The goal of this deck is to speed up/double planeswalkers abilities whilst removing threats of all kinds. Repeated Reverberation on something as unasumming as Ajani's -2 is still 9 damage. The Mind Stones to speed up all my 4 drops.

hmm, interesting. That looks like a Skred Red variant with Tibalt and Chandra mixed into it.

Honestly this just looks like a worse version of "Skred Red" that ditches the maindeck Blood Moons (pretty much the only thing the deck had going for it)
in favor of the bad Tibalt and Volt Charge cards.

Heart of Kiran is an actually good addition to the deck but Faithless Looting isn't great here as a fair card without any graveyard synergies besides little Chandra which conflicts with the maindeck Relics anyway.

The new chandra is pretty good though still not better than Chandra, Torch of Defiance which is the best red PW to date and should be in the deck.

Slagstorm doesn't seem better than Anger of the Gods (exile) or Sweltering Suns (cycling) imho as this deck isn't really going to race well for the burn mode to be any good.

With enough artifacts in the deck (Relic, Heart, Mind Stone/Coldsteel Heart/Arcum's Astrolabe) Karn, Scion of Urza can be pretty good here as well.

Blast Zone is probably one of the better utility lands this deck can play (besides Scrying Sheets) though it conflicts with Blood Moon.

Your deck has a high enough planeswalker count that I think Sarkhan the Masterless would be a fine finisher in it as a 1-2-of. He makes dragons when he comes down alone and turns himself and 1+ other walkers into a 2-turn clock with Haste.

Nahiri, the Harbinger is probably the best Boros PW.

Nahiri is pretty cool but I think she's more of a build around card. I'm thinking of replacing wall of omens with a playeset of Mind Stone to make sure I hit my precious 4 drops. Wall of Omens can't block pheonix or any spirits which makes it pretty innefective against the best modern creature decks. True, he can block humans but I'm just not as afraid of humans as I am spirits. Man I wish Volcanic Fallout did 3 damage : (

-4 Wall of Omens
-2 Heart of Kiran

+4 Mind Stone
+2 Day of Judgment / Sweltering Suns

Even without Emrakul I think that Nahiri is a better all-round PW than Ajani Vengeant.
And having it as a win condition is very useful.

Blood Moon is one of the better cards for this deck so maindeck'ing it makes sense.
With Blood Moon PtE can probably be replaced by Chained to the Rocks (or On thin Ice with a snow manabase).

Repeated Reverberation and Volt Charge aren't really worth it.
You could probably replace them with Deafening Clarion (which is a decent sweeper), add the 4th Helix and put in the Blood Moons.
Pillage could also be a consideration as well as Abrade as modal spell options.

For the SB I'd probably add card like:
Stony Silence, Damping Sphere and maybe Defense Grid/Ricochet Trap for control decks.
Crumble to Dust is probably not necessary with Blood Moon (and potentially Pillage/Molten Rain) in the deck.

After some testing the Tibalt package just wasn;t worth it sadly. Here's the updated list!

A card I forgot to mention here but might be of some use is Board the Weatherlight which can help dig for either PW's (as they are legendary) or artifacts (including a large portion of the SB).
It has 16x hits in the maindeck and 10x more in the SB here.

Talisman of Conviction might be worth considering over Mind Stone as it is better for mana fixing (and faster/less awkward than Boros Signet).

Wear // Tear, Abrade, Shattering Spree, Wrath of God, Stony Silence, Declaration in Stone/Chained to the Rocks/Seal Away, Defense Grid/Ricochet Trap (for countermagic), Timely Reinforcements/Blessed Alliance, Ghostly Prison/Ensnaring Bridge, Rule of Law, Shalai, Voice of Plenty (protects the PW's).
