Umm... This is basically just a worse hate bears deck, and has a less consistent mana base than a normal delver deck, just to run leonin arbiter. I haven't ever seen squelch before, mind you.
Its interesting, but I'm not convinced. It would have to be much stronger than it appears to be, because as it is, it doesn't feel better than some of the other prowess threats we have, swiftspear, seeker, abbot, or mentor.

I think this card could definitely be playable in the correct list. It's a bit more on the aggressive side similar to swiftspear. The flying makes all the difference in terms of it's possibly playability in modern. The haste ability is great and makes the card worth a look, but the flying is what will make or break it's playability in my opinion. I have always tended to shy away from two drops (real two drops not like snapcaster and abbot which are more like three drops) in my jeskai prowess/delver list. This is mainly because I really want to drop a one drop threat and then start protecting it and disrupting the opponents spells. However, because this has haste it could be just fine as a secondary option.
I do think there will be a jeskai or temur aggro/tempo list that pops up with shormchaster, delver, swiftspear, etc. However, without any good sources of card advantage other than snapcaster, abbot, commands it really hard to make a deck like this that can be competitive.
Griselbrand's GP promo shows that, if SFM is unbanned, it probably at max increase by $10 in value, as the GP promos will satisfy most of the new demand. Also, if SFM is unbanned in 2016, the GP organisers will have to increase the prices of their events.
There's an enormous, probably erroneous, logical leap that the demand for SFM will jump the same amount as the demand for Griselbrand did relative to the number of promos opened.
Griselbrand is a combo deck that hasn't proven to appeal to a broad audience, so additional promo copies mostly covered new demand.
SFM will be jammed (successfully or not) into almost every midrange and/or fair type deck in the format if its unbanned. The demand would literally explode overnight.
After recently losing too much with grixis delver I went back to jeskai... looking at the top decks, jeskai seems to be better positioned against the field, against tron we can path their wurmcoils and Geist can crush Karn, against Jund geist ignores their removal and we just have to kill the few creatures they manage to get as blockers, against affinity we have as much a good match as grixis, we have good matchup against burn which sucks for grixis, and we don't rely on the graveyard as grixis does which makes it vulnerable to the new eldrazi deck that everybody is talking about
With the ban announcement of Twin, I suspect there will be a rise in Jeskai decks. With a new hole in the tempo spot, the Jeskai Delver deck could jump right in and take a large chunk of the meta share. Like Ronyx said, we are fairly well positioned against Tron, Affinity, and Infect which will be a big portion of the meta. It's a good time to be a jeskai delver player. Also with the new Stormchaser Mage we can play a prowess strategy as well.
As CurdBros said, Stormchaser Mage makes a great addition to the deck, especially for the people who don't want to play Young Pyromancer. Now I have to figure out whether I want to cut my Pyros or not...
You're right, I didn't see that, but I guess thats because I don't see this deck running Dimensional Infiltrator, if he wants a 2 drop flyer he should look for Stormchaser Mage, if instead he is running it because of his ability, its too unpredictable, and instead he should run Geist of Saint Traft if he wants a creature that can dodge removal, but overall he is not running delver, his creature suite seems more oriented towards jeskai midrange
You both have similar thoughts to me.
In theory with a lot of fetchlands and 1 of each basic, and could get the colors it needs alright under moon.
I wonder if probe is better than a discard spell though.
I do think geist or mantis rider or something might be better than resto angel
Also sad there's no room for electrolyze, but that might be fine.

You can squeeze one Electrolyze if you like, I plan to have a 2-1 split of Kommand and Electrolyze. I prefer Geist over resto for diversity reasons, so that each creature fills a different role. Delver of Secrets flies over, Young Pyromancer goes wide, Geist of Saint Traft eludes spot removal, and Tasigur, the Golden Fang can stomp over smaller creatures and provide late game card advantage
Edit: This how my deck would look as Dark Jeskai Delver
I too have theorized that a WUR Delver list may be well positioned. I have thrown together a UR Delver list that is very similar to the one that LSV posted on Channel Fireball recently, and it's quite good. The sideboard options as well as main deck removal, such as Path to Exile seem strong enough that splashing W may be useful. Here is my current list:
The sideboard is a huge flex spot right now and the Restoration Angel is also one. I like it because it's a solid evasive beater that also offers utility and good synergy with Snapcaster Mage and Vendilion Clique.
4 Delver of secrets
4 Leonin arbiter
4 Snapcaster mage
2 Aven mindcensor
spells
4 Gitaxian probe
4 Serum visions
4 Slight of hand
4 Path to exile
4 Mana leak
4 Azouris charm
2 Remand
2 Ojutai's command
4 Seachrome coast
4 Hallowed fountain
4 Ghost quarter
2 Glacial fortress
2 Celestrial collonade
4 Island
2 Plains
Don't take me seriously I just came up with it on the spot, a brain wave
Squelch says no to fetchlands also, I considered some token makers. the 3 cmc creature slot has a million options mentor and giest.

I saw this deck on MTGgoldfish a little over a year ago. It certainly needs Geist of Saint Traft though.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.

If he's running Dimensional Infiltrator he absolutely needs to run painlands like Shivan Reef in order to generate the colorless mana.

It's definitely something to look at. For how greedy its manabase is, I do wonder how competently it can run Blood Moon.
