Leaving bitterblossom is correct - there isn't a single matchup that I take out all four. Against Burn, I usually take one out, although there is an argument for taking two. I definitely take out thoughtseize though.
Spellstutter is one of the most important cards in the matchup - it counters half his deck even when not backed by a second flyer. That being said, it's the number one target for searing blaze and if you let him blaze you, you are likely dead since we don't really have many other worthwhile creatures to kill in the early game.
Taking out at least one vendilion clique is correct - it's not very good against a homogeneous deck full of instants like burn is and playing it just gives him another searing blaze target.

Game 1 you only play your bitterblossom as a way to reliably cast Mistbind Clique as a finisher, and in my opinion you can play it in few corner case scenarios, otherwise you should use Vendilion Clique as a method of turning Bitterblossom into a fresh card.

Be wary not to mistake zoo for burn. They are not the same deck, and if burn is manageable, a well-played Zoo is near unwinnable. Burn doesn't play kird ape or Rampager. They only play haste or over-efficient criters like Goblin guide, Monastery Swiftspear and Eidolon of the great reveal.
The strategies are different. Burn wins with spells, Zoo with creatures (and an extra reach for the final points, that's why there is Bolt firstly). Zoo is harder because we have trouble dealing with a fast overload of efficient beaters. Burn is easier because we can handle a stream of burn spells at the dome.
Yeah your right, I might have gotten my matchups mixed up. Minus the Kird Ape and Rampager, game 1 I was basically playing against burn. Game 2 I did see Swiftspear, Goblin Guide, and Reckless Bushwhacker. I'm somewhat confused, 8 Whack Zoo perhaps? Seeing Kird Ape, or just burn/aggro in general, usually makes me side in my other 3 removal spells. Nothing of his stayed on the field long.
Ucenna you beast! Much respect for handling the burn matchup, it's a demon of mine, and without Kalitas too. So it can be done. Do you side out bitters or keep them in? Also how did playing the scions feel? Did they pull their weight?
Collective Brutality I like it. I could see a flex slot or 2 for the card as it bumps main deck removal up and provides much needed life gain and extra reach is cool too. Extra discard isn't bad either. Seems like a card that's never really dead. Just have to find the slots for it though.
On MTGPrice's(I believe it was his) advice, I keep 2 Bitterblossoms in. It complicates the math a lot, but the tempo gain is huge. It can stave off attacks from Goblin Guide and Swiftspear. Vs a less creature heavy deck I might pull all 4. I didn't see any game 2. I sided in 2 Kalitas game 2, but didn't see those either.
Scion is great in this matchup. If they decide to point Bolt at a Faerie(Usually V. Clique, clocks are bad for them too) this either saves it or forces them to expend 2 burn spells that weren't aimed at your head. Either way it's great. At first I was sceptical, but I think I like it even more than snapcaster in this matchup.
I've been thinking about Collective Brutality and the more I think about it the better it seems. It seems like pretty great sideboard tech. It simultaneously hits burn and combo. It basically does everything we want it to in burn; kill something, IoK a bolt, gain life. Against combo it's much weaker, but still has value. We have pretty decent/good matchups against either, so it's probably better tech for other decks; but it's still a solid inclusion to the metakit. If zoo gets too out of hand, I could see including this in the sideboard.
The reason I keep BB in against burn is that without it, we can stabilize on six life or so, then without a threat we simply die. Also, burn has a really hard time killing Mistbind Clique as we usually cast it when they are close to topdeck mode.
I think I would play one Brutality maindeck as a test. The reason I like it so much is that it lets us ditch extra copies of BB and Ancestral Vision that sometimes get stuck in our hands.
I'm on the fence about taking V Cliques in against burn. You rarely want to target him, save to know what's in his hand. But now and again you want to cycle BB 2 and 3. And every now and again you need one more kill spell which you can either cycle for or use V. Clique to trade as. We also need to establish our own clock eventually, and V. Clique does that well.
Edit: I agree with your evaluation of Brutality. I always forget that we often have cards we want to ditch. And AV is dead in certain matchups/late game. I'll swap a kill spell for Brutality when it's released.

Maybe a little crazy. We don't really need it I don't think. Looking at your most recent list, you seem to have a lot of control/end game, making your playstyle closer to a control/midrange game (I could be wrong, I don't play Midrange). If your having trouble against Burn there are better options. The new card, Collective Brutality, is going to be great in that matchup. We aren't are perfect control deck, we can't hope to stop everything. If we want to win these matches, we have to win before they get past our kill/counter shield. Paying life for Dismember is rarely a mistake in this matchup. Figure out how much damage you expect a source to do, and way that against the amount of life you plan to pay for dismember.
Maybe. I only run 2 at them moment, compared to your 3. If I had 3 I could see cutting one. In duplicates they aren't good, but my V. Cliques eat a lot of bolts. I might be confusing those bolts from those in other red decks though.

But if the answer is no, we reply with our own counters, kill spells, or hand disruption. Decks have redundancy, and we have more hand disruption. Once we know what we're up against we're ready to craft a real FCE. Set your clock, set your opponent's. Do the math. Have a plan for every threat. Don't leave your fate to chance. Control everything.

So My list plays 5 removal. One of them being Disfigure. Was wondering whether Collective brutality would be a better option than Disfigure main. What do you guys think? Is the utility worth the loss of efficiency?

Some notes (I will update as I watch the rest):
1. This is an old version - the new version has a better zoo/junk matchup
2. I would not keep the swamp/mutavault hand that he kept. This deck mulligans very well and it's not worth keeping a hand with no blue with in it.
3. In his game 3 against tooth and nail, I disagree with casting Clique in the draw step. I would have kept Negate up and then cast Clique against MYSELF to get a fourth land in the end step if I didn't need to cast Negate. Reasoning is that as soon as we get four land, we have two cryptics which essentially wins the game and there is no sense in giving him a shot at getting runner, runner to win when we have a negate. Hornet queen is just about the only spell that Negate can't stop.
4. In round 3, not putting two EE in seems a mistake since it stops blood moon (this is why I like ghost quarter - helps get basics too).
5. I hate the 1-land keep against the nahiri deck in round three. This is a terrible play. Again, Faeries mulligans excellently and we don't need to do that.
6. Game 3, round 3. Siding out the EE against a blood moon deck seems bad.
7. Last game (match five) against infect - I hated the play where he used up his last disfigure on Dryad Arbor to attempt to mana screw the opponent instead of saving it for blighted agent.

5 seems too few, but then I really like my removal. I think I'd switch something else before I switched out disfigure. However, with only 5 removal spells you may not be able to afford too many situational removal spells. It depends on your deck.
The new Liliana seems quite workable for us.
Doubly so if you run even a singleton Snapcaster Mage.
I was already using Jace Beleren as an additional source of CA, but Liliana, the Last Hope generates CA in a way that seems well suited to our style of play: cheap disposable creatures with ETB effects that serve as a hybrid of threat and answer, and all you have to do to get them back in hand is mill a few cards off the top thanks to Last Hope's -2.
Decks with X/1s as integral parts of their engine just got so much better for us

With liliana and collective brutality, our aggro matchups are so much better now. In power level, new Lili sucks compared to veil, but for us new Lili could be the best Plainswalker for faeries that we have seen in a while.
I really, really like the new lily. I've been playing a 2 of Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver in that 3cmc slot and it's done a lot of work but I still wish I had another 2 removal spells as playing only four has not been as consistent as I'd like. New Lily solves this problem. It allows me to play 6 removal spells whilst at the same time playing a hard to deal with threat. Her minus ability is great too as we play lots of creatures. She also combos well with Agony Warp, a card I've been high on lately. I think she will help strengthen my burn match ups by repeated removal on an UPTICK!
On another note, any tips for merfolk? I'm struggling big time against this deck. Turn 1 Aether Vial 4 games in a row on top of cavern of souls. The island walk just kills me, I honestly am stumped.
Removal is key against merfolk. Go for their lords since that's what makes them unblockable. Also, sb tech and board wipes are you friends in game 2.having damnation vs having languish doesn't matter as much in that matchup.

Regarding Liliana in this deck, and refering to the discussion above about the new liliana can someone who plays 2 Lilianas or plans to, whichever one, cos both cost 1BB post their mana base? I find the new Liliana interesting but I am not exactly sure how I would structure the mana base correctly. Is it possible? I mean, turn 3 we would want 2 Black sources and even 2 Blue sources for Vendillion. Then turn 4 we cant 3 Blue sources.
Can there be a safe consistent mana base here or would asking for 2 Lilianas be too much?
