Hi guys, I went undefeated again tonight with my tribal geist/Rhino deck at my lgs. I played against grixis delver (2-0) gifts storm (2-0) and sultai delver (2-0). Turn two geist is still good enough
Don't really love the basic Mountain but also want to minimize damage when I'm trying to cast Stormbreath Dragon on curve. Maybe it's wrong.
Renegade Rallier and Knight act as excellent mana dorks -- lots of ways to enable an early SBD to pressure other walkers. Most of the games I lose on Zoo I lose because I'm constricted on mana or draw mono-lands/removal. Rallier attempts to relieve both of these issues by rebuying threats or getting you out of a mana bottleneck.
Updated primer with some odds and ends I missed over the years and new cards. Hidden hearbalists added to the burning tree section, rallier added in its own section, added to landfall zoo decklist, narnam added to the list of 1 drop useable beaters and gruul zoo decklist, fatal push added to removal section, roast and natural state added to sideboard stuff.
So I made Day 2 of GP Brisbane with Naya Planeswalkers, going 7-2 into day 2 will see how i go in the morning will post list then but it is based on the list from Lugger.
Loveing the big zoo lists and the fast zoo lists. But we know big zoo is we're my heart is. Somome told me goyf will be 50 bucks cause of fatsl push. lol he still is good as ever
I saw a GW Company deck that's kinda like Naya Company. They ran a lot of value creatures like Voice, Courser and Tireless Tracker.
Don't know if this is going too much out of the "zoo" plan, but feels very similar to Naya Company, so I'll post it out.
By dropping red, you lose Bolt and Nacatl. That could be a little worse when playing creature/combo decks like Infect, Melira CoCo, Elves and such, but this deck seems to wreck Midranges, since it's all value all around. The sideboard Blood Moon helps against Valakut decks and Eldrazi and 4 GQs + Rallier + Crucible should make Tron a walk in the park.

So I ended 11-4 at the end of Day 2, and placed 29th so I might be on the Wizards Page for decklist.
Lugger as you can see I went the Dragon Plan and it worked wonders for the GP. Decided against Rallier as it was being too inconsistent. Smiter saved me more times due to being just a 4/4 for 3.
Guys please opinions on japanese cards. Lost a 3/3 creature against Japan celestial colonade. This guy played all creatures and spells in english cards, but some cards in his manabase was japanese. I dont registrated this really ( my brain say its all fine and all english to me lets attack his empty board)...and i am sure it is a Kind of legal cheating. It is not ok, but i know legal. I Hate such people. I never forget colonade normally, but with this Tricks it can happen one time in 3 years and such people take advantage of this
If I am a customer spending premium amount of dollars, I expect a premium service. Jund falls into the category of a premium deck costing more dollars than a majority of the rest of the format. I'm not getting the desired performance ratio per dollars spent out of the Jund deck because WOTC decided to make the format more diverse.
Arlinn Kord's +1 on the Day side is amazing and always happy about using her. I have killed opponents much earlier due to hasting out a goyf or Knight.

1. She's hard to play. She's got 4.5 freaking modes (.5 being the ult) and you have to know when it's appropriate to work towards a back-half mode (sometimes you're so far behind that you don't get this option the turn you play her and you have to make them commit aggressive attacks, not die, stick some fatties, and pray, before you can start flipping). If bolt isn't relevant then consider just getting no value the turn you play her.
2. Is she better than Elspeth? Probably not. However, she lets you play a Blood Moon strategy that is fundamental to your post-board games while being a 4 drop resilient to boardwipes.
3. Arlinn Kord and Knight is a match made in heaven.
4. People are terrible at combat math if it isn't on the table. Haste is barely a keyword in modern and people just don't think about it or don't want to think about it. In that sense, Arlinn Kord grants you evasion vs. bad players and players that can't afford to play around hastey Knights or Goyfs.
5. Fires of Yavimaya is good. Expensive Lightning Bolts are ok to super medium.

What are you thoughts on the SB?
What did you think of Dec in Stone, EE, Naya Charm, etc.?
Hi. This is a question to those using the 19 land bushwacker versions. Currently building this deck.. and in my area, Merfolk decks have a considerable presence. Are we favored against that deck or is the match-up 50/50 at best? Any tips on how to beat the fish using a bushwacker zoo list?

It is a rather surpring PW choice over: Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Elspeth, Knight-Errant or Chandra, Torch of Defiance.
How did Thalia perform for you ? I imagine she's pretty good against tron variants, did you run into a lot of those ?

Did not see as many Tron decks as I thought I would have, however She was great at just tempoing out players early and late.
Arlinn Kord's +1 on the Day side is amazing and always happy about using her. I have killed opponents much earlier due to hasting out a goyf or Knight.

Dec in Stone was fine, had been using it for a month now and quite happy with path 5-6 or token removal.
EE has always been great for the matchups I wanted it.
Probably the only thing I felt that was lacking was the Crumble only due to the lack of tron that I faced, but would have loved it for those games.
Would run the same 75 at the event.
