Wasn't really asking for advice in post you quoted. Haven't been able to test anything yet since Piledriver isn't legal on MTGO. It's brainstorming phase at the moment. Your welcome to give feedback on the brews though.
I feel like Goblin Piledriver is not the best choice for no-lords goblins, especially in atarka colors, since you want to go wide, and while piledriver does benefit from that, he is a lightning rod and if removed after you play him turn 2, it's a big tempo loss. I'll probably go with 2 or 3 in mainboard and 1 in side (for blue or non-interactive match-up's), but I somehow prefer token makers to support the 1-for-more with bushwhacker/atarka's command plays. I'll probably use 3-3-3 split between Mogg War Marshal and both sorcery spells.
Will report back with results from PPTQ. However, I went to a FNM in a town nearby yesterday, and while the metagame was quite unique (many home brews), I'm not as pleased with how Piledriver performed all around in this kind of build. It's still super powerful, don't get me wrong, so I'll play 2/3 of them, but it doesn't benefit from Atarka's Command as 1drops or tokens.
I also think mutavault plays nicely with Piledriver, and if I would run mono-red goblins, I would surely include a few of mutavaults. But in atarka colors, with Cavern of Souls already on board, it's a no-go I guess.
I'm almost curious what a list that attempted to go all in, replacing her Bolts with Foundry Street Denizen.
Replacing bolts for more goblins seems way too risky for my blood, though I am testing Mardu Scout over Goblin Piledriver so there's no accounting for experimentation.
[quote from="TrappedUnderIce »" url="http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/developing-competitive-modern/220256-goblins?comment=1995"]Melissa DeTora posted a list on Twitter that she had just started working on, only tested seven games or so: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CKOW-n0UwAAE8vm.jpg
her deck has a good amount of trample damage and bolt + atarka's command is a good amount of burn close the game.
u cannot substitute bolt in modern if u are playing red strategies. there are too many turn 1 targets to remove. dark confidant, noble hierarch, etc and it closes games. bolt + goblin grenade is 8 damage for just 2 mana.
Enough spells in the deck, her list could use a single Become Immense as well. I do like the GCR for trample damage. I run a pair of Coordinated Assault and a 1 of Rouse the Mob in Standard as a way to make sure my guys who get big win their fights or at least spillover as much damage as possible. Same concept.
Hopefully this is the right place - I've been brewing a bit with day's undoing and initial results look decent. Basically you take all-in monored goblins and add undoing and maybe vapor snag.
No board yet until I feel the main is reasonably firm. I might want more snags int he main - vapor snaggin a marshall/bushwhacker is not terrible. Snagging a marshall and replaying it on an instigator trigger would be pretty boss too.

I tried a list very similar to yours. Playtesting with friends Days Undoing was good, but it didn't have the impact I was hoping for.
I went to a Modern FNM this weekend, going 3-1. I had wins against Wb Tokens, Burn, and Tron, and I lost to Junk. The majority of the SB was just a pile, but I'm very happy with my mainboard:
I really like Bloom Moon main. Obviously its a meta call depending on what decks are popular. I went into my FNM knowing that there were good players there playing Tron, Amulet Bloom and Junk. I had multiple games on Friday where I was able to power out Blood Moon before turn 3 with Simian Spirit Guide. It felt very powerful.
I have a build that I guess I would describe as battle Cry goblins. I run lots of Signal Pest and Goblin Wardriver as pseudo lords to pump my guys extra fast and get on more pressure than I would just relying on chieftains and kings. My other secret tech is Ruthless Invasion. NOBODY sees it coming and it allows you to get in that last massive hit for max damage. Plus by paying in phrexyian mana it leaves one last red open on T4 for a Goblin Grenade. Turn 4 wins easy. Sssshhh! It's a secret!

So to start off, I'm an Affinity player, but I used to play goblins in legacy and I know the modern version is pretty different then it's older brother. Once I heard piledriver was getting reprinted and modern legal I really started to look up deck lists and find out which one works for me as a starting base before I'd make personalized changes to fit my own play style. I see a lot of people trying to go G/R and I was like it kind of works and kind of doesn't, I felt like the lists were missing something, how would Domri Rade work with this? Would it fit? Does it play well into the strategy? I think it could give goblins a better late game and a chance for more creatures, also if playing against Affinity have a Goblin fight off the pesky Signal Pest to slow down Affinity game plan
So, I just got back from PPTQ in Udine, Italy, and I won the whole thing. There were 37 competitors. Yes, I played with no-lords goblins. Yes, I used Piledrivers, but only 2 mainboard and 1 in the side. Maybe (most likely) I was lucky, but who cares, Goblins won! Here is the list (original copy, cuz I credited hellakevin as deck designer, with my minor tweaks).
All in all, I have no idea what to say atm, will write some kind of a post on my blog where I'll get into more details, but I do feel like the effort to make goblins competitive is finally paying off. This is a big win for us goblin players, all of us. Cheers!
Thanks! Here is the blog post, you're all welcome to read and comment it.
Anyhow, Frenzied goblin was so-so, I didn't get to use his ability, but he was a thread on occasions and was killed a few times, but I did sideboard him out on many games as well. Also, I run him as an utility, since I want a lot of 1drops, and before I used Akki Avalanchers as well, but decided to go with two Frenzied Goblins instead. Maybe it would be better to use 4th Mogg War Marshal and 4th Mogg Fanatic instead of it, but Frenzied helps with Wurmcoil, Spellskite and other big bodies.
There is still a lot to discuss. I want to try the midrangier approach as well, with either mainboard Blood Moon, or Vials, and so on. But at the moment, I'm sticking with Atarka No-Lords. Cheers!
I've been seeing some nice advances in the discussion, though ruthless invasion and blue splashes are waaaay too cute. When you innovate, build on what works. Don't scrap it and do something different without understanding why.
also, that a deck that loses to goblins can still be a better deck in the modern metagame.
I'm going to be playing in a local tournament this Tuesday. I'll post back with results. No time for a long post because I'm on mobile.

Treach, you've been on a roll lately! Good on ya! Also, your handwriting is decent at worst. Keep up the good work and congratulations!
Via Twitter, I learned that somebody ran goblins to a 3-0 start beating Amulet, Twin, and Zoo before losing to elves and not winning another game currently inquiring about the guy's list over dm.
