Unfortunately, I've heard of a lot of judges ruling that you have to play it out if the game is close to time. I find this to be absurd, but I've heard of numerous instances of this happening at large events. I was under the impression that you could demonstrate the loop as well once your opponent is forced to discard, but apparently not.
That being said, any reasonable opponent will scoop and give you the win once they see the loop demonstrated, and it is the deck's most reliable win condition as it's the hardest to interact with.

I guess if they have a pact of negation they could counter your 'slaver.
If you've demonstrated the loop, you're going to win if they have Pact of Negation as you cast one of their spells, then Pact it. Goes to your turn you Slaver them then goes to their turn and you fail to pay.
If they have [[Pact of Negation]], you win anyway. You play a spell from their hand, counter it, and then don't add mana to the mana pool during their upkeep. That's the easiest win.

Sadly they want me to play it out all the time, so if I can swing with 2 large creatures and win all the while keeping them in control its much faster.
Kinda why I went with Blightsteel, one solid swing and that's game.

Many modern decks can be used to kill themselves after you've achieved slaver lock. Maybe if you give us some examples of the decks you're typically facing we can give you some ideas on how to win once you've mindslavered them. Mindslaver is our best win con and you should be using it.
Does anyone know for sure if a judge can help with this? If you can demonstrate that you have a hard lock with mindslaver and your opponent is making you play it out with the hopes of going to time, it seems to me they could be called for slow play or something.
I face jund, junk, goblins, elves, dredge, affinity, burn.
Occasionally ur storm, Rg tron. Then random crap.
They want me to play it out, card for card, action for action. If I can swing unopposed with a boots Blightsteel that's game, and I'm usually unopposed.
Demonstrate the mindslaver lock and explain it, then propose these shortcuts:
First put all lands needed for the lock in 1 pile and leave it tapped
Secondly each of your turns you just move mindslaver from yard to lib to hand to battle field to yard (this shouldn't take long and you don't need to explain the steps, however the highest level judge ruling I know of said you still have to show how mindslaver is moving from zone to zone...)
Opponents turn you keep all lands tapped and just draw -> discard
If your opponent denies you these shortcuts call a judge for slowplay
To be honest I think you should be able to completely shortcut your own turn, the whole moving Mindslaver around is silly and slows down the process a lot but that's what the one level4 or w/e judge said some years ago
That sucks man, they know if they play it out every time they will get a draw... You may have to break the lock to find another on board win con as the others have suggested. Find Wurmcoil and just win from there I guess. How do they deal with infinite life situations if they know they can't win through damage? Do they play it out to turns vs the CoCo decks? Hate to say this but your LGS people are lame and don't accept defeat. You may have to bring another deck on game night.

I refuse, they are already tired of affinity and the other decks I mentioned.
I tried a brew and it sucked, I tried "esper draw go" and all I got was hate.
If I try anything expensive I get hate.
I'm about to say to hell with having fun while I win and play I win decks.

One dude on casual night (owner wants vintage buy many play legacy) I played a **** high tide deck for fun and these 2 jackasses conspired against me just to win.
I went in expecting not to get anywhere and I still got top 5. So the main jackass came up with a dredge deck and had to go home to build a deck.

Reasonable? Have you played at a GP before? In competitive events, it's not about being fair and reasonable, it's about winning.
You could always argue the LGS judge's points by looking into the rules and presenting them to the judges. Mindsslaver is too powerful to not play regardless of any local rules. Having to play it out is only a problem if you've lost the first game, or on G3.
I might try giving epiphany at the drownyard a go after my exams, but it seems pretty dicey to use if you're not casting it on a mindslaver'ed opponent's turn.
Haha good game but it was funny, in this video you thought shoktroopa was a streamer who copied you. little did you know he is the creator of Mono U Tron.

My point is that a draw isn't that much better than a loss and gives you bad breakers later, so most people will simply concede. I've not had an opponent make me go to turns. SCG States is the largest tournament I've been to, but a lot of people just concede to Mindslaver, including Zac Elsik, whom I played in my Game 1 at Texas States.
As outlined im replacing Blightsteel and lodestone, with as many counter magic I always untap.
With boots I don't need to untap to make it work.

Sorry slaver don't work well here, I love the rest of the deck, I even beat the snot out of rg tron every game.
I can play the deck extremely well, but they hate how cheap slaver is and make me play every action.

Any tips for using this card well?
