a "may" trigger, so we only turn it into a land if we want, and if the land part can't matter because we play Blood Moon, then why do we run Scrying Sheets anyway? I only think it's an interesting version of our 4-mana grind card options... I wouldn't place it above Chandra in terms of sheer power, but it is indeed harder to remove, and a land that deals repeatable bolts can be really good in a lot of matchups.
Cannons seems good in an Ensnaring Bridge version of the deck (alongside Chandra and Koth) that doesn't rely on creatures to win the game.
I don't know how easy it'll be to flip though, maybe 4x Relic + 4x Spellbomb could help.
Though I'm not sure if it is better as an additional finisher than something like Shrine of Burning Rage or Hazoret (with the shock ability).
Just be careful that the deck has a pretty clunky curve, and taking out too many mindstones/relics can make it even moreso.
