I just wanted to post a fun deck that I played at a modern event yesterday. I have played this style of deck on and off which always seem to do pretty good against the meta because it can be hard to deal with.
I have played abzan version and bant but Mono white is so straight forward but plays similiar to a death and taxes deck. So if you are looking for a fun deck to try out that is FNM competitive, give it a shot.
I definitely like to try out Giver of runes instead of Thraben inspector once I get them. I also think the card mana tithe would be a fun card to catch people off guard.
I like it, but I always feel like WU(x) is correct. Momentary Blink is a deceptively powerful card. Like you said Bant, that version looks to be the most powerful but I wouldn't sell out an esper version as well.
The problem with this deck is that it isn't really aggressive enough to pressure reactive or combo decks and doesn't interact enough to stop fast aggro or com o strategies.
I think that going overboard with Blink effects over hatebears like D&T only makes the deck weaker as it is less disruptive.
Another potential approach can be the more control-oriented version like Mono White Emeria:

I will agree Ephermerate is better than cloud shift and I have switched it out.
I will say this deck is quite resilient and eerie interlude helps mask a lot of board wipes. I have played some top decks like Mono G tron, mono red phoenix, amulet titan and the deck felt pretty competitive. If I was wanting to play a tournament level blink deck I'd probably play the bant with soulherder but this is surprising decent and main deck worship tends to be instant win.
Thought Id share, I've been having with the archtype as a budget control deck.
It can be slow but astral drift acts as pretty effective repeatable stall, a little like displacer, only cheaper to activate.
It a little slow for this build but may be worth playing with a more control orientated build

check out the video for ideas, at least you want to change the cloudshift for Ephemerate
